I recently had my dogs groomed at The Dog Depot, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the outcome. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, immediately making us feel at ease.The grooming session was nothing short of fantastic. The groomer took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided expert advice on the best approach for deshedding. It was clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and comfort of the animals in their care.The results were astonishing. My dogs came out looking amazing, with their coats shiny, soft, and beautifully deshedded. The attention to detail was evident, and it was obvious that the groomer went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. Not only did my dogs look great, but they also seemed very happy and comfortable with their grooming experience.The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and the quality of the work. It's clear that they value both their human and canine clients, and they've earned a loyal customer in me.

We had to find a new groomer for our fur babies after 12 years. We found The Dog Depot and thought we'd give them a try. Of course we were skeptical but Autumn did an amazing job and the boys look great. I believe we have found a new groomer already made a future appointment. After trying 4 groomers over the last 5 years, we have finally found a groomer that did a wonderful job with our doodles. Emily listened to our requests & was very patient with our girls. So happy we found her. She even booked them for 3 more sessions so we are able to get on a Saturday in the future. So great to have the one on one attention without the distraction of other dogs waiting in kennels. I loved her focused attention one client at a time. I brought my Great Pyrenees to get groomed, and she looks great - clean, fluffed, and well-trimmed! Prices are on-par with other groomers in the area, and it's a clean, quiet, and small facility. We'll be back for her next grooming appointment.

Best place to take your pets. Very friendly and caring. Do fantastic job. I really love how they came out and got my dogs and when finished she brought them out. I am handicapped and this kindness is something you can not get anywhere else.

Emily was SO gracious. My husband took our standard poodles who have never been professionally groomed. I was out of town for a long time so they were pretty scraggly. She did a great job on them and was very accommodating with my husband’s work schedule.

My dog Titus did so well for her! She is gentle with her clients, talks with them to keep them calm and was very accommodating for a nervous senior dog. 100% will be going back! I got the nail trim and paw pad/clean up. The Dog Depot just got a new costumer!

It is the best in the city of Omaha, the place may be small but they are very friendly and professional, better than Petco and other locations. I am happy to have found this place thanks to my neighbor who told me about the establishment.
