We love this store! The camp and the grooming salon and all the people we encounter throughout the store are very friendly and helpful! My dog gets so excited when she sees the store!!! She gets more excited upon seeing the staff throughout the building! They work really hard - are so professionally accommodating and honestly love the pets! It’s a great place!!! (Been using PS for over a decade!!!)

Usually in & out. I couldn't figure out where the brand of food I needed was but couldn't find anyone to tell me. Finally found it but the person stocking shelves in the aisle didn't say anything but also didn't move so I had a hard time getting to the brand I neededThey did have a good variety of what I was looking for and the prices were pretty goodCashier was nice & thoughtful.

It took me switching to this location for someone to finally tell me that the furminator would do nothing for my Bernadoodle. How am I supposed to know unless you tell me? The website isn’t clear about it and in my head I’d take whatever could help. I was taking him to the one on maple and they NEVER told me. I’ve been paying extra for my dogs haircut for 2 years at that location. I’m grateful someone here at oak view petsmart decided to educated themselves and me!

Kasey (the Wonder dog) & I visited PetSmart to pick out a snack & a toy. Her choice as always "the pig snout". It's a great place to take your dog, to do all your dog shopping. The staff is very nice & patient with everyone's pets. They have a great selection of dog food especially the healthy (more expensive) kind.

Everyone is so helpful! I do wish their hamsters had more substrate for burrowing, but then people probably wouldn't be able to see them as they'd be in their nest. Great products and my favorite store to buy food, treats, and supplies!

During Covid I decided to go online and have my dog food delivered. The only problem is they would never deliver to my door. Ugh! So I canceled Chewy.I’ve been going to this Petsmart for years and they are always polite and friendly. I also bring my pups to the groomers, once I find out her name, I will update my review to 5 stars. She’s amazing! My pups after their last visit. So happy!

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I recently move here from out of state and was unfamiliar with Omaha, traveling from Lincoln. I was running late (20min) and they were so kind to still see my baby girl and take their time with her. Her blood work had elevated kidney values and then ran more tests. Thankful to report all is good. They also educated me on diseases in this region to prevent which I was unfamiliar with, being from a very dry state. Receptionist, vet tech and veterinarian were amazing! Worth the 1 hour drive 100%.

Clean BUT bought fish that kept dying within 2 weeks. Not patient enough to complain for funds back. Bought a nice skull house shack for tank. Molly got stuck underneath in a tiny hole and died. Sitting in cabinet so others dont die that way. Dirty tanks with algae and rot growth. Need to care better for their tanks. Decided on Petco and much better tanks and service and they are knowledgeable. My tank below! THIS is how they all SHOULD look. Go to FishFreaks and spend the extra for healthy fish. Well worth it.

I’ve been taking my GSD here since he was a puppy. I don’t usually leave reviews but Ash deserves it. Today was the first time Ash groom him and she did an amazing job. I was very happy with the results he smell and look clean and she was very sweet. Definitely will be booking with her again. 5 stars for Ash.

My dog was viciously attacked by a pit bull and we rushed Taz to Banfield Pet Hospital.... The receptionist was the best! Thorough, sympathetic, knowledgeable, kind.... Every staff member was remarkably wonderful. My dog, was treated for puncture wounds on his back and stomach and we got to bring him home. He's doing great! Banfield is excellent!!!

Petsmart is our go to pet store! I love their treat program. I've saved hundreds of dollars with their treat program. They also price match as long as you show then proof the same product is available somewhere else for a lower price!

We visited this location after a very bad experience at a competitor (Petco). My daughter and I were looking for ghost shrimp. The tanks were clean and clear. They had ghost shrimp in stock and the employee that helped us was super friendly and accommodating. I did not catch his name but I wish I had because he deserves a kudos 👏 ✨️

I have used the grooming salon at PetSmart for many years! I have never had a bad experience. The staff are warm and friendly with people and dogs. They take their time, the atmosphere is calm and nurturing.

Recently moved to Nebraska and took my two huskies to this store for grooming. Cassie G and Ash S did an amazing job grooming my fur babies. Staff are all so friendly during check in and check out as well.I Definitely recommend!

Even though we didn’t find what we really needed the employee was super nice let us check the gender of the scorpion with no questions really nice about everything amazing attitude towards us and the cashier even gave us a nice little story.

The cashier and manager were amazingly helpful. I’m getting a small breed puppy next week and needed some help getting the proper sized items. I’ve only ever had large breed dogs. The manager helped me get the crate, food and harness. He gave me tips for helping our new pup with the crate training and how to help keep him occupied. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this store!!

They have what other stores dont like backpacks that go on the dog, not the human. If youre not sure how certain products work like different types of choke chains, knowledgeable staff can help out. Im not sure but have heard pit bulls/pit mixes are not allowed to participate in training classes

I would love to give this PetSmart a higher rating because we adopted our beloved kitty seven years ago from this location. She is the joy of our lives!Called this store yesterday to inquire if they had kitty's food in stock. Was told they don't usually check inventory, but will this one time!!!! This, with the supply chain issue going on in our country. And to find out they didn't even have in stock and would have been a wasted trip. Love the store, but customer service is poor to say the least.

Customer service lacking. We had an 1130 appt for a puppy bath, was informed when we go there the groomer had not shown up to work yet. Groomer was supposed to be in at 930, at that point it would seem like she wasn't going to be there for the day. I would have appreciated a call stating that we needed to reschedule, but instead my wife and I both wasted our lunch hour for nothing. When the manager came to talk to the other groomer about the situation she didn't even acknowledge we were there, stated "I don't know what's going on I just got here" and never returned. The groomer that was working was super apologetic and wanted to help as much as she could but her hands were tied while grooming another dog. Lost my business
