Quite literally the fastest store pickup I've ever experienced - every single time! I go back and forth between locations because one is closer to home and the other is closer to work, and both are crazy fast. They even leave a little handwritten thank you note on each order. Pet Supplies Plus also has the best deal in town on the specific kind of cat litter I prefer. Love this store!

Levi was soo professional and extremely helpful with choosing the food for our senior dog. He listened to ALL of our concerns and researched the ingredients with every bag of foods we looked at. He was very attentive and we appreciated ALL of his help. Excellent customer service 👏

This is a great all around pet store. They always have the food, treats and toys my dog just loves. The store is always running promotions that will save you money and as a reward customer points are awarded that can be redeemed for other discounts. I recommend it to all pet lovers!!

I had THE best experience here today. The staff was fabulous, especially the gal who checked us out. She was so sweet and kind to my little Daphne. She found her toys, gave her treats, gave her LOTS of pets and loving, and made sure mom didn’t break the bank with the new puppy discount and new puppy parent check list. I appreciate the welcoming environment and kindness shown mine and Daphne’s way. Daphne and I can’t wait to come back! 💜

The best pet store in omaha!!! All the staff team are sooo nice! And they spoiled my baby Eddie all the time!!! They always try to help you as much as they can with your questions, coupons and deals, the pals rewards is awesome too!! I wish they can have more cat products! But for dogs they have a world in there!!

The store is a good size and we did find what we were looking for. With that said, the selection pales in comparison to the two other big box stores and the prices were roughly the same. With that said, they do have some products I'd be willing to try that is their brand (cat litter, etc.) to see how my pets like it.

Google Maps lead me to this store. Although the store is geared to Dog & Cat products, they do have some Fish, & other small animals. I bought 6 Tree Frogs & was very happy with my choice.Staff was very nice, & although there was a small issue at the register, the issue was rectified right away. For their focus on CS, I give them 5 stars.

Pet supplies plus wasn't even on my radar i would buy from chewy or other pet shops since i buy a specific type of medicated food..... i have 2 ... 3 year old cats and they have always ate the same food its good for them and they love the taste... it is hard to replace the food with something different... a while back I had a problem finding the type of food they eat there was a shortage and I panicked... a friend told me about pet supplies plus and I called ....not only did they have the food but the staff even set aside some for me to come pick up ... its stuff like that the fact that they care enuf to understand the situation and be so helpful... the store is great they have animals in the back to look at and a dog washing station .... it seems to really does lean more to dogs than other animals how ever I found what I needed plus more ... I now shop at pet supplies plus regularly

Selection was better this time, but still did not have all the products I wanted and prices have gone up on name brand foods.Main Manager seems not to care about customers anymore. Assistant managers are great !! Corporate is never in alignment with the stores on ads or policies.

We got to use the self wash without small dog and everyone had a great time! The water was warm; we used the taller bath area, which made it really easy to give our dog a thorough wash. There were several kinds of shampoo available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back!

Editing my original review. I can no longer recommend Pet Supplies Plus due to being hassled for doing a return of dead fish. I have a cycled 29gal community tank I was wanting some fish for- I thought some zebra danio and neon tetra would be a great fit for my community tank. I went to several big box pet shops and eventually found myself at PSP . The other big box stores had the fish I was seeking, but would not sell me the fish due to a parasite outbreak in their tanks. I asked PSP about their fish return policy in case I bought the fish back to my aquarium and they died (seeing the other big box store have issues already put some doubt in my mind and I wanted to be sure of PSP policy). The lady who originally scooped the fish out laughed and said she didn't know the health state of the individual fish, but if they died bring a body back and I would get a refund. That seemed fair to me. So when tetra started dying I put their little bodies in a bag with the intent to get a refund. From the time I arrived at the store the tall gray bearded man made it hard for me to do the return as well as the dark dyed short haired woman (who originally sold me the fish). When I reiterated what I was told about the return of the fish, I was told I was wrong- that they need to do a water test. I restated that's not what I was told, they are welcome to do a water test, however since such little water has been holding the dead bodies, it will not be reflective of the water in the tank, that I collected the bodies as they died the day before. I was retold what I did was wrong. The more I was told what I had done was wrong (even though I was told a dead body for a refund), more customers came to the register. They then gave me a refund. I got 3 more zebra danios. They took my phone number and wrote that I was to do no more returns there. That was the first return I have ever done. What an embarrassing situation. If you have any aquatic needs, please check out a local store who can stand by what they tell you. I would probably go as far as saying check out any other store for your canine/feline/avian needs due to the sheer embarrassment I experienced in front of the other customers. I do not recommend.

They have a nice selection of goods . I like the dog wash used it more than once. A new feature on Tues and Thurs. A ear cleaning and nail care clinic is starting up. I excited to taking my pugs in. See you there.

My dog Bella and I come here every week and are always treated so kindly. The employees are super knowledgeable and always super friendly. I've only ever had one issue here and it was resolved quickly and professionally.

The store is clean and lively. Customer service was awesome as they answer pretty much every questions we have regarding our puppy needs. They'll match locals and online store prices... where some of the big box will not. They even have a self wash dog area. The manager in site today was superb. She's awesome and made us feel welcoming as it's our first time here. Will bring my business to them often.

This place really should be called Dog Supplies Plus. Quite literally three-quarters of the store is dog aisles (I'm talking 7+ aisles are dog aisles compared to 1 cat aisle. ONE). They have two aisles for small critters and only one aisle for cats. Absolutely no crystal litter at all, almost no variety in their foods that they offer but at least they do have a fair Science Diet section and oddly specialized Royal Canin Cat foods but..only the really special diet items none of the standard for that brand. It's really strange what they opted to stock. The staff is really friendly but the lack of variety in the store and the fact that they really only cater to dogs is surprising. I also signed up for their rewards program online, but when I got to the store they told me I wasn't a member so I had to sign up all over again. The prices are significantly more expensive than other pet stores and while they allegedly price match, I'm not sure what kind of hoops you have to jump through to get it. Unfortunately I will not be back. I want to support stores with great staff and that are locally managed and operated but the stock selection is just abysmal. You do NOT need that many dog aisles. Have some balance in your store!
