I think this location is far better than the other on Q however the self checkouts make for a stressful visit. It’s as if you forced to deal with a 90 year old blind deaf cashier with Alzheimer’s sometimes. They always repeat to place items in the bagging area when they are and the machines all seem to glitch all the time.Also I do not want to be referred to HR or customer service as it always leads to no resolve.

The staff consistently appears disgruntled and impolite, and the self-checkout machines are consistently slow and glitchy, making quick trips impossible.Recently, opting for a traditional cashier line to avoid the sluggish self-checkout experience, I was disappointed when the cashier failed to alert me about the bagged items I left behind. Upon realizing the oversight at home, I called the store hoping to rectify the situation, only to be met with unprofessionalism from the person who answered the phone. It begs the question: what are the hiring standards here? Is there any accountability?Returning to retrieve the forgotten item, I encountered further frustration as the cashier refused to acknowledge their mistake and insisted I pay again. Blaming me for not noticing their error, they refused to remedy the situation, resulting in the loss of my regular business over a mere $2 discrepancy.

Can’t beat the tortillas! My family’s favorite tortillas! Self-checkout is almost always empty. Never much of a line. Parking lot can be a little wild some days - just take it slow and be cautious.

Great local grocery. Small but has a lot of variety. Currently under renovation. Apparently their prepared food is amazing, according to my sister who lives here but they are closed for now.

Clean store! Their butcher shop meat was very expensive. Good service. Lady making the corn tortillas offered if we wanted some just made warm tortillas, that was nice of her.

Worse experience ever! I went there in a hurry to buy stuff for hotdogs and when I was about to open the sausages and buns they where rotten and expired. Went back and most of their stuff was expired 🙃 the problem is that they know about it because I told one of the employees and she knew that they sell expired stuff.

Very nice people, nice clean store, very fresh meat, fresh made tortillas, great deli area, and best of all they open early. Also, they have an amazing produce section. Great prices, great store. The daily lunch specials can be eaten right away at their really beautiful tables.

The same variety and quality at an affordable price expected from Spartan Nash is present at this location. The discount is applied automatically - no need to punch in phone number for loyalty card. There are big signs in Spanish all over the store and they carry authentic products.

I love getting my tropical foods here. Kola champagne and tropical banana sodas are my two favorites. Of course they have plantains and all kinds of other exotic foods.

I shop here often but on a recent trip I went through the self checkout…I accidentally mis scanned an item and a cashier stepped up and rudely snatched the item and scanned it all the while acting rude and snobby…so when leaving she asked for my receipt for my water…I asked her why and she said to stop people like me from stealing….I will never step foot in that rat infested place again…why don’t theses people check people out instead of standing around doing nothing but looking for trouble? The prices are high and bad customer service

Supermercada has gotten to be the most expensive store in Omaha, over the last two years their prices has gone up more than any other store in Omaha. Had to quit shopping there.

It's a pretty good experience where you can get your Mexican onnnn lol have lots of different varieties of Mexican food I love Mexican's and their food so yes go grocery shopping here I come to the store 3 times a day almost

DO NOT get your tortillas for an event here!!! Had an order placed and payed in advanced. When i showed up to pick up my order, the day of the party they did not have it and had no idea what i was talking about. Made me wait 30+ minutes to SEE if they could get my order ready but they “couldnt get the machine to work” took my name and phone number down so the “store manager” could get back to me and never heard back. DONT DEPEND ON THEM FOR YOUR EVENT.
