Ordered to-go for a fundraiser. Honestly, I don't think the food quality is worth the price. First of all, they were out of so many things. Every single kind of bagel except sesame? And this was me checking at 11am this morning. And no tomatoes or everything bagel seasoning? As someone who's worked in fast food before, I don't know how a store runs out of so many items so quickly. The lady who was behind the counter was very nice though :). But anyway, my $13 sandwich seemed very thrown together and in a very big disarray. Barely any bacon and it was just seemed not very good quality for Panera marketing a higher quality of food than fast food. And the baguette chunk that was the side was just thrown in the bottom. No wrapping or anything? Maybe it was the dinner rush, but overall, just low quality food for the price it cost. The wait time was fine. It tasted fine after I added my own stuff at home. I would only come here for bagels if they have any available.

I went at 3:30 in the afternoon and had to wait a good 7-10 minutes for my You Pick 2. The sourdough melt was tasty but salty. I’d give it 3 and 1/2 stars, I don’t know if I could give the turkey chili more than a half star. It was AWFUL! Tastes like tomato sauce and any chunks of turkey or onion are miniscule. It’s barely edible with the baguette dipped into it. The baguette is cold in the middle as if it was thawed out? Not a good experience at all. Edit: my husband deemed it tomato soup when he ate the leftover soup later. So I got the wrong order at a slow restaurant.

My order was made right, but the quality of the meat used in the sandwich has gone down hill.What bothered me most was seeing this young woman working so hard that she seemed a little overwhelmed to the point of frustration. It's just food. Everybody needs it, so they're going to wait for it. Management needs to encourage their associates to take a deep breath, and move at a speed for quality rather than quantity. Let's do it right the first time and stay organized. I have never seen someone get fired or written up in fast food because they moved too slowly if they're still making an effort and producing quality products with few complaints. Window times should be ignored. Management who are continuously disappointed should reconsider their expectations—that's their problem to figure out. Just show up on time, have a good attitude and everyone will be just fine!Food. The food at all Panera Bread locations is becoming gross and over processed. I've stopped eating at them in California, and now I don't know that I'll come back here except for the occasional bowl of soup when I want to get out and into the psuedo-cafe environment.

Here here! I agree. Panera needs new regional management, not just a manager. These stores use to be the place for coffee, meetings, and just having a good meal in a nice neighborhood hang out.NOT ANYMORE!Today, I placed an online order to pick it up. I hate going inside and seeing all the mess, dirty dishes, etc.What I don't see, won't hurt.Again today I had to go in and pick up my order.I am a private care provider. I was visiting my client that has MS and is in a nursing home. The little things make all the difference for her and so many others with limited mobility. My client hadn't had Panera Cream of Chicken soup with wild rice for a while. So I told her I'd bring it in just for her. She told me not m to forget to have them toast her baguette. I told her I wouldn't forget.I arrived at Panara a little early Was at the front and one person behind the front counter was on her phone. I took a picture of the empty dining area. Then walked up she greeted me. I asked where I pick up an order. She pointed to the back section.No napkins in the holder on the wall at 10:05 am.I stood there for about 1 minute took a picture of the messy pick-up counter and saw about 5 people. One nice guy asked me if she could help me. I told him my name. He said my order wasn't up yet. He said they'd be working on it shortly. I thanked him.I sat and waited. Then got up and went to wait up by the pickup counter. Not busy at this time. Only 1 other lady and 2 kids there waiting for an order. The next thing I hear is a gal saying "I'm not toasting a baguette "! I knew that was MY order.I told her that was my order and if there was any way she could toast for me. I told her it was for a client in a nursing home. She replied, "I have to ask my supervisor if I can toast it." I told her that would be great and thanked her. She came back and said they would. She was nice enough with my asking. I applied that.But in what universe is it necessary to ask a supervisor to toast a baguette? It is a restaurant that makes toasted foods. Come on people!I told her my client can't get around. She has MS and the little things mean a lot to a person.A lesson for today's world and companies still trying to stay in business. It doesn't cost anything to do a little extra. We don't know why people want things or aske of us to do something so if it isn't going to hurt, not illegal and doesn't cost you anything, why not just put a smile on your face and do it. It will be you someday wanting a little extra like a simple toasted bread. I hope when you depend on others, they are happy to help and offer you some jam too with that.Tried to call and have my order as a drive through but no one bothers to answer the phone here. Not busy at this particular time. They don't want to.Utensils were low stock about 5 forks and spoons at this time of day.The lady waiting with her kids had to leave without her order. She said she would be back for it and asked them to leave it in one of the cubbies and left.The gal that didn't want to toast my baguette made the comment when the woman left. "We can't help it if quiche is popular."

This is a Panera like no other! Never have any food I want to order, always our of it.. no cookies, bagels, muffins nada day or night. The servers are super rude especially the young girls at the drive thru who barked at me that there was no more steak and cheese sandwiches like we were running the streets. Disgusting, I gave it another try after a few times went inside and was even more appalled at how it looked like it was an abandoned store. And there was hair in my sandwhich. I threw the food away, Never at this Panera again. And btw I love Panera I will continue to go just not this site. If give zero stars if I could.

Place needs real management. Always a cluster inside and the kitchen has a extremely salty attitude. SMILE, it’s FREE!The more $ you pay people the better quality people you will find to run the business successfully.This was the Avocado I received on my sandwich today, some brown is okay but lots of black, got me bent homies.

30 minute wait for my To-go order, amd I had to go on a scavenger hunt to get all my items. For some reason, you have to go ask the bakery to fill your order, they won't just prepare it with the rest of your items-- including your drinks.Green tea is watered down compared to other locations.If you get French onion soup, be sure to check to see if you get the toppings before leaving. In the 4 years I've been coming here, I don't think I've ONCE gotten the croutons and cheese without asking for them.You'd think I'd just stop going, but hey-- I love me some panera. Each time I come seems worse than the last, though.They advertise above the Rapid pick up area that you will receive a free bakery item if they get your order wrong, so maybe just capitalize on that aspect of their service, since heaven knows the orders are seldom right. Got my free pumpkin muffin today. 🤪

Our fam loves Panera, but this one just plain sucks. Too often they’ll run out of baguettes by dinner time, the mac n cheese is super runny, or the salad is lettuce and little more. I’m unsure that it’s staff fault, as they’ve run out of chicken before as well. I crab about this Panera way more than I’m content. Should I stop going here? Of course. It is most convenient and I’m hanging onto threads of hope? You bet.Keep expectations low and you’ll be fine.

A long time in drive through for a soup and baguette.Lady at window was very kind.I pick food up for clients and need to ask for things or confirm utensils, napkins or ask for a carrier. She was sweet as pie. Had no issues with my asking.That price is for a cup of soup, not a bowel. Kinda pricy.Vegetarian options: Tomato soup, pumpkin soup.

Employees walked by me at the register several times before asking if I'd like to order. The store was out of bacon. Employees were friendly while picking up order.Wheelchair accessibility: There us handicapped parking and the building is wheelchair accessible.

It really is not the best Panera location. I placed a mobile order in the evening time and I was under the impression, from the app, that I could pick it up in the drive-thru however when I pulled up the employee told me that it was a rapid pick-up which is whatever except she told me I had to come inside. So after driviing around the parking lot for 5 minutes, I just decided to park where I could fit. I went inside and the ladies at the pickup counter were just as rude. he counter was dirty.

I cannot believe what they pass off as cold brew and have the audacity to charge what they do for it. I first got it in the drive through and then when inside because I thought maybe they gave me the wrong drink. I again asked for a cold brew with nothing in it. And was given the exact same thing. This was a cup of creamer. It tastes like a giant cup of caramel coffee mate. I’ve ordered cold brew from Panera before and actually got a cold brew coffee. Not sure when or why they changed it to gas station iced coffee, but it is disgusting. I went over to Starbucks next door and got an actual cold brew.

Don’t order anything online from here. I have twice and BOTH times they have sent the delivery with missing items. The grilled cheese sandwiches tasted and smelled like chemicals. The first time they refunded us and the second time we called 4 times and they just hung up without saying anything. Go to a different location if you can.

I have never honestly liked panera until my trip tonight. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Not sure of this employee’s name but she made my experience phenomenal. She helped us carry our food to our table and refilled our drinks without us having to ask. I will definitely be returning to this location.

I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong. My photo shows that I was supposed to get a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. The sandwich shown is what I received, some type of chicken sandwich. I was really looking forward to this meal because I'm quarantining due to covid and needed some comfort and I got this instead. I called the store to address this and they were kind, but told me they were too busy to take my call and that they would call me back later. Which they never did. Normally, I have an okay experience at this location, but this was really a let down for me given my circumstances :(

This is truely the best panera experience i have ever encountered. The customer service has exceeded all my wildest expectations. Especially this young man right here. My grandma happened to stubble while carrying her soup and he helped in the bestest way possible. He was friendly and welcoming throughout the whole night. I will continue to be a regular here! Very very impressed and happy to write this reviews!

Always out of EVERYTHING for months everytime we go they are out of everything we want. It takes forever and they are sloppy. Our sandwiches were supposed to have chicken on them and they didn’t. And the sandwiches taste bland. I could have burnt some bread and put meat on it in my kitchen. I spent 50$ for 2 and a half sandwiches. No drinks or anything else just the sandwiches. Super disappointed. I think this has ruined Panera for me in general. That’s crazy
