I’ve moved around a lot and used to have a very sick kitty, so I’ve seen many different veterinarians over the years. Dr. Maria is by far the best vet I’ve ever had. She is so understanding of my kitty’s needs, and even coached me through introducing him to a new home with a dog in it. She brings an emotional intelligence to her practice that I’ve rarely encountered, and is so good with Claude despite his behavioral issues. She always makes time to see him even when her schedule is tight. I am so grateful for the care Claude receives here. A sincere thank you to Dr. Maria and the wonderful staff here.

Our little Roo had a paw injury from getting run into by her big brother. We saw Dr. Maria Caggiano DVM and she was so caring and helpful. I judge people by how they treat dogs and Dr. Maria is just a saint. I was practically in tears and she was so calming and wonderful. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

My parents used to love this vet clinic when I was a kid with all our family pets. I just got my own puppy and I figured I would go again. The one vet was good, he was nice and helpful. But after just going last week and getting Dr. Maria, I won’t be back. I felt like I was being interrogated the entire time I was there. I’m new to having a puppy (I’ve always had rescued dogs) but I have spent hours and hours reading on puppies, watching videos, I’ve taken her to dog training classes. I love my animals and doing the best I can. After feeling her ribs she told me my “dog was going to die and she is extremely underfed” about 10 times, repeating it over and over like I didn’t hear her the first time. everyone I’ve told this story to is shocked and knows I love my animals and go way above and beyond for them, so they were upset someone was even speaking to me like I neglect my animals. I literally left in tears. Instead of being helpful and just telling me what to do (I was doing what the packaging said on the food, but apparently you’re supposed to feed them a lot more than that) she made me feel like a complete idiot and spoke to me extremely condescending. I went home and googled what a beagle puppy weighs that is her age and it’s right where she’s at. She asked me where I was on potty training with her and I told her it’s hard bc I’m single and I live alone and work full time, so going out as frequently as she should is hard. She told me “I better be okay with a grown 50lb dog then using puppy pads”. I’m sorry but most ppl work 8 hours a day and are not letting their dog out every two hours. It was literally the worst vet experience in my life and I’ve had a lot of animals in my life and been to lots of vets. I’m sure this clinic is fine but I’m not chancing getting her again.

Dr. Maria is awful. She didn't know what she's doing or taking about. Seems clueless about anything she is asked. She is rude and doesn't seem to care too much about the animals or people. The front desk staff is alright, didn't seem to be all there. Place is dirty a well they spray febreeze in the room and call it clean.

First time here with our kitty, he had a sore tail. They got us in for a next-day appointment and figured out what was up right away. There was almost no wait, and we were in and out with our boy with a diagnosis and medication in under an hour. Clean facility, pleasant helpful staff, and Dr. Scott was great. Thank you!

Dr Maria seems like she hates animals and people. She’s very rude and within one minute of being in the room told me that my puppy has a “terrible personality” because he’s scared of her and that he can “never be cured”. I have never been to a vet with a veterinarian that doesn’t know what trainers are in the area. She didn’t care about my puppys broken tooth and didn’t even look at it. She was so rude to me and told me that I’m over emotional because I think my puppy has separation anxiety after he shows all the signs. I also took my dog to another vet clinic and they advised us differently on vaccinations, gave step by steps on how to help with separation anxiety, and we’re kind and concerned. Do yourself and the furry members of your family a service and avoid her.

The Vet Maria truly does not listen nor care for your pets. She does the bare minimum yet charges extreme pricing. Over 6 months my dog has suffered. I told her month after month something was wrong with him. He keeps coughing annd his mouth seems to be in pain. All she said was… “I don’t know” I begged her to help me find what the issue was. He was acting like he was in pain every day all all she did was prescribe anti-inflammatory. After 6 months she was annoyed and shrugged her shoulders and said “I guess if it makes you feel better we can do X-rays” while sedating my dog for them she looked internally in his mouth and found a growth. After paying over 3 thousand dollars in 6 months she told me he has cancer and there’s nothing that can be done. She will not give me any information. Won’t tell me if there’s anything that can be done. Just said to me “I guess if you want take him to Colorado state for radiation” This dog is my family. And now I have to live with the fact that I chose a vet that only cares about money and not what her profession is.

Dr. Maria C couldn’t care less about providing proper care. Our puppy had fleas and we were not informed, treated on our own with over the counter meds and at the 2nd visit asked to start heart worm/flea/tick preventatives and was told “he isn’t a country dog or in wooded areas.” I said I wanted to start anyways, her response was “have the script sent over and we’ll sign off on it.” I don’t even know what that means, have who send the script? Talking to my friends with pets, they said they get those meds directly from their vet. We’ve been trying to do everything the right way for our dog but have gotten zero professional directive from this place. My puppy also had a yeast infection in his ear, I expressed my concern as he had been itching and whimpering. She flopped his ear up and said “he’s perfect!” DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Caggiano at south 144th location.

Dr. Maria and staff are the best. We have a pit bull mix that gets very anxious at new places. We have taken him there since we got him at 1 year old and they always listen to our concern. They specifically helped his situation by letting us bring him in and get sedated for his vet visit. She sat and talked with us beforehand and let him get used to her. It all went so smoothly and we appreciate her and the staff so much for giving him the best care. You can tell she really cares for animals and made this a good visit for all of us.

They squeezed every dime out of us they possibly could. They broke up teeth removals into as many separate appointments as possible. After months of us describing symptoms Dr. Maria recommended more teeth removals only to find out our dog had cancer long after the cancer spread to his lymph nodes and it was too late to do anything about it. Spend your money where people at least pretend to care.

The Dr here treated me and my fur baby with the UTMOST respect, and sympathy. I have found my families permanent Vet. Everyone here was respectful, sincere and just made the whole terrible experience I was going though a little bit easier. I was referred here by my mother who needed to take her puppy in the same day as I was having trouble with my cat. She called up there, and the staff stayed an hour after closing to squeeze my cat in. Even though there was nothing that the Dr could do to fix my baby, He and I were treated with dignity and respect in his final moments. This place is just amazing and everyone there is an angel sent down to earth to help take care of our little fur babies. Thank you again Dr for everything you did. I know Sunny Delight felt safe and thats all we could ever ask for.

Secretary was super rude. Was given a super small, weak kitten who couldn’t be returned to his mother. I asked her for any advice before my appointment (7 hours later) and all she did was act as if i was at fault and the only advice she gave me was to give it back to the mom. (Which I told her was not possible). Was not reassuring at all. I understand she isn’t the veterinarian but working at the front desk at a vet clinic you think you’d have some genuine passion and a little bit of knowledge of animals. Sucks because this place has good reviews. I’m sure it’s a great clinic, just a terrible secretary.

We took our Breeze here after difficulties with another vet. Dr. Maria came out to the parking lot and stood and talked with us, all the while letting Breeze sniff her and get comfortable with her. We gave her a history of his care and she asked tons of questions. I was so unbelievably grateful that she took the time to stand in the parking lot and discuss things with us before taking him inside. Because of her understanding of his nervousness and willingness to take the time, they were able to get him weighed, complete an exam and gave him a vaccine booster without difficulty. I felt involved in Breeze's care and like they wanted our input. We'll be taking him here from now on.

took one of her dogs there that was paralyzed due to information absolutely incredible vets. Took her oldest dog there who has developed diabetes doctor Maria could not be better. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I can call and ask questions and they're more than helpful take time to answer your questions and they also care about your pets. Would recommend them to any and everybody.

Our first visit was fantastic! We had our small dog's teeth clean and they were very well priced as well as amazingly friendly and helpful. Our dog was up on his feet and demanding food within hours which was pretty impressive for him. I'm looking forward to coming back!

I have four live puppies and a live mother today thanks to Dr. Wright (Dr. Matt). Our family Labrador was expecting, and we knew there were at least four puppies in her. 5 hours after the third was born, the fourth was nowhere to be seen and my girl had stopped contracting.I called Dr. Matt - at 2 in the morning - and he spent the next several hours talking and texting with me for updates on her status. He eventually ended up having me meet him early at his office where he confirmed a live puppy was still in there. He was able to assist in delivering the puppy without a c-section. After delivery he sent me, momma dog, and the pups home without concern for the bill.I brought the four thriving pups back three days later to have their dewclaws removed. My total bill for sitting up with me on the phone all night, emergency assisted delivery the following day, and having four pups dewclaws removed: $235. I was expecting 2-3 times that.Dr. Matt is a good guy and genuinely cares about the animals he sees. I've never wondered if I was being given incorrect information or being taken advantage of. I have four live lab puppies today thanks in big part to Dr. Matt. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Didn’t tell us our puppy had a bacterial infection for over 3 weeks. Paid over $80 for a fecal sample test. We called a few days after to follow up as we hadn’t heard from them—we were told she was negative. Went in today for a booster shot, handed over my card to pay and was THEN told hurriedly they had failed to tell us our puppy had tested positive for giardasis. 3 weeks ago. No explanation by the vet and she sent out a tech with the meds who completely dismissed all of my questions. Don’t take your dogs here—they genuinely don’t care.

My family has been bringing our pets here for YEARS. They’ve been with us starting from the joys of puppy and kitten-hood and have mourned with us multiple times when we’ve had to say goodbye to our companions.I recently adopted a kitten from a foster mom who had saved him from a very bad breeder. My kitten had developed a goopy infected eye. I called the office at about 10 am to schedule an appointment and was able to get in the same day. We arrived at the office early in case we needed to fill out paper work or scan in previous vet records and were seen promptly at our appointment time.The vet techs and assistants were SO sweet and made me feel like such a proud kitty mom as the were so enamored with my kitten, Chester. It was clear that they were all genuine animal lovers! We waited in the room no more than 5 minutes before Dr. Maria Caggiano came in the look at Chester’s eye. Somehow, though we only spent about 10-15 minutes total in the room, it felt like so much longer!Dr. Caggiano really took her time to get to know my kitten! She was asking questions about his personality and we were having a great conversation with her, all while she was very subtly doing a physical exam on Chester. She talked us through each step of her examination and very clearly explained her diagnosis, the cause, and her recommended course of treatment. She provided excellent and thorough care to Chester and I am so relieved knowing that I can turn to her if we experience any more issues! The price was more than fair for the visit and his prescription eye drops. We will be returning to this location for his remaining shots and care!

Be prepared to wait at least 30 my minutes to see a vet. My cats don’t have any major medical issues so we only visit 1-2 times per year at most & we can never get in same day (hardly ever in the same week). With the exception of one visit (that I can recall), we have had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for our scheduled (well in advance) appointments. After 3 years, we have decided to go to a different vet, which is right up the street, & apparently could see my cat this afternoon!?

Doctor Dave is the best vet I've ever experienced. He doesn't feed you a bunch of hooey just to get you to spend more money, he's honest with you, he's always willing to answer any questions you have, and - most importantly - he's really good with my fur babies. Even Bella, who usually hates the vet and gets very stressed, likes Doctor Dave.

Left once due to ignorance. Got a call from Dr Maria to please come back. I did, & they just did what they wanted. Gave my dog a second rabies shot even though I requested DHPP only. Never go there again i went there for over 15 years
