Bought a few fish and a snail about a week and a half ago to add to my tank all of my fish got some white dots on them and now the whole tank has the white algae I know that my other fish were perfectly fine before I added the new fish would not recommend buying fish from here I’m so torn apart that all of my fish are dead or dying I called the store they said “that’s weird” my heart is sad for these fish ☹️

I was so disappointed I wanted to get fish and most of their fish. If not, all of them had ick and several of them were dead just Decaying in the tank I don't know why they are allowed to sell them to unexpecteding people to spread the ick to their fish which is a deadly disease and hrad to treat

I had a great experience buying fish tanks. My wife had purchased one tank in another story & wanted to get to another at another store for the same price. The other store matched the price and we’re very professional about it. They take care of their two legged and their four-legged customers very well.

Love most of the options especially toy selection, only except for carrying recalled federal investigated brand like blue buffalo and Rachel Ray known to cause permanent harm to dogs and not displaying any warnings for these known brands so others make a more informed decision

We have ferrets, great place for lil hammocks, treats and paper litter pellets. But the only thing is we can't find the crunchy ferret treats anywhere, please post if anyone can locate. Used to be 8n1 product on the market but no more?

I have a yorkie. Beware of training classes. They don't last the entire hour. The information given during class is very common knowledge. It was a waste of money. They also try to sale you products in the store while in class. Very unproductive training class.

My groomer Brianna does a great job on my dog Jack. I just love her, and Jack does too! He is very picky, but she always gets him cut perfect. I hope she never leaves. I can't wait to start taking my new dog Ollie to her. Thank you Brianna. You get 5 thumbs up and 5 stars from Jack and me.

This pet smart is ussually fine. But today we had a problem getting a plecostomus. The girl that was supposed to help us. Wouldn't get us the fish we wanted. And literally tried to get us a different fish. And then wouldn't sell us the one we wanted. It has to be record for the smallest amount of power that's gone to somebody's head. Won't be coming back here.

Will never return to PetSmart Grooming for my dog.My dog has been regularly going to this stores grooming department since late 2018/early 2019. She had great groomers who were thorough with her in making sure she was properly groomed. That is, until they were no longer working at this store…So, you guys get new groomers. Which is understandable.Here’s why I won’t come back:Seeing as my dog is a regular, I have an account for us via PetSmart, and all her information is in your computers….I’m trying to wrap my head around how it is that my dogs dewclaws weren’t cut!? Sadly, I only just noticed this in the past week. And the groomers who aren’t there anymore, always cut her dewclaws. So, basically each time my dog has come into your store over this last year she’s never had her dewclaws cut.Now, I have to figure out how to afford a vet visit PLUS surgery (more than likely) to remove the dewclaw because the nail has curled so much we can’t even cut it!It’s my fault for not catching it sooner. But it should never have happened. Your employees should have been doing their due diligence in making sure they groomed an animal thoroughly.

This is the first time I’ve had an associate be rude to me in a PetSmart while training my dog at a non-peak time. We were not making a mess or any disturbance. What happened to the unleashed customer service experience? It’s dead at this store. Bridget is a detriment to this store and we will not be back here while this person works here because she is a blemish on the company in every way. She went out of her way tonight and last night to create drama where there shouldn’t have been any.

They always ask how our pets are doing. As being fur parents it’s refreshing to see people remember you and your babies, people are always easy to locate and help you find items. I always love seeing the animals available for adoption!
