We bring both our dogs to get groomed here. Luke here was groomed yesterday and I'm always so happy with the results. His fur is evenly cut which hasn't been the case with a professional dog groomer we used to take him to. I love how they decided to file his nails a bit too, along with the nail trim. And they added a cute yellow bandana on him that looks adorable. And the prices are hard to beat. I really love how these groomers genuinely care and take their time vs other groomers.

Loved the wash stations. Shampoo and towels are provided. Great setup. My son washed his dog at a Pet Supplies Plus in Grand Rapids, I was happy to find o e in Omaha.However, there are a couple differences. In Grand Rapids it seems like the stalls are a little higher, and there was one stall that was considerably higher than the others. That would have been a little more comfortable.

The store is very clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have comparable pricing to other local stores, if not better. You can sign up for a membership and cash in on the points you rack up. They have a self wash for dogs and offer up grooming services as well.

I am so disappointed and had such high hopes as I love the one in La vista. Unfortunately this one is NOT the same. I have gone in multiple times since they opened and had extra items placed on my receipt. It’s usually an hour before they close in the evenings, but it’s disheartening that they do that. You also have to watch prices here. Which can be a struggle if your shopping with your pet. I have a bath card, but I feel much more comfortable going to the La Vista location. It’s too bad as I believe this one is locally owned. But after multiple times of being charged for items I did not buy and having to watch prices when I get to the check out, and feeling awkward to say anything. I walk out with 20 less dollars then I was planing on spending and feeling ripped off.

Brittany in the grooming salon was amazing with my retired service dog Scrappy Doo. He came back a totally different dog. He looked, and smelled amazing! His breath was so much fresher, and his teeth looked amazing! Thank you so much for taking suck great care of our old man!

Had to give one star to give a review but in my book you are -25 stars brought my Maltese in and you shaved him bald will never go back ! I will give you guys negative feedback!! I paid $100 for you to shave a dog and it is a poor job like a tow year old did it !!! Never never will come back never!!!!!

This place was my first experience using a self wash dog bath, and I have to say it’ll be the only place I go now! I absolutely loved their baths, very clean, stocked and they even provided towels and dryers. I had a wonderful experience here and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful both times I went! My dog loves that he can get a bath and pick a treat after ☺️❤️ and I love how comfortable/ convenient they have made my experience. Giving my dog a bath used to be a chore due to his size (Newfie dog) BUT now it’s a fun experience for both me and my fur baby. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus!!!

The staff here is very helpful. I feel some of their prices are a little high but when you compare them to other stores and needless to say to buying from the veterinarian, they're very reasonable.

So happy that a location opened by us! Wonderful customer service and great specials. Today they even had a party for the Puppy Bowl! They went all out with balloons, treats for the dogs, and popcorn for the humans.

Pets Plus was great! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable especially about the product they sell! So much to look at. I also had my dog groomed by Heather. I showed her a picture of how I wanted him groomed. We talked about his personality and behaviors. Then she walked him to the back for his bath. He went willingly and wasn’t even phased That made me very comfortable to see my dog liked it. I knew he was in goods hands and he’d be ok. This store is all about animals and I love that! When they texted me Harley was ready for pickup I returned to get him. He was happy and calm he looked exceptionally well done. The grooming turned out perfectly as I wanted it!! Heather is fantastic!! She does a perfect cut n style on Harley!! We definitely will keep her as Harley’s groomer and when I have other dog shopping needs I will purchase them here!! They are reasonably priced!! Thanks Heather you did an excellent job on Harley’s grooming. He was happy and when he’s happy, Mommy is happy too!!!

Love this store. Staff are excellent. And the DOG WASH!! You guys, this is a game changer in our house hold! No more backbreaking rangeling the fur kids into the bathtub. No mess to clean up & all the supplies you could need! Plus Towels & a Blow dryer. Love this store is so close to home too!

Online order pickup here is SO FAST. I've never had another store pick my order so quickly, or bring it out to my car so promptly. The prices are better than other area pet stores, and they have good sales too. They carry most of the brands of cat food that my cat regularly eats. Every time I place a pickup order I get a handwritten thank you note with my stuff, which I love. Way to make your customers feel valued! I've made several orders now and I have no plans to stop anytime soon!

Love this place. They have a great selection of food, treats and toys for my dog. Self wash is a great idea, although I haven't utilized it. I try to shop as local as much as possible and avoid big box stores. I do believe they are a small chain from out of State but not a big corporate company. Big props to the staff for putting up my puppy during nail trims!!

They are so helpful here! I'm leaving feedback in a few places hoping they will up their bird care supplies, but that small section aside, everything here is great. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They clearly care about the well being of their live stock and know how to set pet owners up for success. I really hope they improve the bird food selection, toys, and start stocking adequate cages for birds and small mammals, but besides bird care and enclosures for small mammals, you can get anything you need for dogs, cats, reptiles, and small mammals!

I am not a person that writes reviews, however, I brought my large lab in last week to try the diy pet bathing, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! The facilities were very clean, they provide everything you need, the bath was easy for my dog to get in and out of. The prices are amazing! I told the lady at the counter I would give them 100 out of 10 stars. We will definitely become regulars.

I went back into the store a week after purchasing my conure bird and they were very nice about letting me take the cage back as I had found a bigger cage for my bird for free from a friend. I talked to Misty the manager and asked her many questions and she was super enthusiastic and kind and even shared some video and pictures of her pets. I can tell she loves animals and loves what she does and was super helpful answering my questions. Thank you Misty for all your help! Also we love our pet conure. She’s so sweet and cute!

Great ppl that helped us except for the young man at the register. Never asked to help us. Had a hard time finding my sister's number. Finally another worker helped and he was FABULOUS. As a long time Petco supporter, I have now switched to this place. They carry really healthy, name brand raw food for prices way lower than Petco. They offer discounts, coupons and sales all the time. Petco and PetSmart are so expensive compared to this place! Not to mention every employee is so helpful and friendly.

We have enjoyed shopping in store with our pups and now I can say the delivery service is excellent. I realized we ran out of dog food earlier than my autoship was set to arrive. I was so thankful to find the same day delivery option (free with over $30 or $35 purchase)! My dog food was delivered with care and a hand written note!

We were in looking for a dog bed. We were greeted by a staff person who was friendly and engaged with our dog Winston. We found the bed he liked. We came to their open house and liked what we saw. So this was our first time back to make a purchase. Positive experience!!
