Club room upstairs is absolutely disgusting! All appliances are dirty, cupboards have food splattered, microwave, ovens, sink, refrigerator, disgusting!!! Air fryer has mold growing in it, countertops not clean. Food crumbs in cabinets. INCHES of dust and grime, above the oven is nasty! Nothing about this kitchenette is clean. Was told by a manager that the previous renters must not have cleaned the space, this is not after one event. This filth has been sitting here for a while! We're supposed to have an event tomorrow morning and we happened to come in tonight to see what all is needed for the morning and come to find out this room is absolutely FILTH!

Rarely does an telephone order experience bring satisfaction but mine today with Cassandra in the Floral Department certainly did. Kind, patient, efficient yet light hearted. She deserves kudos HyVee management!!

Took 45 minutes to get part of our 2 party order. 15 minutes later after eating hard cooked eggs over easy without my toast, got a box for my microwaved dried out cinnamon roll. Left my husband waiting still for his creamy waffle to shop. Not happy.

Today was all about an online order for pickup. Their new pick up area was well planned w/ easy drive through & pickup. Wait time was minimal. Employee was friendly & a hard worker. Be aware they used to have a 1 hr pick up window but now it is ½ hr windows.

Always friendly people that help anyway they can. I have even started using pickups and the people are still just as wonderful. It's the only store I have picked up from without problems. Everything is always ready and perfect.

Great store some of the staff is very friendly some of the produce selection can be hit or miss and if things aren't on sale it's pretty pricey but if you shop the deals and watch the sales it's a great store

I’m not from Nebraska but Hy-Vee is AWESOME! Great grocery bakery. They also have restaurants food bars a burger restaurant liquor store and more! Large selection and friendly employees!

Very much so, a delight.I'm staying at an Airbnb that has a kitchenette that is close by.Compared to back home in Wyoming, I feel the prices are very reasonable. I was taken aback by the sheer variety available, which was nice.The employees there were super friendly too! I plan on staying at this Airbnb again in the future. And this Hy-Vee will be close to my thoughts when I plan my next trip out here!

Stoney Brook Hyvee is always clean and well organized. I just wish their prices weren't as high compared to Wal-Mart. I shop when Hyvee has sales.

I love the wide selection at Hy-Vee (especially for gluten free and sensitive stomach friendly options), but all of their stores are always extremely overwhelming and overstimulating to me even as a low-support needs autistic person. Wider isles, lower lighting, foot traffic paint/signs and easier to navigate selections would help a lot.

When we moved to our house, there were 4 different grocery stores within 3 miles of our house. As of 10 years ago, there are only two Hy-Vee stores. It's a good grocery chain, the stores are clean, and the employees are friendly. But, with not having any other competition, the prices are on the high side.

Everytime we get something from here its expired. The prices they charge is already ridiculous and on top of it it's old expired food. They really need to change management and start checking the products they are selling when they are charging more than other stores. We used to like the quality but there is none anymore.

Bought ground chicken grilled patties from the meat counter. Got home to cook it, opened the package and was hit with the smell of rotten meat and there was mold on the patties. How does it get that bad and one notices?

Good place to grocery shop. Hy-Vee prices on average are a bit higher than other grocery stores though. But they are friendlier as well

We used HyVee catering, bakery, and floral for our wedding last week. The food and the cake were a huge hit with all the guests! Our gluten free guests were accommodated, and we had food left over for the rest of the weekend. The team was great at serving and cleaning up the kitchen after dinner. They were wonderful to work with overall, and we will definitely be using them for future events.My experience with floral was less than ideal throughout the entire process. I worked with Cassandra who does the wedding designs. The communication between her and I was lacking the entire process. There were changes I had made that were not accounted for, as well as miscommunications on her end. I did not feel confident that I was going to get the flowers that I had asked or paid for. I was in the store two weeks before the wedding to pay for all of my services, and floral was the only area I had issues with. My order was not complete, and I was unable to pay for the flowers because Cassandra was not in the store. I then later spoke to Cassandra and was not reassured that my flowers would be completed correctly. My flowers were then an hour and a half late on the day of the wedding. I have never had a bad experience with HyVee in the past, but I will definitely not be using floral from this location any time soon.

I used to come here at least once a months for a two entree meal. Today was the last time. I found egg shells in my rice. It’s really not pleasant chewing it, I can tell you that. Also the prices!! I know inflation is taking a toll on everyone but $10 for a two entrees meal is a little overpriced in my opinion. I won’t shop with you guys anymore.

It is a very clean store. Pleasant and helpful workers. I asked a manager in produce how you would cut a dragon fruit. He stated he would cut the fruit length wise and then you can scoop out the flesh and eat it with a spoon. Or you can cut it into cubes and mix with other fruit as it really doesn't have much taste. How ever the fruit has lot's of vitamins and minerals.

We order online frequently, and while we have this issue in the store as well, it's harder to tell until we are home with pick up. The groceries are frequently bagged without any care. Bread keeps showing up in bags like this, or with cans/boxes. Powder cleaners are bagged with liquids. There was a box of cereal just sitting on top of groceries and another bag of cereal under other bags by itself. Another bag was ripped at the handle. Concerns about this have been brought up before and we got an apology, but clearly nothing has changed.

Whether shopping for a family or just picking up a few things, Hy-Vee makes your trip convenient. With great produce and meat, this is my go-to store. Curbside pickup and delivery are options here that make life easier. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The sales are excellent, especially the Fuel Saver rewards!

As I was taking my groceries to my car, an employee walked past me and told me to "have a great rest of your day!" then proceeded to get into his personal vehicle to leave; he was obviously leaving after his shift. This goes above and beyond 'customer service' in my opinion and I'm thrilled. Hoping this employee can be personally recognized for his actions that rarely happen in these times. Great store! Thank you, Hy Vee.
