I am only giving this place a two star rating because it was clean and there was plenty of parking. However, customer service was terrible. Everyone working there had a poor and even rude attitude. Now they claim they are going to start monitoring the trucks out in the parking lot to see if you're actually staying in your truck or not. I will post a picture of the warning sign that's on the entrance. And the wendy's was a complete joke. The kid working behind the counter had ringworm all up-and-down his arm, and his manager or him could care less about greeting me when I walked in. Instead, I gotta head nod of "Whats up." I won't be stopping here again.

I stopped here to do my laundry and use the shower and I have been to many loves location’s and truck stops. However this Loves is by far the best one they care about us drivers. Clean store and Ms. Kim Fletcher was very helpful. Ricky keeps the showers very very clean. I pray both Kim and Ricky receive a pay raise.

I applied one of my digital deals onto my barcode and proceeded to check out. When she rang it up I noticed it did apply the buy one get one free. I showed her the deal on my phone, and she scanned my card and said the deal was invalid and I would have to call Loves directly. This is the 3rd time this happened at this location. The employees here are incredibly rude and the place is turning into a dump. I will take my business elsewhere!!

Good location. Plenty of room to back into spots. Parking lot is overrun by bobtails and locals. There are some spots open during the daytime, but the parking lot doesn't clear out at any time of day like a normal truck stop. With the number of bobtails here I am guessing that there is a shipper or receiver nearby that requires you to drop your trailer.

First loves where is no friendly faces. I am Platinum member of Loves and have refill free of charge. But lady charge me $2 for cup Its robbery of drivers.

I witnessed the rude way they where taking with a driver who replaced a tire from them and he had issue with the tire , they are unprofessional and poor communication skills. The driver said he one time did oil change and the oil filter was loose and now it’s the new tire he purchased 20 days a go and it’s not holding the air . And no warrant covers it . And they yelled and told the driver to pull out and get the hell out. That was not right . When some people see you are colored they treat you wrong ! And this ignorance people are the ones who are in charge of the business.

Terrible truck stops. They don't give a damn what drivers think as long as they sell fuel to the big carriers. Food & coffee suck. Creamer sucks. And if you complain they will shut your points card off. Go to flying J.

Had to ask for toilet seat covers. Bathroom was only ok clean. When I first walked in the store I heard an employee complaining about a bunch of stuff. The store had boxes out for customers to trip over. Was very unappealing. Too many passenger cars going in and out of the truck parking area looking for stuff to steal. Very unsafe.

I have been to 3 other Coparts before and this one had the worst communication ever.I stood for a long time expecting direction other than the vehicle I was previewing would be out to right.It ended up out to left behind the fence unseeable from the office. I wasted at least an hour waiting for no reason.I was in que and for some reason I was showed to have completed my visit by them before I ever saw the vehicle.I was also there to see a vehicle that was slated to sell on 3/1 and after looking at it the following weekday on 2/28 it was changed to a future bid.I drove 2 hours one way for this quality of business.

Bathrooms are disgusting employees are absolutely ignorant and make you wait on there stupidity. There will be no hotdogs on the grill if it’s nighttime and you will have a difficult time getting anything because every employee wants to have a conversation rather then do there job. I am tired of going to places where I work my tail off to be treated with disrespect from people who just don’t want to work.

Not in this area often, but due to some of these reviews, they must’ve cleaned up house.The grounds were fairly clean the inside of the place look nice, employees were friendly, I didn’t check the bathroom or the shower, as I was only here temporarily, but I see that the salad area gets bought out fairly quick.Nice size truck parking, they have a Wendy’s if you can’t find anything to your liking upfront.I would come backfour Stars in my opinion

Was here last week. Washers and dryers posted only quarters. When you go and ask for quarters, they won’t give you any. It’s the weekend. You knew the machines weren’t taking cards so why didn’t they have the decency to have quarters ready for drivers who are probably doing their 34 hr reset and can’t just run to a local bank for quarters. Also, why not just take the ones that are in the machines and exchange them for the drivers. Also lady at fuel desk has a bad attitude. She should be looking for other work if asking for quarters was too much for her.

Can't find a parking spot at 5pm on a Sunday because all the damn bobtails taking up entire semi- tractor spaces! Love's! Why are y'all allowing this? It's plain to see this has been going on for awhile. Semi- tractor parking lanes are designated for that only, not bobtails!

I love ❤️ going to Love's Truck stop, not saying anything regarding truck drivers bc some of them are pretty shady and I just try to stay away from those especially the animal truck drivers they have no soul and are most likely sociopaths psychopaths in order to do that terrible terrible merciless "job" I had a couple try to run me off the road a "couple" times so ya I don't trust them whatsoever I imagine they're a few good ones out there though and I feel for them having to be around the other kinds but we will all answer to our deeds in the end including myself bc no One...NO ONE is perfect

Stupid lady at the mechanic shope and the guys up there are very rude, disrespectful and lairs. I’m come here to get an oil change at 1pm and they told me to wait for 2-3 hours and right now it’s 8:30pm. When I try to ask them what is going on and they told me wait until for another 4 more hours..

First off, I have been trucking for 10 years, and this is the first time I have ever sincerely wanted to write a bad review about a Loves Truck stop. Today is 1/25/2023 @ 1050pm. I went in for a load lock, and coffee and there was not one employee in the store because they were ALL outside smoking. A gentleman was waiting for a shower and I saw people just walk out the door with stuff. About 7-10 minutes went by, I know, let them take a break, but then all 3 girls ganged up on me because I said, “ must be nice.” Yes, I got 10 hours to go and not a minute to spare. I get paid by the mile and 10 minutes is MY time, I’m the customer, I got mouths to feed. Sorry for my rant, but the women that work nights here are the most disrespectful ladies I have ever met. Again, I love Love’s, but don’t come here on their smoke break.

I stopped at the Loves in Shelby IA for two retread tires and worked with Dustin and his team they got me in within an hour and out within an hour. They are very knowledgeable I was impressed by their team work and efficient service. There is a speedco near where I park my truck when I’m home I will never go there again I will drive the 40 miles to have Dustin and his team to service my truck.

Worked with "tink" in shop. Believe she was manger at time. She presented a positive experience, was down with boys to change tires ect to speed up her shop. I showed up for batteries on a holiday weekend and her attitude was pleasant and home feeling. She has a list of people in front but kept me posted on time frame and challenge's of one tech on duty. Repair was long but her communication kept it ok. Young lady was a grinder to keep customers happy! Thank you tink for the help and welcomed visit!!
