The bonus part was the team that did the work. Knowledge and friendliness plus on being here when they said they would be here. From start to finish they keep us involved with everything. The team did a very good job on cleaning up after themselves everyday. We are very happy with our new bathroom. Thank you so much.

Marcus and Kim were AMAZING to work with. They brought the showroom to us by way of samples. We were able to pick exactly what we wanted right at home. Their products are of the highest quality, and it's warrantied for life. Can't beat that! On a personal note, Marcus and Kim were a hoot. The 4 of us talked and laughed about a variety of topics, not just about our bathroom. I had to hug both of them when they were leaving because I felt like we were all old friends. On a business note, we are totally going to have them do our bathrooms. Thanks for the visit, guys!

We had a great experience with Re-bath! Our technician was Andrew and he worked very hard to complete the project within the deadline. He was very courteous and very clean. His work was impressive.Our shower project looks amazing. The shower gleams and looks very impressive!! I loved the process. I sat down and went through the products. We picked out each product that we wanted in our shower. We were told upfront the cost of the products and installation. We picked the timeline and they were done with a beautiful shower!

It began with Marcus in sales taking us through the whole process. He laid it all out well explaining all the details in a very friendly non pressurized way. We had a partial and a full bathroom remodeled. Both crews were friendly, efficient, and explained everything during the process. And always cleaned up each day. We are very happy with the outcome.

This was the best experience we could have hoped for! All our expectations were met, from the thorough design process through the tear out and installation for each of 2 bathrooms in 2 weeks, 1 per week, including all electrical, plumbing, and construction fixes and adjustments. Mike had all the samples and guides with him that were needed for the design process, and had the options to meet our upper cabinet configuration idea. Kyle and his trainee were excellent to work with, on time, keeping us updated as work progressed, leaving no mess at the end of each work day. The electrician, plumber, and painter all were great! At the end of the project we now have 2 beautiful bathrooms, everything done up to current codes, with the enhancements we wanted. As my husband says, he thinks it's fantastic!Service: Remodeling

We found the work to be done quickly and very neatly. The designer was very helpful in planning the project. Those who removed the jacuzzi tub and installed the new walk - in shower did an excellent job. All of those involved were courteous and very efficient. The fact that all of the persons involved in the project were employees of Re-Bath was a definite plus. It was definitely a good experience. Laughably high quotes. Sales guy was super friendly in fairness to him. They they tout their design assistance and in-house sourcing of products, but in actuality it means you’re incredibly limited in selection of styles, colors and materials. And I’m not sure why their in house sourcing is a bragging point, they’re just getting the same Moen, etc products you can get through anyone else.Wanted a particular green for our vanity - can’t do that.Wanted a particular style of mirror - can’t do that.Wanted them to install a new door for a closet in the bathroom - can’t do that.All while coming in 50% higher than other bidders. Total waste of time.

Rebath is really great. Mike was our designer and he was great and friendly. Kevin and Damien were the installers and they very informative especially Kevin. They accidently knocked a hole in the hallway. There was a small problem but it was taken care of. Even the lady who did the painting liked my choice of paint. I would recommend Rebath.

I don't have anything good to say about Re-bath. After the initial design consultant absolutely nothing went as promised. Our promised 6 day remodel ended up being over 8 weeks. We spent countless hours calling to get them to come back out and fix terrible work and scratched materials. We felt we were promised convenience and quality but that is absolutely not what we received. There were issues at every turn. Each time we were told it was human error and nothing they could do about it so we spent countless hours trying to get them to fix things, waiting at our house to let the next person in to fix the problem and we finally gave up. We were not offered any sort of compensation and just paid our full bill to be done with the project. We ended up having to call a plumber to fix the toilet that was installed incorrectly and that is just the tip of the iceberg. Nothing went as planned and we did not get what we paid for. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.Service: Remodeling

Absolutely love the work they did!Bathroom remodels are expensive wherever you go. I priced out the same sort of design with 5 different businesses. Lowe's, Superior Home Solutions, Bath Planet, and Re-Bath beat them all in quality and price. Months later, we have had no issues aside from a cap which popped out, but it was quickly fixed by their team!JUDY is an all-star customer service rep. I adored chatting with her on the phone, and felt I could trust she would take good care of me and my services. She checks in with me now and then to make sure everything is holding up well and to see if we need anything!! Just wow. The care and time she puts into working with us as customers really says so etching about the business. I hope they treat their employees as well as they treat us, because Judy is phenomenal and has worked so hard to be flexible with our schedules and to make sure we are satisfied. Thank you Judy!!!GENE is equally amazing. He was the rep who showed us all the product pieces in person, and he came by to chat with me and my hubby several times while we were still deciding what we wanted. Super no-pressure approach to the design, and he helped us alter everything to get what was important to us within our budget.The finished product is gorgeous!! We had our house checked for mold recently, and under the UV light I gotta say that bathroom is immaculate!!! It is so easy to clean. We haven't had a single issue with it yet!!This bathroom has been an amazing investment. Also Gene and Judy are awesome.I cannot recommend this place enough.

Re-bath converted my old damaged tub to a walk-in shower in my master bath. From consult and design, to the renovation and final inspection, they were friendly, professional, on time, courteous, and did excellent work. The price quoted was more than I expected for the project initially, but the value was *well* worth the cost and there were no surprises throughout the project. I ended up owing less because they didn't have to do something they planned for. The project was completed quickly (1.5 days total) and to a high standard. I *love* my new walk-in shower and will definitely use Re-Bath again for any bathroom needs! It came out beautifully and the designer listened to my needs and never tried to upsell me on things that I didn't need.
