I have been working with a customer service representative, named Lila, for over a month with our pack of 5 dogs and 2 cats. She has given me personal advice on treating our animals and continued to stay in touch to assure our animals are receiving the correct dosage of treatment and are happy.This company is awesome! Identifying each animal with their photo on their own treatment box helps to assure the right dosage is being given.Their product is fantastic and kills fleas and tick well. I called to increase the dosage to bi-weekly until the pack was free of tick and fleas, due to them romping in the woods. It is difficult to treat animals that visit the woods where deer and other animals carry ticks.However, Lila assisted in changing my order to bi-weekly until the tick problem is under control.The products are reasonably priced and work so well. My dogs and cats are happy and no longer are agitated due to scratching and biting.Plus, they send special treats for the pack, to give them after applying the treatment.I recommend this company 100%. For 5 dogs and 2 cats, the cost is affordable and does the job! Go PetFriendly!

Mailed Vet Quality pet products to your door. I ordered topical flea treatment for both my dogs with pics on each box pertaining to each specific pet. In the PetFriendly Box was an info card, directions to apply treatment & treats to reward my pets afterward. They offer treatments & treats for cats & dogs.

I really wanted to like this because of the unbeatable price, but the meds don't do anything to keep fleas off my dogs & cats. To be fair, we have intense fleas in Lafayette Louisiana but a friend of mine who lives 30 min away uses this product as well and it works great for all his dogs. Sad it doesn't work for mine because the pricing is SO GOOD. Thank you guys tho!

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. One of my dogs is an all white pitty. She's literally allergic to everything. Including this flea treatment. However, it works amazingly well for my other animals. It would be great if I didn't have to spend $90 on a flea collar, every 8 months ( s e r e s t o), for my Lily. But it's the only thing that works for her. My other dog and 2 cats have never had a flea on them using Petfriendly!! Saves a lot of money!!

I live in Florida were fleas are incredibly hard to control without oral flea meds from the vet. PetFriendly is the only topical product that has worked!!! I have not had any flea issues since using it. I love the treats they send and am thrilled they are now offering heart worm medications. Also, I love the affordability.

Love my Maggie May and I want the best for her. Love this product 100percent it comes straight to my door every month. Flea &tick treatment great never seen any on her from day one. I ordered this product all excited to see what it would have to offer little did I know my world is turning upside down, my dog who is 6 & 1/2 was experiencing flea issues, I applied this so called flea medicine to him and now a couple days later my dog has explosive diarrhea, going into day 3 now, so just be careful!!

So I had a flea problem before I used their drops. I have 2 Pomeranians and one cat. This website was the cheapest I seen for all three to have a monthly protection. The shipping was fast and they added some free bes in the box. I treated my whole house 2 days before treating the pets and bathing them. So far this product works. Easy drop process. They should send another one to my house. So far I am impressed with the treatment

A worker at Tractor Supply recommended the flea treatment for dogs. Weve used it once and it works great. Its very affordable, and the dogs love the treats that come with every box! I would recommend PetFriendly to anyone!

We have 3 cats and a dog that we use with Petfriendly. Their customer service is amazing! So kind and nice. Our cats are treat snobs and refuse the kitty treats but pur boxer loved hers. The flea treatment is amazing. The dog supplements was approved by our vet and our girl loved them as well.

I’m not sure who people are talking to with customer service. I called and received a message that the don’t answer directly to leave email and they will get back to you which they do not. I mean are these reviews real?? This product does NOT work on my dogs and cats and they still have fleas. I have tried to contact for my money back several times but no reply. Ridiculous!!

I really am grateful for this subscription because I get affordable pet medicine at a reasonable price. Not to mention the dental stick is a simple way to take care of my dog’s teeth. The only issue I have is that the flea and tick medicine is a liquid and not a pill.

Been using the dental gel on my dog’s teeth for two months and it seems to be helping a bit with her bad breath, slowly but surely. She does have a lot of plaque buildup so I’m sure it takes a while to really see a big difference. If anything she really loves the flavored gel and enjoys getting some every night!

So far we like the outcome of pet friendly! No fleas! The only downfall is that my dogs hair was all oily in the areas the treatment was on and then when they leaned against my leather couch there was a powdery film left there. This was only for a couple of days though and it did come off easily.

Iv been using pet friendly since 2021 and they are so affordable and they work great! The website is also so easy to navigate. I also love the pause option and payment date options they give you! I will never go back to getting it any other way

I have been subscribed to PetFriendlybox for a few months and I absolutely love them! Their products are so affordable and they actually work. The customer service is outstanding too. One time I had a lot of ticks showing up for some reason and they sent me an extra dose of meds for my dogs for free! They are responsive and actually do care. Their products are high quality and again affordable. I don’t have to pay over $100 for flea meds for my dogs. I love this company and love that their customer service is top notch! I honestly cannot say this about most of the companies today. This is one company that doesn’t lack in performance.*Update- I got sent a free product! I’m trying the breath freshener on my dog. Extremely happy to get a free, full sized product!

Haven’t seen a flea since we started using it 3+ months ago! Fleas this year have been so bad and everyone knows how expensive flea meds can be. I have 3 animals which lowered my cost to $30 a month. The more animals you have the more you save! I was skeptical of it since it’s just an online flea medicine company and because they were so cheap but honestly this is the best flea meds I have came across that actually works without breaking the bank!I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them and share with friends about Petfriendly!!
