As I walked in I was greeted happily! When I needed assistance employees were quick and happy to help. The store was clean and well organized. I even got a free gift for donating to help the animals! I stopped in to get some shampoo and conditioner for my new puppy, there were plenty of options to choose from and I was able to find safe natural products! Check out took a while and I had to repeat my personal information several times which I dislike doing verbally in public. But I had a great experience overall!

The staff are super nice and inviting. A lot of them know my dogs by name from training and grooming, lol. My dog Koda absolutely loves Emma, our groomer, and she does an excellent job on him (a husky Australian shepherd mix).

Nice store and always enjoy going however their fish are not well. Bought 3 cherry barbs which ended up killing half my established and healthy tank. Also, bought 6 schooling tetra fish and they all died in a week. Will not buy fish there again.

Have had multiple good experiences here with the grooming services getting our small dogs hair cut and then our large dog gets his nails trimmed here as well. All the groomers have been great. Also purchase dog food from here and have had good luck with things being in stock and even sales on the food we use.

The vet care clinic is very helpful and flexible on pricing. they went above and beyond with helping my cat with her ear infection. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

The associates are always nice. However they are occasionally out of a lot of different kinds of cat food, and the litter you can scoop into containers seems to be extremely dusty lately.

Petco was clean and it had good prices and was very friendly. I had to purchase a muzzle for my puppy and everybody. There was so helpful on helping me locate the proper size and the additional caller that I needed for it. Here's a picture of the item and my puppy. This type of muzzle is for dogs that are less sociable with other animals. They are able to eat and drink without being able to attack bite or nip. I'm actually very pleased with this and would recommend it to everybody in the future.

Hailey deserves a raise genuinely. She has helped me with fish so very much. She has a great humor, the only thing that I don’t like about the store is that a recent tiger barb died from a parasite of bloating. She has way too much knowledge in fish to be working at this pet store, but she makes it the best store chain in Omaha, the store has great selection of brands and filters. Fish freaks is probably the best then rivers and reefs, then I would say this is next. Chains usually suck but this place is great!

Always a friendly greeting upon entering Petco.The grooming staff are excellent. (72 & Dodge location) Emma, Matt, and the others are very good at their job. Our pups always looked great.

Cs was nice and didn’t get upset that I was returning something. There is an older woman that works the front and is rude. I hate to check out with her or do any interaction of any sort. There was another lady and she was cheerful and greeted us. I will def be back.

Roughly 4:30p today, Sammy helped me out at checkout. Today, as I was waiting in line to checkout, she had walked by looking like she was about to clock out, but she called me over to the register to help me out! I was already super grateful for that, but after she punched in my account phone number, she informed me that I had three accounts. I've been a shopper at this location since 2017 and regularly visit and was not aware that I had three accounts???? She not only informed me, but helped me figure out which of the three accounts to make my primary one AND assisted me with the process on how to combine the accounts. Besides her awesome service and going out of her way to help me, she was extremely friendly and casual, felt like I had known her for some time haha.TL;DR, Sammy was SUPER AWESOME!!!! Thanks again, Sammy 😄✌️

Most of the staff is wonderful, Hayley and Maddie make my pup and I feel welcome every time we come in. My biggest complaint is having to constantly keep an eye out, even while trying to look at products, due to the 'dog trainer' Steve repeatedly approaching my dog without asking or acknowledging me at all. My dog loves meeting people and saying hi, however not all do, and they may react negatively to being approached, as I would expect a dog trainer to know. He has approached her while I am in the middle of talking with someone, forcing me to pause my conversation to redirect my dog's attention. I don't run in to this problem with anyone else in the store.

First of all this is a business only concerned about money. My pet was a first time visitor with a coupon had an appointment. The store has by appointment but not online. The coupon was never sent and my dog was rejected. How can u care about pets when you're first priority is money?

When I try to get my services here each time there was always an issue. I’m not sure if it’s just the employees or what is going on at this specific location but its bad. Also, if you are of another race, that is not white, be wary taking your animal here. These doctors and nurses here will snap back at you and if you curse at them, they will ban you from Vetco. I had got banned from Vetco all because of they had a problem with doing their job and not understanding me as a customer. One time, I called, and I was speaking to a nurse, and I told her that I needed a prescription for my dog. She proceeded to explain what a prescription was. This is information that I did not need. I already have done this before. And then she proceeded to get mad with me and snappy and at that point, I just left it alone. I came to my breaking point with them recently and snapped back and this got me banned. Honestly, I won’t miss their services with them. Vital care also tried to force me to keep their plan even though, I no longer can use any Vetco services. Worse place ever ! Take your pet somewhere else !

Petco says they have gone green so they will not give us a bag but you can buy a bag. What is green about that, the bag will end up in the same place whether you buy or the give me one. It is more about making more money off of the customers. So I walk out hoping not to lose anything in my arm and balancing the stuff while trying to get in my car. GREED. I recycle ♻️ evetything!

They sell sick fish that end up dead within a week . Happened several times. Something needs to be done about the bettas kept in small containers. Thats not ok.

I have to tell you I use to be super against going to chains like petco, but the staff here are honestly so helpful! During COVID my husband and I decided to get super into fish. The staff in the fish section were beyond helpful and let us ask so many questions. I really recommend this location!

Great price on Hill's Science adult cat food. Went straight to the cat food aisle, which was easily visible and got in and out fast. Check out staff was pleasant and pointed out that i got a coupon after I shopped. Grateful!

I was greeted when I arrived and thanked when I left. I was asked if I needed assistance and staff was just helpful and not pushy. I bought the wrong size dog halter and clerk said to bring it back and exchange it if it was too small. No problem with the return/exchange. I felt like a valued customer.

It is a nice enough store. Going through updates right now. Staff is quite rude though. They openly made fun of my daughters dog and her haircut. Told my daughter (shopping in the store with her toy poodle) how "horrible" her haircut was... Cashier and someone from the grooming shop went on and on talking down her dog and haircut. I am guessing they were trying to drum up grooming business but it was just rude. Definitely wouldn't want to take a dog there after that.
