Menards is my favorite big box store to shop at. There are a few different locations, they are all good! They have a huge selection of merchandise ranging from home remodeling supplies to groceries. They even sell decent greeting cards! Lol! The employees are very friendly and always happy to help.

Awful management. I got a mower 5 days ago and it’s faulty. The returns ladies were very nice but frustrated because the managers refused to come and help. When one eventually came up he was clearly not interested in helping. Some manager named Brent clearly said “I’m not interested in helping him” and I was sent to the manufacturers for assistance. I was told the first time I brought the mower in that all I had to do was empty the fuel and they’d return it for a new one. Not helpful, rude, and lazy management.

I get a lot of my yard decor here. I find that they always have a wide selection of beautiful decor. They have all kinds and all sizes and all types. I always want to buy more then what I need and have to talk myself out of spending more then what I planned for. To add, they have a great variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs to choose from. Their garden center is no doubt one of the best. Besides your typical hardware store they have a wide variety of everything it seems like. Menards is a good value and always a good stop for your home projects.

Yet again I am here and no carts to be found for customers to use! All employees are using them. Gotta love Home DepotMenards is one of my favorite places to shop but... I get very irritated when I need a flat cart to move my products to the check out and all the employees are using them for stock purposes. The worst part is when I've ask them to use one too many times they respond very rudely Nd say they ate using it!

Got ready to build a deck 4th of July weekend. I had no idea how much wood and other items I would need. Your mill department was helpful. They walked me through the process patiently.I then ended up not keeping everything I purchased. Your customer service department helped me with that process.I really don't like hone improvement projects - so your staffs help made it easier.

Terrible service today. Price for a rug was labeled wrong. They checked and said I was wrong. I went back and had to show them. They didn't even apologize. Glad I get to shop and do your job.

Several things I've bought from there were horrible quality and stopped working long before they should have. Customer service was rude and ridiculous when i came in to return them because i explained my card had expired and I got a new one so i couldnt pull the receipt on their system. Im just going to stick with other businesses. They'll always work with there Customers

Just bought this dog food and something is wrong with the color of it. I would suggest not feeding this kind of dog food to your pet until this is figured out. This dog food needs to be recalled. Rise and Shine Purina Dog Food Pouches.

Manager working at this store on 6/30/23 at 2PM was extremely rude, should not be in the customer service industry let alone a manager. I placed an order online to find out the other items in my order I needed for a job were no longer available in the entire city. I had already purchased these items online that showed in-stock!!. Trying to call and explain Im not returning these items Im cancelling the order she places a 25% restocking fee on the items. I tired to explain that Menards didn't fulfill my order and I shouldn't have to pay anything, she just yelled, got snippy and tried to hang-up on me. I will not be shopping at any of the Menards stores again..

Honestly this was an extremely pleasant visit. The staff was very eager and willing to help me find everything that I needed. I hadn’t been to the store before and was not familiar with the layout or where to find certain things and helped cut my shopping time in half. Their employees had a lot of great advice for me as well.

Have walked back and for just to get a dog pen. Cashier's where not able to do the sale, and no one helped , not sure if the 🏠 g man can get off the fork lift. Very disappointed.

Currently remodeling so some parts of the store are disorganized and a bit noisy. Tried to find the scrap wood section and finally asked 2 different employees but neither one knew. I think having a store directory would be very helpful. Even one in each corner of the store with a "you are here" mark would alleviate a lot of guessing, especially with their new remodel. I think the store was due for a facelift and looks like it's starting to come together nicely. I'm sure I'll be giving it 5 stars again soon.

Always have what i need when it comes to home repairs and commercial building repairs. Lines get long at times but they move pretty quickly. I like that they have actual cashiers and not self checkouts. The garden center is usually pretty stocked up but they have quite a bit of unused space outside still and I think they would fare well if they kept more flowers in stock. One more suggestion would be having more smaller variety tomato plant selections in the spring. I've never had luck finding grape tomatoes there and have been going for years. Over all a great place to shop

Alex B. and Aaron have STELLAR customer service skills! My friend Angie was looking for a smaller version of a sealer for pet odors instead of buying the large one at 50 Alex found the smaller one for 15 when we actually thought it would have to be ordered. Now that’s going above and beyond all day every day. Stay AWESOME Aaron and Alex!!! Save big $$$$$ at Menards!!!

I drove from Fall City Ne. this morning to pick some fencing up for my son also who lives in Fall City. When I entered the order area outside to pick the order up I called and within 15 minutes my fencing was being loaded. The girl was pleasant in her job. When I was at the check out gate the gentleman counted my fencing and said I only received 6 rolls not 7 that were ordered. He said that I would need to go back for my other roll and he would call ahead, great. When I went back to the order pick up area and called there was no answer. Called again and finally someone answered and said they would be right out. The lady came out and was informed about the shortage of the order, she said to give her a few minutes. 20 minutes later no response, so called again and while I was explaining that I was still waiting for my fencing was hung up on. Not Happy at all now!! So I walked in to find out what the delay was and was informed that they were trying to figure out the order! Really!! She said that I was not hung up during my phone call that they had phone issues. ?? Finally received my one roll of fencing and informed the girl that I guess I should have counted the rolls myself and she informed me that I should have!! Did not realize that I was just employed by Menards. No apology or nothing she just walked away. Sorry but NO WAY to treat customers. Went to the gate to check out of the yard and the gate employee said that my episode was no surprise! 😡😡

Associate decided Menards is not accountable for their advertised prices. I found one item that ring up incorrectly and he said it was the only one there so he would not honor the price. I asked him so you don't honor your prices? Then he said he could go ahead and go to hardware and see if they would be able to help out. Why would he tell me that the second time why wouldn't he just lead with that or why wouldn't he go check with the hardware team first instead of trying to get the higher price. Terrible business practice sure doesn't have accountability for how their associates Mark there items in store. Also associate was totally okay with the fact I told him I'd write a review on this. It's not the front line manager's fault it's the company's fault for the practice. It's not my fault that you have a store that's so large and you can't keep track on possible moved items. It's better not to pull the rug from under people's feet.

Great support from the staff. Was purchasing a 12,000 BTU window air conditioner. Very heavy and a team member there to put on the cart. At the checkout we were met by another team member who lifted into the Jeep. Great service.

I had a great experience at this Menard’s and couldn’t me more thankful for Mike from the plumbing department for his incredible customer service. I had an issue with my small cleaning business at a clients home and Mike went above and beyond what I was expecting to make sure that not only I had a great experience at Menards but that my business was considered and taken care of.
