The customer service at check out was horrible couldn't even say one word to me . Isabela was my cashier she was not friendly and had a bad attitude the entire check out not even saying hi to me no greeting at all. She didn’t bother to tell me my total then rudely handed me my receipt. This is not someone I would want at the front of the store or even representing the business at all. A change of attitude or some customer service training is definitely needed .

If you like fresh Mexican foods go here. Pricing can be a bit high, but the fresh tortillas both corn and flour are better than any other store bought brand.

My husband bought some soy Milk for me and it was expired. I have been trying to get a refund for 6 months and have got nothing but runaround. They seem to like to sell expired products that was not the only one. I had to give one star or it wouldn’t let me leave a review. I don’t know what has happened to this place in the last couple years

This store has a little bit of everything for a latin dish. Not to mention, I have searched high and low since moving here from fl for my favorite hot sauce ( Texas Pete) and EUREKA!!! they had it.

Produce section not very good. It was much smaller than any other grocery in Omaha for fresh fruits and vegetables. The Hispanic spices and canned goods was very good! Looks like an old No Frills turned into a slightly older grocery store. Not very clean, but the staff was nice. Security guard on duty was an added safety feature. To far from home to stop on a regular basis.

I go to the store mostly because South Omaha desperately needs a new grocery store and this is the only one in the area. It has some great qualities, I love their homemade tortillas, they have a lot of produce you can't get anywhere else, a great selection of both Hispanic and American foods and it's written on the aisle signs in both, they sell pinatas and they just opened self-checkout lanes that they desperately needed. My main issue with the store is cleanliness and customer service. For months you could smell dead mice right as you walked in the entrance. And the meat department offers a great selection but oftentimes the plastic they sit on is not clean. It was so gross the last time I went in I took pictures to send to the manager. As far as customer service goes as an example I had a money order I purchased there stolen and cashed. On the western union website they instruct you to let the store know bc the only place that can cash it is the store. The girl at customer service actually told me it was store policy if someone comes to cash it they can't keep their information to give to the police since it would be invading THEIR privacy. Apparently a person who would cash a money order they know they didnt purchase is protected instead of the customer that actually spends their money there. So long review summed up, great tortillas but not worth the risk of getting sick from dead mice in the store, dirty meat dept. , and TERRIBLE customer service. I will never shop here again!!

Sides from the deli were hard and dry. Got home and the packaging the chicken was in failed when I took it out of the grocery bag and my food went all over the floor. Overpriced food and the cheapest packaging they can find.

10 out of 10. This store is located in South Omaha and is predominantly mexican. However this store stands out as bilingual, meaning staff speak both Spanish and English. They are knowledgeable of the product and will go above and beyond to have you walking out with everything you need. I enjoy this store as it is close to where I live at the moment. Just an amazing place to shop!

Very mid grocery store, and their in house tortillas I bought 2 of hoping they'd be good, but they smelled and tasted like dog water. It was gross, definitely going with some tia lupe tortillas from now on, but there is a fair amount of variety, I prefer going to almost any other grocery store though.

I really like this place. It has a wide selection of products, many of them that you can’t get anywhere else. It also has a wide selection of fresh fish which is really nice and something that is missing from a lot of other grocers.It also has a very nice selection of Latin American products which is always interesting. I am happy to see this supermarket here as opposed to a walmart/target/bakers.Good place to check out. Also plenty of produce.

Love love love their deli fried chicken and burritos! Their in house made tortillas (flour and corn) and chips are a staple in our house. I've only had questionable service there once but I'm sure it was an isolated situation. I have picked up after other customers for the safety of others so really the only cons would be the bad manners of other customers.

Place is alright, but they need to get more cashier's, and also need to teach their cashier's how to bag things properly! Otherwise, the place is alright besides the usual dumb drivers that don't know how to park and shouldn't have a license (either parking somewhere where there isn't parking, parking no where near in between the lines, or parking in the handicapped spot which happens on a very regular basis).

Has gone down in cleanliness of the store and meat counter. Smells unpleasant upon entry of store. Customer service is not so great. I will have to travel farther to get to a better store. Not going back.

It's a different variety of food than a normal grocery store. They have all the normal foods but also some traditional Mexican foods. The vegetables were very fresh. Prices were about average compared to a Hy-Vee which is a bit more than Walmart.

Excellent hot & spicy chicken! Always good tortillas. Produce is always good quality. Worth the drive to get the Hispanic products not available in many other stores. Prices are slightly high but not unrealistic. Meat is usually good and there is always something on sale.

I love love this grocery store in S Omaha! Their deli is so delicious especially the fried chicken and the Mexican rice and the mac and cheese is 🔥....stop by and check it out.....OH and their homemade made on sight flour tortillas are of the hook! 💯🙋🏼‍♀️🤟

The staff were rude... If you were a white Caucasian person you were treated horribly, by every one that you came in contact with. However if you're Hispanic, you're treated like Royalty. The store is always filthy and smells like a Packing plant. I ended up doing my shopping elsewhere. In all honesty I wouldn't recommend any one shop there if they want a pleasant experience, they certainly won't find it there.

I went there and i was very confused i dont speak spanish all the signs in isle were in spanish. But i do think its nice for our Hispanic community and people speak spanish. Unfortunately for me i dont but otherwise it was a very clean store and staff seemed nice and helpful.

Super friendly staff and a great selection of items and fresh water drinks. The cucumber lemon drink with chi seeds is delicious. Our cashier was super friendly even though my kids were having a tough day today she was super friendly trying to talk to them to distract them.

Went to this mexican supermarket purchase cassava its a starchy root vegetable or tuber. I call a lady I ask about the product she dont no what it's she put on a man he said don't that vegetable that I'm taking about , so he put me on hold again and hangup. This is very serious because if you cook the bitter one it will prison you.the sweet one is ok. I call back twice they not answer the phone very disrespectful man. They're running a business so becareful where youshop . They only care for your money, not customers. Very . Very rude man . Some thing will kill you ,youhave to no which one to eat. When you talk different from them they put you down or belittle you. The mexican. They're are terrible set.
