Very nice upscale grocery store with reasonable prices. They also have a very nice deli and varied hot food options. Most stores have a nice area to sit down and enjoy a meal with booths and a drink machine. Some even have a bar in the eating area. Hy-Vee also has an agreement with Tesla, such that a lot of their locations have Tesla Superchargers in their parking lots. VERY convenient and very forward thinking.

There might be a helpful smile in every AISLE at this store, but certainly not in the BAKERY. The bakery manager (yes, the MANAGER) did not want to take my order for two sheet cakes today, was gruff, unfriendly, and not helpful. I even had a photo of cake with all the information neatly typed out to make it easier. I got the feeling that this made him angry for some reason. I have ordered my annual recital sheet cakes from this store for at least 25 years but never again.

Bought a 8-piece bucket of fried chicken. It was dry and obviously under the heat lamp far too long. I’ve had better chicken from a TV dinner. It would have gone back except for the 3-mile drive. Bad news.

Bought a big bunch of red mulch for 2 bags for $6.00. This is really low price for mulch. Manager said might last a couple of weeks before price goes back up. Mulch is best way to stop weeds. Also have all kinds of outside plants. Pay inside the store.Been with Hy-Vee pharmacy for many years. They are very good about questions you have. One and one with pharmacist. once a year if needed. They also deliver your meds when needed. This whole area has multiple business.

I almost always find what I need here except for the more exotic ingredients needed for ethnic recipes. Their butcher beef is good, and milk products are consistently fresh. If products are close to being expired, they're "on sale"!!

Grocery store is usally stocked well and registers enough to keep lines short. I whish they would utilize the self checkout lane designed for people with a full cart. Only self checkout is for small carts of groceries.

I’ve loved HyVee for years. This particular location has been my favorite. Unfortunately during a recent trip this week it seems the quality of goods has rapidly declined. On multiple items the refrigeration systems seems to not be working properly causing the packaging to become damp. I picked up a bag of bagels only to find they were covered in water. When picking out vegetables, on more than one occasion they were spoiled, specially the sport peppers. I purchased grape tomatoes and opened them today. One day after I purchased them and they are already spoiled.

HyVee is a great place to go for produce and meat. They're a bit more high priced than other stores. But the customer service and cleanliness are amazing.

I always enjoy coming in to Hy-Vee! The staff is super friendly and so helpful....they actually accompany the client to the product in question! They give everyone a chance to help out, I love that they hire people with all kinds of human challenges, but are so lovely to work with.

This store has continued to be a good grocery shopping experience. Always well stocked & great variety in every part of the store. Have shopped here since it opened & it continues to be a plus for the Westgate area.

Overall I think there is an effort to provide a helpful smile in every aisle. That helpfulness though could be more consistent. For example I was in the frozen food section one day and I felt ill I could barely breathe I was dizzy and I had to sit down on the floor. An employee came up to me and asked if I was okay. I said no I'm not and the employee simply turned around and slowly walked away. Don't go up and approach the customer and ask if they're okay if you're not prepared to handle the negative response.Another area of opportunity for them is their pricing model. They charge just as much for their store brand as other places charge for the name brands. There's no reason for this I find that their store brand is listless and uninspired. The rewards program structure seems to be smoking mirrors and confusing I'm a hyperx plus member but there's also IV perks members however for perks Plus is a different number why And why do I have to have different cards? I feel like I leave the store off and wonder whether I got the discounts or the specials that I'm supposed to receive at half the time I don't think I do.

This location it was my favorite place customer service was good I used to go shopping there but recently I had orders from online so I went to talk to customer service it was there different ppl I used to see them in customer service really nice but this time there was a rude manger Jessica not talk professional without any respect to customer I never deal with her before but after that I don't like even go buy stuff as I used to it hey lady your job to treat customers nice and make them happy for any reason they come to you is part of your service if you couldn't give them a solution at least talk nicely to customerRegular customer

Such a great place to shop!! Some prices beat Wallmart..cheese 1.98 shredded, butter 2.98 a box...you have to shop there. Some is pricy but you can find just about anything there. they have a florist and FNBO banking center in the store and pharmacy...it's a fun place to be at Christmas..lots to look at and plenty of fresh fruit and deli. Worth checking out.

I normally shop at the HyVee on 51st and center. After discovering empty shelves for several of the items on my shopping list, I decided to go down the street to the 90th and center Hy Vee. Wow, what a difference! Well stocked, no waiting at checkout and friendly staff. Way better than the 51st store and worth the extra drive to shop at the 90th location.

The hyvee on casscannot seem to get a single pickup order right. Either wrong item or wrong price. Plus the pickup markup on each item is pretty high. Bad news.

Not welcoming, the lady working at the front entrance didn’t say anything to me as I walked in and walked out. But of course said hi to other people coming in and bye to them leaving. Otherwise it’s close and convenient to my family, not sure if I will come back.

I can't say enough positive things about Hy-Vee on 90th and Center in Omaha. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. The staff is always incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer any questions and provide assistance. They always make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Hy-Vee is my go-to store for all my shopping needs, especially meat, produce and bakery, pharmacy…. And of course Starbucks! Amazing floral selection as well. I regularly use their catering for lots of events, as I am an events coordinator and they execute every-time. Hy-Vee is always well-organized, clean and convenient for any need. Lots of PERKS!

HyVee is the go-to grocery store for us! There are several locations fairly close to home, and you can't beat the feul saver discounts! Plus, the stores we visit are typically well kept with minimal liter in the parking lot and friendly staff. Would be nice to have additional checkout lines open late at night, but that's my only complaint!

I went to the Hy-Vee gas station, not the store itself. They never seem to have a great selection of non-carbonated zero-sugar drinks. A lot of the fruits and other sandwiches they offer in the open refrigerated section are overly expensive.

Customer service was fine. Was well stocked but the AI self-checkouts couldn't keep up with me scanning groceries and had to stop every 5 minutes to review. Some footage will not shop here again due to this I'm not here to waste time. Waiting for your AI to keep up with me scanning groceries

Stores are always clean and well organized. Bakery I am a little disappointed. The angel food muffins are so pretty, but very tuff. The cinnamon fried crisps use to be crispy but now are soft. Associates in meat and produce are always very friendly and helpful.
