Good deals and clean store. However 3 times in a row I've gotten pre sliced watermellon quarters and all 3 times it has been rubbery not good to eat I even went as far as exchanging one of them and it was worse than the one I had exchanged it with. At $6 each I'd say stay away and just buy the watermelon and cut it yourself!

My first visit. Just moved from Co. Prices were a bit steep compared to other stores so you need to "shop the sale" when things are on sale.Was approached twice by staff asking if I needed help(one was wondering why I was taking photos then gave me a thumbs up when I explained I was a Google reviewer). Very pleasant staff.Shelves were very clean and well light in many places. A few items I wanted (from magazine coupons of the week) were out of stock so my advice is to hit those on the first day instead of the last day. Poor inventory management there.Did not check the restroom but it was marked well.Check out asile was a bit fickly. After doing a dog bag(coupon) and then milk, it said unexpected item in bag(milk). Removed it and it still didn't go away. Replaced milk and moved dog food bag then it said to replace item in bag. Put the dog food back and then under the milk line it said unexpected milk bag. I called for assistance but by the time someone came, it cleared itself up.Has a cute small post office in the niche as well. Drive through pharmacy as well.Nice place but like I said.... shop the sale.I'll be back occasionally.2 more visits later, this place has dropped another star for not inventorizing their red hot deals or even the weekly coupons when they plan the coupons out ahead, they should also plan the stock. Hopefully they improve but judging from comments on their Facebook page this seems to be a problem. This was at the one off 108th and Fort.

Bathroom was awful. Cashier was on her phone while behind a register. Floors just very dirty. Store over all inside and out just not the standard I've seen since arriving in Nebraska. Was going to pick up something to eat while traveling but decided to go elsewhere. Most of my reviews are positive but hoping this gets upper management to correct these things that effect some customers. I will not be back to this location.

Sarah in the cake decorating is the queen of frost(ing), the GOAT, and the commitment to making a cake juuuust right is amazing. Our toddler got that chaotic excited energy but she loved it. Thank Sarah for making a toddlers birthday party one to remember!

Special thanks to the cake decorator in the bakery who saved the day on 3/24/2024. After having a cake being messed up at Walmart I was in a pinch. She added a nice quick razzle dazzle to a cake in the cooler. Forever appreciated and will be using them in the future. Great service!!

I've been a big fan of this store for nearly five years. I've shopped both in-store and Aisles Online. The store is always clean; the employees are friendly and very helpful. The only disappointment is a few frequently "out of stock" products.This store's Aisles Online service was excellent when they did the shopping and delivered via DoorDash. Once the HyVee corporate office forced a shift to InstaCart, the shopping quality became hit or miss because it's done by InstaCart shoppers.Happily, the HyVee store staff has found a workaround. Your other option is to do the drive-up pickup.The employees at this store go out of their way to accommodate customers!

This store is one of my favorites only because of the items the store carries. But the actual store itself there on 108th Fort Street has some horrible employees. I went there near closing time the other night with my 7yr old autistic child and my 2yr old child and the way me and my children were treated by the bigger bald security guard and the skinnier male employee with long brown hair and glasses was absolutely heartless and degrading! I will never step foot in there again! My son is non verbal and has trouble expressing the way he's feeling but one of his favorite things to do is go grocery shopping to get his favorite things. This particular night it was near closing and we were just about to grab our final item, orange juice, and this happens to be my son's most favorite thing, the security guard came up to us and told us the store was closing and we needed to leave now, I said ok we are just grabbing some oj right here real quick and we're all done. He said to me "No do not touch another item, you need to check out and leave the store now". The way he said that to me I was in disbelief because we were literally standing right in front of the juice, but out of respect I said ok I'm sorry, and I told my son that it was time to go and that we couldn't get juice today. Well my son was absolutely unable to understand that, he was devastated and went into a complete meltdown, COMPLETE MELTDOWN. Exactly what I was dreading would happen once that man said that to me. Anyways to make a long story short I was stared at with the dirtiest looks from that security guard and male employee the entire time I tried to ring up my items while my son was having that meltdown. It made me feel so small I cannot even explain

Used to be my go to for groceries but hy-vee has gotten so expensive. It's always so crazy inside & they've added a candy aisle..seriously way too much.I wish they would have extended their Health Market or wine & spirits. I like that I don't have to purchase a full box of most protein/health bars if I just want to try a few. Would like a greater selection.Friendly employees & clean. Unfortunately not many cashiers of course. I do really like the pharmacy! 👍

Just moved to town and was going to Fairway for all of my meat but someone told me about how good of quality Hy-Vee's feet was yes the meeting was very good quality and the pricing wasn't too bad but the associate that I dealt with behind the counter was a grouch if you hate your job so much find a different one I won't be going back to there for any Deli purposes and I will be letting others know the same

Stopped in this morning to get some breakfast and let me tell you! I thought I was in a high class restaurant! The omlette was delicious. The potatoes were fire! Even the bacon was good good good! Food was so good it made me forgive them for not having rhe wine depth open yet lol at 0600.

I went to Hy-Vee deli on Fort Street last night, December 20, 2023 to order some holiday platters and a dinner. The workers at the deli acted like I was from Outer space, Like I was asking for some strange thing. Finally a manager came and told me that They were no longer were taking orders for catering or holiday dinners. I said “well, you have this big display, and all these advertisements And signs for holiday dinners and platters. Why are you advertising if you don’t have anything?”She just shook her head and said “no no we are no longer taking orders no way”So don’t go to Hy-Vee if you want anything.

Your average Hy-vee, nothing particularly good nor bad about it. Just would likely prefer Walmart for anything that's not specifically on sale due to most items being 5-10 cents more.

DATE CHECK ANYTHING YOU BUY AT THIS HY-VEE.Two weeks ago, I noticed that several products on the shelf were expired, namely Just Egg and several varieties of non-dairy creamer. Called and spoke to a manager to let them know they had expired product on the shelves, even told them exactly which products. A reasonable expectation would be to remove the expired stuff. Nope, went back in today (May 6 2023) and saw that the same expired products were on the shelf. Buyer beware - the management at this Hy-Vee doesn't care that they're selling expired products.

We went on a Saturday afternoon, the lady and gentleman working the samples stand were so sweet. They interacted very well with my grandkids and made sure to offer them a piece of the "free fruit" for kids. Nice touch.

Awesome Veteran's Day Free Breakfast! Food was excellent & plentiful. Then my wife enjoyed filling our cart with necessary items and a few from the pharmacy. Specials and "in-store" manager sales are everywhere. Yes! There IS a friendly smile in every isle.Hy-Vee is just AWESOME.Semper Fi Marines!Happy Veterans Day!🇺🇸

They have the most talented Baker in Omaha for only $46 for a half sheet cake! I've gone to professional bakers and spent hundreds of dollars and haven't come anywhere near close to this level of artistry and creativity!Hy-Vee you better pay your bakers more or you'll be back to basic cakes in no time! This Hy-Vee on 108th really has something special here with their bakery!

I'm not a huge fan of Hy-Vee.. their ads are super confusing and now they want us to join their super secret club to get better prices.. Not much about product placement makes sense in these stores. Why do they label an aisle with crackers but only half of the cracker selection is there.. the other half is in the soup aisle..

I heard a advertisement that you get fuel rewards if you spend 42 dollars on every Monday in September but that wasn't the case yesterday Sept.4th.. it changed to if you buy 25 dollars of meat from the meat market dept. Then you'll get fuel rewards. Other than feeling duped, I think they're just as good as the next store. Just gotta do your homework b4 going shopping is all.

I love the employees! They are helpful, nice, full of smiles (most of them), and know where the products are placed. However, Hy-Vee is more expensive compared to the other local grocery store. I only shop here when stuff is priced low and for my customers.

Bought powerball here all the time. Employees super nice 👍.one day the manager asked for my ID when I bought powerball. She didn't asked for all the people behind me. If u decide to asked for ID do it for everyone

I visited the liquor side March 31st around 645pm, and usually, the customer service is excellent. This last visit, the girl was not friendly at all. There was a sale sign for the drink I purchased that didn't ring up. I had to ask her to go check the sign, and then she said it was an old sign and didn't honor the price. I didn't feel like holding up the line to get a manager over $2 but had planned on letting someone know the next time I'm there.
