I am so grateful you have Emma F employed there! My dog nana loves her and I can tell Emma loves nana! I don’t know what I would do without Emma! I feel completely at ease leaving nana with her. She is a gem and you are lucky to have her as an employee! She deserves accolades

Went to make a grooming appointment here and left the dog in the vehicle. The man I talked to said they couldn’t groom our dog because she doesn’t do well around other dogs. This part is understandable, but the part that is unacceptable is the notes that he put in. He wrote notes that my dog was hostile and jumping up. Again, the dog never made it in the store. So now I can’t book a grooming online or with the app but I have to call each time. All because this guy lied on my dogs chart. Very disappointed!

Rocco smelled like oranges and lemons when he came out. He looked so refreshed and happy afterwards. He was excited to go as usual, but he had a good experience.

Emma is a fantastic groomer and human being all the way around. She is sweet and patient with Baby (our dog). Baby is a ummm an enthusiastic dog. Lol but Emma will get on her knees and have her come up to her and play with her. We are grateful for her being there. Baby always comes back clean and happy!!!

Petco groomed my dog one time which was satisfactory. The groomer shaved my dog when I asked for a trim. After that service they will no longer provide services to my Yorkie. They say he's aggressive and barks too much and they're now afraid of him. I find that very odd when I spoke with other dog owners whom stated their dogs bark a lot and are still groomed. Ummmm

We love Emma, she takes such good care of our Riley girl for us. She not only does grooming with our girl but if she notices any odd behavior or anything of of the ordinary she lets us know about it. I feel like Emma thinks of our girl as family, which we love. I love to see the relationship between the two of them.

Went in for usual grooming apt…..they denied my dog today because he has a heart murmur. He has had a heart murmur his entire life. Has gotten groomed every 10-12 weeks for the entirety of his life…..he’s 11. They said it’s because he could become stressed out. AGAIN….he has gotten groomed his entire life. So I guess senior dogs are just out of luck now? I have my own animals as well as foster. I will no longer be supporting Petco for any of my animals needs

My dog hadn't been groomed before so was nervous. Emma did a good job reassuring her. It took 4 hours which I wasn't anticipating, but the services were complete and professional. I will bring her again for a simple shampoo, dry and comb.

The ladies that operate such a vocation as this are truly unappreciated. We headed to Petco has done an amazing job with my half lab half Saint Bernard. Every two months he gets groomed and not only do they look forward to seeing him but they treat him with love and respect. If you are a dog lover cat I love her any type of lover Petco is definitely one of the better choices.

Usually have pretty good experiences here which is why I gave it 3, but this last visit was next to terrible. I was checked out by a woman in her mid 50’s very curly hair who I have been checked out by before. She went through the motions, didn’t even greet me just went into the speak about donating. Seemed less than enthused to even be working there. When I was done she didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag or say have a nice day when I thanked her for my receipt all I got was a “you’re welcome”. I worked in retail for 3 years and even on my worst days and rudest customers I atleast had the decency to say have a nice day. Very disappointed as I’ve had amazing experiences with other staff but never with her.

Emma Furl!!! She is always polite, professional and take GREAT care of our fur babies. She is always helping us through out the store if she can. She always makes us feel welcome and of course our dogs are always happy to see her.

Matt the stylist, over shaved my dogs testicle. He shaved half of his skin off and nothing was mentioned when I picked him up. I understand that accidents happen, but when they do happen it should be communicated to the customer ASAP. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication. It makes me wonder how many more times he's done this before.

Emma is the best groomer in the entire chain of Petco Stores. I have a relative that grooms dogs and I still prefer Emma. She is sweet and gentle to my furbabies and they all love to see her and are completely at ease with her. She goes above and beyond when caring for my 12 year old bloodhound. She will give up appointment slots just to make sure Gizzy is receiving her full attention and time. If Emma leaves then my wife & will be looking for a new groomer.

Even though my basset hound Bella doesn’t like her nails filed she feels more comfortable at Petco then at anywhere else. They do a great job.
