There’s a shorter Caucasian guy here who is balding at the top but has black hair on the sides. When I’m in store, he moves very slow. Manages the register slow and takes forever to grab crickets. Today I did a curbside pick up, and this is when I knew for sure he had some screws loose. Instead of opening my passenger door, he squeezed a big bag of dog food through my passenger window (that was halfway open). He’s one of those employees who will amaze you in different ways.

This store is way too hot! It’s 60 degrees outside and I was sweating in the store. I asked an employee at checkout (who was visibly sweating). Apparently their corporate office controls the temp in every store. Penny pinching corporate. I feel for the poor kittens!

The employees were so kind!!! They were even able to help me save some money on items! I was 100% pleasantly surprised. Both of those girls deserve a raise because I think it’s one of the most positive customer service encounters I have ever had!

Well if you end up needing something last minute for Christmas for your friends/family think twice because they do not have extended times for the Holiday to return/exchange anything. So dont plan on holiday shopping at Petco I got $63 worth of merchandise that was refused when trying to return.

Pricing for their services is very misleading. A standard bath for a small dog 11 to 25 lb starts at $26. My bill was $44.93. That included a $10 up charge for the breed and $6 for the shampoo/materials.

Only one register was open, but the smell of Guinea pigs or hamsters definitely hit you at the door. Ran in and attempted to run out but delayed at register, which was not long, so it was okay

Great store, and Devin has been very helpful answering questions about our 2 golden retriever pups as far as safe treats, tips on training, type of crates needed, as we’ve never had 2 pups same age at the same time. This store has everything we need in stock.

Just picked up my cattle dog, not a big dog with short hair. $94 came home with jagged toenails and shedding like crazy! Do you even brush the animals or just rely on the deshed shampoo?! Not getting my business again. The fact that I am asked to leave a tip before getting to see my dog is absolute theft!

We love all the employees, but a young, dark haired man, named Chris at 136th and Maple location, has helped us more than everyone combined. He is knowledgeable and super friendly! We love that we get a $5 coupon off purchase for every $100 we spend with their Petco Pals card, we were going to spend it anyway so, it's free money, always a good thing! We make our own dog food, but are able to get 100% organic chicken jerkey for dog treats and we also buy everything else including lots of toys for our dogs, food and treats for our cat and toys, food and extras for our rabbit.

Helped me buy my first pet and helped me with finding out all the needs he'd have while growing as he's still young. Also gave me information to take and read when I got home as I am a bit clueless about birds. Wonderful service, speed was amazing, in and out even with the adoption paperwork and the cleanliness of the bird exhibit and the store was phenomenal!
