Meh. I enjoyed it and thought the store was alright. The shop was clean, the aisles were well organized, and the staff were helpful and explained what products they had. However, I did like the Green Spot and Nature Dog better. I think they have a little better of a product selection, especially when it comes to dog treats. Again, it wasn’t a bad place, but I like a few others better. My dog really liked the fresh baked treats which were nice. Again, not bad but not amazing either.

I was running late leaving work one night; when I called the store and they were more then willing to stay a few minutes late for me to ensure my dog got the food he needed! The staff and ownership of Long Dog Fat Cat are truly amazing and always go above and beyond!

This place is amazing the girlfriend and i arrived here looking for solutions for a grieving dog that has developed what we hope is short term anxiety. We got a few chews to help calm (cbd) and girlie (doggo) picked out her own venison treat stick. Very knowledgeable and nice people. They really care about the animals and people they help! The best place & nicest ppl. Their food is fresh & I've been a customer for eons! They know their stuff and are never pushy. Yes, good stuff is expensive but again, it's fresh and if my dog didn't cost me an arm and a leg I'd be shocked. The better you feed your dog the better they will be! I love LDFC!

Good selection of natural and healthy foods for your pets. Price is cheaper than other options. Their rewards system is nice, as I can go to any store and they can pull my record up. I just wish my cat's food wasn't so expensive! But high quality means more money.

I’ve been shopping here for years and haven’t had any issues. Took my dog in for grooming and was “shamed” by the employees for picking up my dog late, and charged a $25 late fee. After the time my dog was supposed to be done had elapsed I called to see when she would be ready. An incredibly rude/condescending employee told me they had called and texted me multiple times. They had my number incorrect therefore never reached me. That didn’t matter… I was still charged a late fee. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told the manager wouldn’t be at work until that following Saturday and he would call me on my correct number. I never received a call… big surprise. Oh well, PetsEarth appreciates my business!

I go to lot's of pet specialty shops to look for unique treats and toys for my dogs often. Long Dog Fat Cat was exceptional. They had a great assortment of treats, food and toys that I had not seen available at other retailers and their prices were quite reasonable. I have 3 large dogs so buying for them can get expensive and I appreciate a good deal. I really wish Lincoln had a location but I do like that they have an online option as well. If you're in the Omaha area definitely check them out!

I have been ordering my dogs raw chicken food for years there and never have been talked to like I had been tonight from the young man that answered the phone. I ran up to him after to talk to him in person but they had already closed. Hung up on me because he said i was being rude and he didnt have to listen to me. Tried to explain they always get my order from my phone number but he didn't know how to do that. I spend $300-400 a month and definitely will go a somewhere else from this experience. Train your people in common courtesy and respect!!

One of the best shop to get quality dog foods that isn’t full of cheap and dangerous ingredients. My baby Ruby (chihuahua) has enjoyed these and benefited from the diet she has been on with the food they offer.

Amazing Groomer!!After almost five years we had to find a new groomer for our dog (due to scheduling conflicts) and we are so happy we found Anna at Long Dog!! I was so nervous the first time I went in but she listened to everything I said and groomed our dog exactly how I wanted. Today was our second time in and once again she did an amazing job!!

Worst experience we’ve every had with a groomer. I would give a 1 star if the staff wasn’t so accommodatingIn response to the owners reply, there was clearly a lot of confusion about what was asked. It doesn’t really matter, we left with a dog shaved down to her skin and did not ask for that. End of story. It has nothing to do with the business, I could tell by the cut that the groomer was very talented it’s just not what we asked for and it’s kind of in bad taste to basically say we’re lying. We never even followed through with the refund because it wasn’t worth it. It’s the response we got that made me write the review (:

I love this store and the people there. I have been going to LDFC for all of my pets needs for a while now and it is always such a pleasure. If you want quality products for your pet and quality service, then this is the place to go. They are always gracious, friendly, professional and helpful. They always make you and your pet feel welcome and offer great products at a more than fair price.They care about their clients and support animal rescue groups. If you want a wonderful shopping experience then give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.

We buy our dog food here now and always get our Great Pyrenees dogs groomed here. The groomer here is excellent. His name is Steven. He works alone and is booked way ahead, but he is worth the wait. He's patient, gentle, professional, and calls about 45 minutes before he's done so you know exactly when you can come pick up your dog(s).

I’ve been going to LDFC for years. I love shopping locally and supporting businesses that have the knowledge and passion behind them. But the reason I’m making this review is because of a very nice individual who works at the Village Pointe location! I wish I knew her name but she has brown curly hair. She is always super helpful, knows me by name, and remembers/asks about how my last purchase was for my dog. The Tiburon location is closest to me but I’ve decide to keep making the trip to VP because of her! Great business and great staff! ❤️🐶

This pet store is great. You'll find lots of great brands for really reasonable prices here. They do grooming and have all the best treats for your spoiled pups. Everything you need but the dog/cat. Leashes, harnesses, cat nip, toys, and all kinds of food. Friendly service to boot.

Staff is super knowledgeable, very helpful.My dog (Newfoundland) was having a ear infection, vet said it could be food, went to LDFC and staff knew exactly what I was talking about. They put me on some Milk Kiefer and issue cleared up right away.Prices are expensive but product aligns with price, super high end product.

The costumer services is amazing!! They do delivery if needed! They host so many animal rescue events with so many different local rescue groups. They help the public get a chance to potentially find the rescue pet that will be the perfect fit! A+ products. The staff is so knowledgeable. I suggest going there if you havent to see what their all about. Also look them up on Facebook to see pictures of all their events :)

This place is just awesome. It's a small store, but they have a great selection. Every time I walk in I'm asked if there's anything I need help finding. They often host rescue groups where they bring in dogs for adoption.Prices are reasonable and I'm always happy to shop at a locally owned store.

Our cats love the food we switched to. Has a great selection of food & treat products for both dogs and cats. The staff will answer any questions you have, and are genuine as they too have pets of their own.

We use to purchase our grain free products from another premium retailer and switched to LDFC since their prices are a few bucks cheaper. Nice staff who's always willing to help when you go in. They have a reward program for every $300 you spend. The other place we use to get our food from did offer a discount after every $100 spent but that wasn't a deal breaker to us when we switched. Will continue to purchase from LDFC!

They have the best choices in dog food. I switched many years ago and my dogs haven't been sick since. They used to get sick a lot with the cheaper brand from the chain stores. It does make a difference!
