We adopted a cat from NALA through Petsmart. They ran out of adoption coupon books, so they ended up giving us a complimentary bag of food. The employees and volunteers kept the cat area clean. It's not great to see them in such small spaces, but they are doing what they can to get those babies adopted <3 If you are looking for a cat I would definitely check it out.

I don’t recommend the grooming salon on S 72nd. They are consistently not open during posted hours or can’t provide the advertised walk in services. It’s not easy to haul a large dog in only to be turned away. Won’t return.

Brought my puppy in to get groomed and they refused to cut his hair when the groomer decided to throw him into a kennel and go on lunch and he decided to go to the bathroom and it's his fault instead of her doing her job. Do not recommend this store!!

They always have what I am looking for.. Everything is organized well, and the place is clean. BUT the prices are different at check out than on the floor. This is a major scam with this co. It’s happened more than twice. I bought bird food that was suppose to be $32.99 it rang up for $38.99. I started taking pictures just to be sure I’m not being stolen from and what do you know. The cashier says “oh they must be in the wrong spot”. No I don’t buy that fib. It’s a scam to come here. I did write a good review before but I since had to change it after I discovered they robbed me.

We had our 5 month old springer spaniel do her first grooming today at this location. We didn’t get to thank her groomer directly, but they did a nice job and went the extra mile by giving our pup little ear bows without an additional charge. The appointment took about 2.5 hours, and our fur ball was extra soft when she came back to us. Seems like a good place to come back to get her groomed next time! (Before and after photos included)

I stopped today with my 7 yrs girl and my 5yr old boy with downsyndrome and decided to buy 1 gold fish and the manager in charged refused to sell me 1 gold fish that requires 20gal because, my tank is 25 gal and she said that she has to sell me 2 gold fish. I replied back to her that I just want to have 1 fish in the tank, she said that Petsmart policy states that have to sell me 2 gold fish and that I only quality due to my economic struggles to put minnows in my 25 gal tank, shw will not sell me anything other than minnows. I clearly saw racism in her eyes.

72nd Street PetSmart was easy to set appt. Samantha explained other options to go along with my promotional offer. She was very friendly and did the best job for my pet in the 6 years he's been getting groomed.

Pet grooming salons at 715 S 72nd St Omaha NE needs to update their hours of operation posting both on the main entrance and on the website. Came Wednesday 9/14/23 for a nail trimming at 4:30 PM and I was informed they were closed. Today 9/16 arrived at 8:15 AM for nail trimming, teeth brushing and ear cleaning as a walk-in, and was informed that they do not take walk-ins until 9 AM nowhere is this posted both on the website or at the entrance of Pet Smart. Do have to give kudos to the 2 staff members present they they did provide the service at that time.My time is valuable just as theirs is so updated posting of hours is part of excellent customer service.On a side note I have never had a bad experience with grooming at any Pet Smart grooming salon.

My pink kissing gouramis all have ich because of this stores poor water quality. Poor guys, I hope they live. Its irritating to see this store has never taken up responsibility of the upkeep of their aquatic life over thr last 5 or so years that I stop by here periodically. These fish even appear to be blind due to illness. I'll do my best to nurse them back to health. I think a regional manager needs to get involved here.

Had this seat cover marked at 29.99, and it rang up at 73.99. When they checked and confirmed it was incorrectly marked they did not price match. I work in retail and things like this happen, but the courteous thing to do is admit mistake and correct the situation. The checker was sweet but the manager was rude and not helpful. These are $30 on Amazon why would I pay $75 for one? Definitely won’t grab something that seems too good to be true anymore.

I love that this location has Koi, they are so gorgeous! But I was there for my snake Mochi and I was unable to find the frozen mice. Sadly there was only one person working and they were at the cashiers area. So, I left to go to a different location.

Ty was wonderful in the grooming department. My little fur baby doesn't like her feet touched, and Ty took her time and gave her the attention she needed to feel comfortable. She did a great job. The pricing was great. I love being able to drop off my pup and they called when she was ready.

Pet smart is a good store to go to They know a lot about fish when you ask him questions so that’s good. I like going to to Pet smart. But the last time I went to buy formula for puppy. My puppy did not like it but it’s OK.

I always seem to make it to the store 10 minutes before they close. They have always let me in, and they do not lock the doors until exactly 9:00pm. They are pushy about getting you to the registers by 9:00pm. They announce closing time and let you know that if you are not up front in time, they will shut down the registers. I do not know if they have actually done that to anyone. I would hope not. I understand rushing people to check out, but to actually close down on Shoppers is bad business and downright rude! Big store with a huge selection of everything pets. Associates are helpful, and some are even happy to help me with crickets.
