Can’t ever get the same product you have been using, there shelves never kept up the stoking. The baking area not enough product, not enough choices in the hot deli section and never cook well, or burned. Product not enough variety. Fruits like orange are pities and dry when you cut them open. The Pharmacy doesn’t have weight control products or beauty like different hairspray. Gift card section more gift wrapping items.The only thing that’s outstanding is there barkers , great decorating ladies. Meat department great, Health food always stoked well.

I used to enjoy this store a lot. The isles were wider. The old design making me reminisce. However that all changed when I started hearing all over the store how managers seem to be allowed to talk to their employees specifically in the pharmacy even. Hearing a pharmacist telling her staff that they need to prove themselves and every time for the past few months since a new manager took over the pharmacy its been way worse. I've never been in a store where a manager has been allowed to abuse, and talk down to her employees so much. This store is clearly toxic and I don't want to spend my money at places where people. Especially gays from what I have seen are treated with less respect than average. This place really should be turned into the BBB and labor board for the things I've heard and seen happening from management in this store.

I generally find helpful smiles in every aisle, but this visit at 8:00am, at this particular location was not good.Alot of staff with a lot of product to put on empty shelves. Every person I came across, I smiled and said, “good morning”. The produce manager was the first person I encountered upon entering the store, he ignored me but said “good morning” to the guy behind me. Not a good look.Out of the 10 items, I found 1. Not one person, not even the signage gal with multi-colored hair who seemed to follow me around the store asked if I needed help. She was always lurking around me, but never asked if she could help.I had a signing issue in the produce department - marked incorrect. The customer service gal was so pleasant and tried getting the produce manager to see it from a customers perspective. He was just rude - such an attitude for his departments problem. Customer service gal was very apologetic for his behavior and lack of attention to detail.Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

This location is clean and well stock. The staff at this location that are 40 years and over will greet you and say hello with a smile but the majority of staff that is between the ages of 18 and 25 will not greet you or make eye contact with you no matter how close you walk in there vicinity. Give you the feeling that they're unwilling to help you with any requests or help you locate a product in the store. I only gave four stars because of the older staff and the cleanliness of the store. If it wasn't for the cleanliness, well stock and the customer service skills of the older staff I would only give it two stars

Rude staff. Followed me around but never asked me help. Self check out was a joke. I had 3 items in my cart I couldn’t buy either due to being expired or it was recalled.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Selection is amazing. You're going to find slightly better prices at Walmart, but not near the service or selection. Liquor stores top notch. Produces super fresh. Dudley is great. Pharmacy quite good. Parking is easy. Ambiance is above average. Pretty much everything you'd look for in a grocery store. Three stars for pricing, but everything else is so good that I couldn't do anything but to give it a five.

Deli Manager Beth Nosal is a dream to work with. She has assisted me with numerous funerals over the years and the families are very grateful. The food is always fresh and seasoned just right. I have made broccoli lovers out of many people with their Broccoli slaw.

Used to be a good place to get groceries but management would rather install a dozen of the fast checkout lanes and cut back on hours/employees to save a buck. Typical of most places nowadays. Also the Pharmacy consistently gets stuff wrong.

Quality across hyvee has been declining. This store hasn't had the mold problems like others. But prices weren't ringing up correctly at checkout. With the roads being bad we ate the few bucks and just went home.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Josh, your employee at the gas station, is disguising for cussing out customers in front of children. The fact that yall keep employees who disrespect people like that is gross. Hyvee won’t be getting my business ever again!

Great place to spend your money. Can’t find it, you didn’t need it. Definitely won’t get lost, with all the one way markers on the ground. The Employees are great and plenty of selections, more selections then other Hy-Vee’s. The Wine and Spirits area has its own department and verity to keep things interesting. Always plenty of help back in the Meat Department. Cheese selections, not to be found else where.Just be careful in the parking lot during the winter, there was an artesian well, that was covered up and the lot sometimes will have a fine layer of ice on it. True story...

Had breakfast in the cafe.I had heard good things but was disappointed. I had the Chicken Fried Steak skillet.The steak was very good but the potatoes were cold. My side biscuit was cold and hard, would not melt the butter,My companions' potatoes were cold as well.However, the waitress was very nice.

How was my visit? Very expensive. Sometimes Hy-Vee has some good deals but for the most part, they overcharge on all most everything. From their $5 gallons of milk to their $9.99 yoplait yogurt. $3.50+ loaves of bread to $9.99 for lunch meat. Just to name a few prices that they gouge the public on.

This particular HyVee location has repeatedly sold expired foods as the "hyvee deal of the day" via the mobile app.When the expired groceries are delivered, the only option given is for me to drive to the store to get a refund. After a half-dozen times of this happening, I called corporate. They didn't seem bothered that spiled food is kept in inventory consistently, even with photo and manufacturer SKU proof. Weird! No accountability with their managers.Beyond the above issue, Hyvee rolled out it's online ordering system too fast. The notes you input into the app for substitutions aren't being passed onto the third party drivers they had to hire. So they are wasting my time entering all those substitution notes AND that poor 3rd party shoppers time since they have to text and ask aboyt every substitution! It's insane they expect people to pay for their shoddy UI. Corporate assured me they were working to imprive the UI... but they're still taking your money knowing their system wasn't ready to be used! Yucky behavior. Don't offer services you aren't capable of providing.Lastly, the pharmacy touts "free local delivery", yet I was bullied by the pharmacy techs each time I ordered my prescription for delivery. They called me and said "that service is for the disabled and elderly" and shamed me for trying to use the advertised delivery services! WHOA! Maybe you shouldn't advertise it that way then, Hyvee! The final straw was when they wasted my doctors time by calling her on vacation when they *didn't even need to*. Disrespectful and unprofessional. There was literally no reason, we both laughed about it... but Hyvee should be embarassed!I tried shopping in person and it wasn't much better. There was a man with a dalmatian dog walking around the store - clearly not a service dog! But the employees said they "wouldn't approach him for fear of being sued or bit" - WHAT?!It took FAR too much of my energy to call the store EVERY time I had expired groceries delivered, beg the pharmacy to have my meds ready on time let alone deliver them, etc.The store manager didn't seem bothered that their inventory was stacked with expired foods "on a deal" but not advertised as short dated. They didn't see the ethical issue with that. Yikes!I would avoid the Peony Park location if you can :(

I have been a Hy-Vee Shopper for many years. The pharmacy in my opinion is the best one around. The peony Park Hy-Vee overall is the best ran organized and helpful Hy-Vee around

I went to turn in some expired meds at the pharmacy, and the bin was full, so I had to take them home again. This is the second time I have tried to do this, and was unable to. Maybe empty it more often if you want people to use it.

If I could leave a zero star I would . Absolutely worst grocery store experience of my life . The manager gabe is the worst customer service experience of my life . I have family that works at Hyvee stores and they would be appalled at this guys behavior.

I had never been to a Hy-Vee. I enjoyed my trip shopping there immensely. Great deli, great selection of food options, both precooked and otherwise. Will definitely shop there again

Hy Vee always has a variety of food offerings that most groceries don't. An example is sushi. They make their own in store so always fresh. 😘👍

Any and everything you would want in one location. Walmart super center has nothing on HyVee. Even get your spirits and beer at the same location
