Very unhappy with the customer service! I live 45 minutes away so I called this location to ask if they had a specific item and the girl told me “my manager said we can’t give any information regarding our inventory over the phone” I asked her why that is and tried to explain I live far away but I was willing to make the drive if they carried this chair. She whispered to the manager and then replied we’re not allowed to because of our company policy. So I guess I won’t waste my time.

Not sure if this is a companywide policy… But they wouldn’t let me take back or exchange some bras because I didn’t have their dinky little plastic hanger. I had removed everything, tried it on at home, immediately realized they did not fit and needed to get a different size. That just was not possible for some reason. That’s $20 down the drain. They claimed sanitary reasons, but that should be the case for every piece of clothing in any state… Just say you can’t take any clothing back or exchange them there does not seem to be rhymer reason behind that.

Nice variety of general merchandise that includes apparel, shoes, gym workout items, electronics and home decor. I didn't catch the guy's name but there's a very friendly professional male black gentleman working the day we went shopping at Marshall's. Would be nice if more of the store associates would be more friendly and eager to help you

The beauty department is the most organized one I’ve seen and the woman working there is so incredibly nice & friendly. Went in earlier today and was just over all a great experience and it made my day talking to her. Excellent customer service, excellent deals, and will be back to visit her!!! Thanks for all you do.

Me and My youngest daughter love this place we are there at least 2-4 times a month lol we both are currently re-decorating and the kitchenware and accessories I'm addicted to! In just got some stuff for my bathroom an it turned out super cute!

I love Marshalls but what I don't know about it they don't have a nice size for 3x and 2x plus women but their shoes and their little items and everything they're awesome that's the only thing I can play about Marshalls that they don't have size plus size for blush with women but otherwise Marshall is on point and the customer service pretty good too

I love this store. The clothing and shoes are nice and good quality. Every time i shop there i go to the home decor section. Beautiful furniture and decor. Great location for our community. Ive purchased much of their home decor and accent chairs for my home!

Since COVID the store is very cognizant about setting new store capacity, disinfecting, and providing hand sanitizer. Staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. They have a somewhat good selection of clothing and other items. Prices are relatively reasonable.

Found a Stone mountain purse that was regular price at $218.00 for $34.99usr to buy that purse a long time ago . Also 5 pair of false eyelashes for my granddaughter for $3.99. always find good deals

The store itself is awesome. Lots to choose from. The cashier that was working today (female) was very rude to me. Told me I had to get in the back of the line just to leave my bag at the counter. I did. I waited just to tell them the same thing I had already said when I first walked in. Just didn't make any sense, and just super unfriendly and unprofessional for being in the customer service field. It's a shame, because I thought this was the best location. I will be going to the other one in town since that happened. I wish I would have got her name.

They had lots of great merchandise and I loved the selection. Something had the wrong sticker on it and I felt like the clerk was treating me like a thief. I don't know if they are racist or just discriminate freely against customers, but i have never had an experience like that before.Luckily, I liked the store so I will continue shopping there unless that staff member disrespects me again.

Great shopping close to home. Always something different. The gourmet food section is the best place to get coconut and olive oil. I also buy sheets and pillows here. High end brands for a bargain!

I do not shop at Marshalls but my child does and she love their clothes and I buy the gadgets they have. Nice store for almost all ages except little girls of what I seen. I saw grade school girls shopping there.

I'm stuck. I don't really like this store, but I don't dislike it either. They always seem to have some unique things, but the whole floorplan just always seems like a hodgepodge.

I enjoy coming to the Marshalls location. I gave 4 stars because when i go everything seems picked over. I enjoy the beauty section and there isn't much to choose from compared to the other stores.
