First it was not communicated that the grooming would be twice the amount quoted. Then at payment our FREE 8th groom was not discounted and our $60 of awards were also not discounted. Finally we were told that because we did not “tip” the groomer Summer that if we were to come back that we should not ask for her again as she would not accept our dogs. Didn’t realize that tipping was a requirement for continued service. Very bad experience on this visit.

This is the 2nd time taking my dog to Petco for a groom. They did a terrible job. My dog was still dirty. He didn't even smell clean. I'm furious that I wasted my time and money taking him there. I probably won't be back for another visit.

Kingsley had the best grooming experience possible. When we picked him up, he was happy and energetic. His teeth were cleaned, and his gangly nails were nicely trimmed.Kingsley has already requested that we bring him back for another spa day next month!

We’ve taken our pup to this location twice. We didn’t expect any specialty or designer cut. Just keep it plain and simple, give our pup a short hair cut all around the body, legs and ears. First time went well but the second time we got him back with uneven hair cut all over his body. The ears weren’t thoroughly trim, the body and legs have certain areas with uneven hair cut thru out. The face was cut terribly with some eyelashes sticking out longer then his eyebrows. His facial hair trimming had his cheek hair longer then his muzzle hair. Our pup is a Schnauzer, we asked to trim it but leave enough to know he’s a Schnauzer. It was completely cut off.

We previously took our Yorkie mix to a different groomer, and we were not pleased with the results. Petco did an outstanding job, and the price and availability are perfect!

I knew most grooming places were booked out for weeks, but our Husky was looking really rough and had been for a while. I looked at Petco's schedule and was able to get her in, in just DAYS. Our groomer, Kory (I think) showed wonderful customer service and did a fantastic job on Marley. She looked better than she ever has post-groom. I was so satisfied and plan to use Petco for all future grooms from now on!

I was very pleased with the way Ashley handled my dog. I have a 12 year old black lab with cataracts, and beginning hip dysplasia. Ashley and Miranda got on her comfort level on the floor with a mat to trim and buff her nails. They were very gentle and patient with her. A lot of my neighbors have older dogs that need this exact care and I will be recommending you.

Miranda and the other staff always do such a good job with my dogs. One of my dogs insists on rolling in everything possible. Her fur can become matted easily and she won't sit still for a brush. The grooming staff is always patient and kind which I appreciate.

We took our great pryenees, Echo, here on 1/8/22 and they did SUCH a great job!! He is one fluffy boy. They took care of all his mats on his butt, de-shed him perfectly, and trimmed his nails + dew claws to perfection. We've tried other places and they just didn't meet the quality we were looking for. I would highly reccomend the k plaza team for large breed and hairy pups. His groomer, Rose, did such an amazing job. Thank you SO MUCH. We will absolutely be back. ❤

I was a little concerned because the worker told me they might not welcome Cooper back -he's a bit nervous and it took a couple of them to work on him. He's a 140-lb Bernese Mtn. Dog big baby. :) After some discussion, I agreed to give him something to calm him before his next beauty treatment. We really love Petco and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Summer did an awesome job with him last spring, and Kasandra and helper got Cooper looking quite dapper for the holidays. Thank you all.

Miranda does an excellent job of trimming my two dogs. She has found solutions for trimming the nails if my dog that does not like his feet touched. She also makes me aware of special pricing for something extra that I might like to try.

I was very disappointed today with my dogs hair cut today I've taken my bison there many times before & have been very happy with the cuts & friendliness but today the person that shaved her not cut or trimmed her shaved her all over not just her body but her face feet & tail so you can't even tell she's a bison . I thought they were more professional than that but I guess the girl that shaved her not cut or trimmed my dog today doesn't know how a bison dog looks like or maybe any bread or dog her ideas is to shave everyone the same. I hope she got fired.no training or knowledge of how to trim different breeds of dogs .

Miranda does an excellent job with grooming my two dogs', Curley and Ginger, and has gone out of the way to make sure their specific needs are met. Typically, Curley does not let anyone trim his nails, but Miranda worked with him and found she that he would let her dremel his nails. Now, I do not have to take him somewhere to be tranquilized for a nail trim. Extra care due the the Covid-19 Virus was clear at my last visit.

You can really see how much they love what they do. Rebecca was crying a little when I brought my pup in and I hugged her. She apologized and told me she had a dog that was not able to come back. It is always nice to see emotion and that solidified that this is where my precious Harper needs to be. Thank you Rebecca for letting me console you and loving what you do

This Petco location in Omaha,Nebraska made getting in last minute to get our furbabys nail grind done. Especially since other locations closed their grooming salon. Ashley is my favorite girl to do my little Elway's tiny chihuahua nails! And he trusts her! I hate when Ashley isn't there! Also Ericka the manager helped me figure out my pals rewards! It kept going to another account holder in my family! Now I have my own account! HAPPY! We start Adult school 1 with Claire soon and looking forward to making my Elway a normal, happy, social and well adjusted chihuahua.
