Go elsewhere, especially if you are not local. The selection is fantastic. The customer service and returns at every location I go to is terrible and that is being nice.Somehow they expect you to find out the gas item (generator in my case) you purchased is broken without putting gas in them… if you do you are stuck using their 3rd party service center. This place is just selling trash with no customer service to back it.

One of the top three large hardware stores in the area 😉 If I lived closer to Menard's I'd go there more often. They have what ya need for home improvement/projects. I prefer the brand of tools you can get at the other stores, but what Menard's has is still good quality.

Went there to get everything I needed for a bathroom remodel. There was so many different options and everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. I got everything I needed there in one stop and it was super easy to find. Such a good experience!

I placed a an online pickup order for a large project I am doing and it was an $1,000 order. I did it online, chose pickup, got my boyfriends truck and lined it all up so I could come after work get back home at a decent time to let my dog out. I got there and they gave me 1/8 of my order and said I am supposed to pull the rest from various parts of the store and lumber yard. I am disappointed that this information wasn’t disclosed to me via email, phone call, or any form of communication. The email said my order was pulled and ready for pick up. I live an hour away from Omaha now. I wasted my time by shopping online since I will have to do the same thing at the store now and I wasted money on gas by driving a truck instead of my car I normally take to work. My time sensitive project is now delayed. Communication is key! If I knew what to expect, I wouldn’t have placed the online order, I would have been able to make different plans. Also, I ordered the wrong fencing. They changed their nomenclature on the width and height from the top sign to the bottom sign. I thought I bought a 6’ wide and 5’ tall gate. I didn’t notice that the item number was the same. I will own my miss but the signing is confusing and not intuitive.

This place has everything you need from dog and cat supplies, paint, lights, you name it. The prices are really good, and they have great deals. I shop here every chance I get a great place to shop.

People here are generally pretty helpful and take you to the things you ask about, now if only they could read my mind so I don't have to come back 3 times for the things I keep forgetting lol. But overall it's pretty ok.

They had a lawn mower at $549.99 with a red tag; when I went to pay for it m, it rang up at $599.99. I told them the tag said $549.99, they went to check and the red tag was removed. Turns out Brad had removed the red tag, all within a 3 minute time frame.They were trying to be elusive, and I told the manager which he tried to raise his voice then I had to tell him to watch his tone of voice.Crazy to think these employees will try to pull off something like this. I won’t judge the other Menards in the metro in the area, based off this stores actions.

I've been to enough Menards locations to know that no two are the same. The customer service varies, the ease of access varies, and even the bathrooms change sides. But I really enjoy going to this one. I've bought quite a bit of roofing and siding products, and this is my go to store. John Onumbu, at the Contractor Desk, really knows his stuff. And he remembers the conversations we have and always follows up with me. He's helped me tremendously with product knowledge, and has helped me navigate challenging jobsite situations. I've worked with many different Material Sales Reps, and he's of the best. So be sure to ask for him when you go to the contractor desk! He's good people! Also, if you guys move the contractor desk to the back corner of the store like all the other stores, I'm changing my review to 1 star. Don't do that to me, I get enough steps in a day to stay healthy, saving the time also keeps me coming to this branch. ;)

Horrible Experience deal with this rude old lady today, I really hope she could get transferred to another shop or not work at this place anymore. Because I’ve been shopping at this place for almost 3 years. Comparing with other employees at this shop, they always super friendly and provide customer nice service.I just tired and so disappointed today. So I don’t want explaining anything but just Hope the management team could provide her little better service for your customers. We are loving shop at the Menards . Don’t treat your customers like that.

I’d prefer not to have to watch an employee kill a bat. Still giving five stars because in general I haven’t witnessed that many bat killings at Menards. This was probably just an outlier in my overall experience. Prices are good. Gotta love that 11% off.

The lady with grey hair at the rental center was extremely rude to me, and other customers in line. It was very unprofessional. I was asking about a ladder to rent and she was being very sarcastic and rude about the whole situation. She was yelling at other employees in front of customers. We asked for help to get the ladder out of our car and she made it seem like a huge deal having to page someone. She definitely needs a change of attitude because yelling at customers won’t get her far.

I’m giving 5 stars because of an employee named Dennis, he was on his way working pushing 2 carts full or items. When he noticed I needed help, instantly stopped & asked if I need assistance. I have a few questions about hvac & dryer vents. He was an expert, showed me where everything I needed was located. Talked me through everything & Gave his personal opinion on how to do build everything the right way to last for years. This guy need a promotion for his professionalism

Very nice home improvement store. We went in for a few electrical items but this place seems to have a bit of everything.We did not need help finding anything but there was staff walking around.In case you needed to know what was in their weekly advertisements, they even post them on the restrooms.

had an issue, i bought a vanity with top that was supposed to be white finish. but it was not, it was a cream color. ill upload photos, the thing is i paid someone to install this and i don't really like the color, i went to the store and the person in charge of plumbing (Jon) told me to return it. now I'm going to pay again remove and install another one that i don't like? the thing is that the company who provides those vanitys to menards is not giving them the right finish and now im affect it by it. this is really frustrating. be the judge and tell me if that is the right color!

Great store although they can be a little unpredictable on when they're open. But management is quite responsive to customer concerns and that means quite a bit. Highly recommend for great service and great prices.

Duncan provided great customer service in should be recognized as such. I did not know enough about the air filters from the air conditioner and he went to find someone who could help. This was after I asked two separate employees one of which is just pointed to the area of the other one said she didn't know enough and I had to walk across the store to ask someone else. Duncan is a great example of how to help a customer and efficient way instead of just shrugging off their need for help

I don't know if others get profiled as bad as I do, but it's ridiculous lol God forbid I stand in one isle too long or they can't see what's in my hand at every second 🤣 if there is one thing I definitely am not, it's a thief, and today just topped the cake for me, for the amount of money Ive spent in that store to be and the and business in the last few yrs to be profiled like that SMH almost as bad as Ace Hardware not letting me carry the iteams I was purchasing around in the store

Plenty of parking and adequate cashiers. Aisles are cramped, and locating items is confusing and time-consuming. I was unable to find anyone to assist me in the store, so it's no better than any other Home Improvement store. Some sale prices are good, so watch the fliers and mailings...They show the items that are made in America in those fliers, too!

Great customer service! I left my notebook on a cart in the parking lot. One of their team found it, turned it in to the manger's desk. I called within 20 minutes of leaving the store and it was ready for pick up. I shop at the store for the products and prices available. It's my first hardware choice because of the team members.

I have a REPLACEMENT plan on my cultivator that I bought two years ago. It stopped working so I took it to this location to get it replaced under the warranty but the old grey-haired lady at customer service counter was very rude and said they don't replace items I have to get it serviced. I went to the Ralston Menards where I first purchase the item and they replaced it without any hassle because it was under warranty. I will never go to this location again in I advise against going to customer service at this location.

This is a very good place to shop for home improvement projects, garden supplies, outdoor furniture, and outdoor activities. And the customer service is good and the place is clean.

This store needs to give Jeff in tile / flooring department a raise or some vacation time! Every time I go into this Menard’s he absolutely exceeds all expectations, is friendly, and helpful! I can’t think of a better representative for this company than that guy!! Kudos Jeff, thanks for your help every time I got a question!!
