We had a great experience with grooming at Pets Earth today. They were able to work us in last minute and took great care of my dog. My dog is really nervous so I appreciate the staff getting her in and out quickly. Emily did a great job! We will be back!

We took our goldendoodle there for a much needed grooming and the team could not have been friendlier! They were thorough in explaining what would be done and asking our preference for how her cut would be done. And, when she was done she looked great! I also loved how, while waiting for me to come pick up, her groomer (I think Nicky) mentioned that our dog was cuddling on her lap - I should note our dog is 50 pounds!I highly recommend Pets Earth!

I came here twice and both times I was super happy with the staff especially Traci M. She was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the products and services. Today, I brought my dog here to use their wash service ($15 each time). I wasn’t sure how to use the tub, the dryer, and the ear cleaning solution (provided), Traci took time to show me and helped me. She also brought me towel, cotton balls, and a brush for the wash. Afterward I needed to get some treats and both ladies were helpful, patient, and friendly to help me get the treats.Pros:1. If your dog sheds a lot, coming here is the right choice.2. Shampoo is provided with $15 wash.3. On Tuesdays, every wash count as two. After three wash, you get one free.4. Clean, nice, roomy areas for the wash and separate room for drying.5. Towels, ear cleaning solutions, cotton balls, and brushes are provided.6. They also have grooming services, nail trimming, and other services inside the store.7. A lot of choice for food, treats, toys, and dog supplies.I highly recommend coming here! I know I will definitely use this facility to take care my Shiba from now on.

This was our first experience with a DIY dog wash. My dog doesn’t do well at a traditional groomer and bathing her at home is a nightmare for my bathroom and my back! The staff was incredibly nice and explained the shampoo/conditioner choices. They showed me around the wash area and brought me a basket with everything I’d need. My dog wasn’t super thrilled but quickly calmed down when I used their lather brush, she loved the back scratch and belly scratch that it provided! They have a separate room for their dryers. My dog was not a fan of the noise so the staff brought me a set of ear muffs which helped to calm her down long enough to just dry the dripping of her coat. The cost was way cheaper than I was expecting as well. I’ve tried taking my dog to a different grooming salon and they were unable to complete her bath but still charged me $60. I paid $17 today to do it myself. I bought my dog a few of Pets Earth homemade treats and she was thrilled! We will certainly be going back!

Got a dirty dawg? Pets Earth is the place to go! We love the staff and facilities at Pets Earth. It's so easy to give Cooper a bath in their elevated tubs. We also usually get his nails trimmed while we're there and he loves the grooming staff. Oh, don't forget to sign up for rewards to earn credit towards a free wash!

Beware if you look at the hours on Google it doesn’t reflect that the self wash closes an hour before the store does. Walked in at 6:55 unaware until I saw the hours on the door. Unfortunately, I drove 30 minutes out of the way to stop and was unable to give my pup a bath.

We took our Saint Bernard in for his groom with Autumn and she did an absolutely amazing job with him. It's by far the best groom he's ever had- he looks gorgeous! It's awesome when you finally find someone who your dog loves and she knows what she's doing. We highly recommend her! The store is very clean and very organized. Happy to have Pets Earth out west.

More expensive then other places, my dog came back with the same face, head and ears as when I took him. Had to pay for a full grooming and only got half at best. Said his head and face needed done so Ben took him back to do it and brought him back out the same. Evidently didn’t have time to do the full job and do it right or what was asked for even took pictures and showed him what I wanted. I highly recommend you go somewhere that will take the time with your dog and listen to your instructions. I basically paid high dollar for a partial groom. Totally disgusted with this place, they didn’t answer my calls after I got home when wanting to talk to a manager. My dog looks like just what I said a half groomed dog.

We have used the Elkhorn Pets Earth facility for giving our Aussie a bath as well as their full grooming services. Both services were a top-notch experience! Our 3yr-old Aussie loves to go, and she looks great from the pampering and professional haircuts she receives. Count us as loyal customers to a wonderful facility for our doggo!

I took my Pomeranian to get groomed at Pets Earth. I had been going there for over a year. In dropping her off, my daughter asked that they do the same cut as last time as described in the note card kept on file. When I picked up my pom this is what she looked like. (the last picture is what she should look like) She had been shaven completely down to the point where patches of her skin were showing through. Payment for the services had already been made before my pom was brought out. The employee stated they actually lost the note card on file and I was entered into the system as a "new client." So they decided on their own to shave my dog. No one called me to ask questions or seek my permission in shaving my dog. As a Pom with a double coat you are never to shave them. This is common knowledge and should be something a professional grooming shop should know. The manager apologized for the "miscommunication" and offered a 50% discount of my next grooming appointment. She would not provide a refund and seemed to continue to put the blame on me. My pom's coat is forever damaged and it is unknown if her coat will grow back. I will not be returning to this place.

We brought our 2 furbabies to Pets Earth for a bath. It was so easy and convenient . My back GREATLY appreciates the ability to stand and wash our dogs! Everyone was so helpful! We will be back!

Our two 10 pound Shih poos used to be excited and enjoyed grooming days. My husband and I noticed that they were becoming increasingly reluctant to go back with each visit. My fault for not listening to my intuition. Went to pick them up because it had been longer than they said it would be. They had not contacted us. We carried them out to the car. Both dogs were unhappy and anxious. When we got home it was obvious that Watson 6 was limping. The limp lasted about 3 weeks. Something happened there. Pets Earth just brush it off. Didn’t care to even call us back. They did call to collect an additional $20 that was not charged at the time. If there was a change in price we should have been told in advance. I should have told them to take 20% tip and pay with that. Hindsight! We realize they are a business and it’s obviously about the profits. We love our Dogs so much and it’s about their safety and happiness. Of course Pets Earth is no longer our groomer.

This place has great customer service and I love bringing my dog here for treats and to be groomed. I always feel welcomed here and I know my pup is in safe hands, especially when I know they have cameras in place. Their prices are very competitive with other local natural food stores and they are always willing to help with anything that i need. We feed a raw diet and it has been amazing for my pup. Will always come back!

We have a very high-energy, anxious Wheaten Terrier, and Pet's Earth has been an amazing solution for her grooming. Molly (groomer) is so patient and kind with our dog - always asks questions and offers knowledgeable, professional advice. I have been so impressed (and THANKFUL) with the grooming staff at Pet's Earth. Our dog definitely has special needs, and Molly has been amazing with making our dog feel safe and comfortable during her (sometimes challenging) grooming. I highly recommend the services at Pet's Earth!

Got our senior Lhasa Apso groomed here today by Miranda and she did a great job! Our dog is older and very anxious about going to the groomers and all the staff at Pets Earth we’re understanding and took good care of her. Her cut looks great, and Miranda took special care on her sensitive spots so she didn’t get nicked, which has happened at other groomers. I would recommend Pets Earth and Miranda for anyone needing their pup groomed.

We love the self-service grooming stations for our pups and the staff are always willing to help and set everything up for us. Everyone is very inviting and informative, makes it easy to shop and groom there. Also have to give a shout out to Maddie as she’s always very accommodating to trim our pup’s nails as a walk in, she’s also very gentle and makes the process easier for the pups! Highly recommend for any pet owner!

We went for the first time and thought the store was well planned out, clean and genuinely interested in helping you with a cat or dog. We use this place for grooming our Goldendoddle. Maddie (groomer) does a wonderful job and is caring and kind with our family dog. Grooming rates are pretty typical of the area she really has a super flexible schedule. Between grooms this would be a great place to bath our dog, as they also have a self-service area. If you go ask for Maddie, she is great.

Great shop. Went with my 10 and 8 year old and we actually had fun! The Roman style bath basins were huge and easy to use, and the owner Traci came by to help us out and give some tips. Prices are great, nail trim was quick and gentle for our lab/shepherd mutt. This is our place from now on!

Wonderful first time experience with self-service dog wash. Tracy met me at the door with a friendly smile. She walked me through the best methods of getting my smelly farm dog nice and clean. Mark visited with me about the business and offered advice as well. Cannot say enough good things about Pets Earth and their staff. I will strongly recommend to friends to bring their dogs in as well.

She always asks if there's anything you want done different and listens to any specific requests you have. Finley loves her and she is so good with him. This is a good pet store for those looking to get something a little more natural and healthy for their pet family members. They have a good selection of just about everything you could need. I have been to a lot of the popular ones in Omaha and this one probably has the best overall mix while some of the others might have more food options or more toys, this one is a solid all round choice. Their Self Wash stations are great! Ownership was very friendly and informative.

I live in Yutan so location is 10 minutes closer than anywhere else. Great grooming services and selection of high quality pet foods. They have the only edible stick treats that take my huge dog more than 5 minutes to eat through. He's eating it forever!
