From the first sales call to the final follow up to see how things were going, Invisible Fence of the Heartland has conducted them self with professionalism and care. All of the session went as described and in the time frame that they suggested. I will say that sometimes what gets lost is just how much they actually care about your dog. This is what made my experience so great. They really cared about the well fair of our puppy which really set our minds at ease. When I talked with Invisible Fence, they were very responsive from answering phones and to the representative very prompt with appointments. Friendly staff with a very helpful spirit.The man installing the fence was knowledgeable and installed the fence with no issues. He then did the training for our dog. He was very considerate of dog and owners. Lost my Dog in July, and decided to rescue a New Puppy in November...My first Lab got so well trained he didn't need the collar after about 2 years(don't recommend for all), but they work great!!New Puppy...the team came out and reflagged the line, trained my puppy so well, I truly didn't have to do a whole lot of training(maybe just another smart dog?)They have always been so great with my Dogs, working with both of us!! When I have had issues with the line, they come fast, and get it worked out quickly.I have recommended them to all of my Dog friends and will forever continue to...best investment I have ever made!!

We are already loving our Invisible Fence after two weeks! Our 13 week puppy has caught on quick and knows exactly where he can and cannot go in minimal time. Our lot is 1/3 of an acre so we are so excited our puppy can play and explore our entire lot and driveway (with supervision for now) :) but when he is older, he'll have so much room to explore. We love that we were able to customize where the puppy can go (we blocked off certain areas of our yard by plants and our shed). Overall so happy with our purchase of our Invisible Fence system. We live out in the country on 5 acres. We were wanting to put up a fence for our dogs to make sure they stayed home, but could be outside by themselves without us worrying about them running off. We went with Invisible Fence and boy am I happy we did!! The trainers came out and worked with us and the dogs to get everyone on the same page!Our dogs love being outside and we love not having to always bring out with them. We have a stubborn German Shepherd and he knows exactly where the line is. I was surprised at how low of a setting got his attention. I am able to hold the collar in my hand and break the containment, so I know he is not getting hurt! The people have been amazing! It has been two months since our last training session and they continuously reach out to see if we have questions. Would highly recommend this company/product to anyone interested!

From the order to the training, everything was top notch. The training is well done and easy to continue on your own after the sessions. We now have had 3 dogs trained and in 3 years never had an issue with them not respecting the fence or the indoor disks. We also have 2 cats on the system inside and the indoor disks keep them off our table and kitchen counters. We just love our invisible fence system!!!!

The install was fairly quick and the lawn recovered in a few days.The 5 stars is really for the training and service we received. Mark was an excellent trainer and our dog took to him right away.
