Overall decent Hy-Vee but prices are high and they are always understaffed so the self check out gets really busy. I also had a bag of groceries break on me once in front of a worker and they ignored me even stepped over me while i was trying to gather my things. Could definitely be better!

I usually stop at a different store but stopped at this Hy-Vee on 132nd and Dodge today with my 2 year old granddaughter and Colleen greeted us at the door and told me about the free fruit for kids. She made us feel welcome and made sure our shopping trip went well. I was impressed with the service and selection. I will be back and appreciated Colleen’s attentiveness!

I love this store but wanted to give a direct shout out to Aaron in the deli meat department. He is always super friendly and takes customer service to the next level. He is great and not making you feel like you're bugging the department when you need help and he always goes above and beyond to get you what you need. Thank you Aaron for being awesome!

The selection of products is good. Their catering and deli department always offers delicious food. I have been shopping here regularly since moving to the area 8 years ago. What prevents me from giving them a 5 is their consistent practice of misleading sale items. They'll put a tag out right by a product to lead you to believe it's on sale and then it doesn't ring up that way. I used to think it was just me, but I've met other who feel the same about this practice at this HyVee. I usually don't have the time to protest about it. I just wish they'd be more careful / diligent about things. I'm publicly posting about it in hopes that they will listen and as a heads up to the public. It's just happened way too often to ignore. Having said all that though, they have so many good things going for them such as a service oriented pharmacy, and a clean well cared for store.

I've shopped here over 40 years. I had some groceries and went out to the car for my debit card. The cop doing security stopped me and treated me poorly. He told me not to return! I was like who are you? And left. Don't think I'll ever go back

A Sunday trip to the grocery store can be a daunting task, particularly when churches start to get done. HyVee is a well stocked store, clean and organized. If you need help you are likely to find an employee close by. This particular location is a pretty popular spot but still was able to get what we needed, checked out and back in the car reasonably fast.

Incredibly overpriced, awful quality of produce, and poorly staffed. The beer and liquor selection and prices are solid, though. Sad to see a once quality company fall to price gouging and service cutting.

Was at Hyvee on 132 with my family go to eat and what I heard next was crazy. Instead of greeting us the lady told other co workers that someone else needs to talk to them I don’t speak Spanish so I’m not taking that order. 😡🤬. The only response I received from manager Brent on this issue with plenty of witnesses was we need more training 😒

Hy-Vee is a busy store. I found the best way to save money is to sign up for the fuel saver and perks Hy-Vee card. I have 40¢ off my next gas fill. Gotta save where you can, costs nothing to sign up.

Vegetarian section of the store is minimally restocked. Specifically the tofurky lunchmeat and frozen meals. Even after talking to associates about it on multiple occasions when asked if I found everything.

My favorite Hy-vee for shopping, clean, friendly and comfortable environment. The staff is awesome, they will be there when you need them with a great smile to solve the problem.My favorite department is the Bakery. I always make my cake orders by phone, and I do my best to describe the decoration details, or send a photo by e-mail for the decoration, and because they’re professional, the final result always comes up great.Last year, I went to pick up my daughter’s birthday cake, and they said “Sorry mam, we don’t have an order under this name”. I was really disappointed, and It looks like that the lady who took my order on the phone, didn’t write it down. The bakery lady that was in charge told me that she can fix it and make a cake within 10-15 minutes. I picked it up with butterfly decoration on the top and it was amazing.

I purchased wine that was on sale, but when it was rung up, it didn’t show the sale price when I took it back to customer service The lady said it wasn’t her fault and only apologized with sarcasm after I suggested the gesture. This is the Second time in a row merchandise that was on sale, did not ring up accurately. I didn’t catch it the first time until I got home. I live 30 miles away so coming back is difficult. I will be shopping at the Hy-Vee on Fort Street from now on.

We were recently married in March 2018, we didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on a cake. We only ended up paying around $315 for our cake, and it was well worth it. The cake was delicious (marble with buttercream frosting), and it was decorated beautifully. The woman in charge of the bakery did an excellent job of interpreting our wishes, and making our visions a reality. I've posted a picture to support my claims. We would highly recommend this Hy-Vee bakery, if you're on a budget, but want a high quality product. The bakery department at this location deserves to be recognized.

We used the Hy-vee catering for our company's picnic and we were so happy with the outcome! They had food choices for every kind of diet plan. We chose the option for their employees to grill for us and the food was fresh and delicious. They grill masters were very kind and professional. Overall the option to have them cater and grill was the cherry on top of an amazing day at work!

Wonderful breakfast spot for a great value! I work nearby and when I'm in the mood for great pancakes or a freshly made breakfast sandwich or burrito, I can always count on Linden Hy-Vee to deliver. It tastes like homemade!

Employees always nice, good selection, actually have cashiers (and self check outs), prices are a little higher but you pay for what you get. This is the only grocery store my husband will not complain being at.
