If I could give it a negative 10 I would. If you don't live in the area don't go to this store if you are just driving by deciding to stop keep driving to another Hyvee.The employees are rude obnoxious and they just don't listen to the customers. If you have the U card don't use it here they have no idea how to use it don't want to know how to use it and they like to act very smug and superior over anyone who tries to get them to use it .. I'm not joking I've been here 3 times and each and every time I either been forced to pay cash or leave without. If your are elderly or poor this not your store. Well sent the email either they didn't get it got it ignored it or just don't care. Since it's this store I go with ignored and don't care.

My job moved close to this location a few weeks ago. So, I stopped by on Wednesday, April 3rd for breakfast. The wait for an omelet was 30+ minutes and when I got to work the meat was burnt inside and pancakes cold.Usually, HyVees have great customer service and good food.I decided to give them another try and stopped by Today, April 8th. This was a totally different experience. The cashier Judy had the best customer service anyone could ask for, The wait was not long and the chef Wil made the best omelet I had in awhile.I'm glad I went back and gave them another chance and will be patronizing often.A+ SERVICE TODAY10 out of 105 star review

I am trying to like this place. The self checkout scanners are hit and miss, and when they fail, it takes forever for a front-end manager to come and fix the issue. IMO, the prices Hy Vee charges, you should be able to receive a higher quality of service. When I was there one lunch hour looking to pick up some chicken, the deli manager was very hard on one of his employees in front of his customers. This only made her more stressed. Nothing more disturbing when an owner of a business witnesses this type of inner action between a manager and a staff member in front of customers.

It is a store. Beware of sale items, check the dates. Bakery items taste prefrozen, avoid. High prices. But it is convenient. Dodgy fruit at times. Meats extremely priced. There are deals. Just use your money wisely.

Incredible employees. Mariah aided with the sales circular so I purchased the Driscoll's blueberries and some freshly baked Asiago cheese bread from the bakery. Jan was very helpful. Also posting three photos.

I used to really like shopping at this grocery store but ever since going to the self-check machines I just don't like it as much any more. I don't mind self-checking a few items but a whole grocery cart is ridiculous. And these particular machines are very frustrating to use. I think the flower shop inside is nice and always cute plants, and the deli/hot foods section is really great. There is also a restaurant inside and there is a Starbucks.

Well you know it's heavy you know there's violin in the aisles and they got a good service but you pay for it you know it didn't like the old days you pay for it at IV you get the service but again did I mention you pay for it thank you

We went there for Covid-19 vaccination. It was a pretty smooth process. This store is very clean and has many great products to offer. Nice staff, good fresh produce, flowers and other stuff. It has starbucks too.

If you are going to have one register open during the day, make sure the person overseeing the self checkouts, stays in that area. I had to play a game of wheres the helper today because every time I use my own bags, your system needs assistance and the overseer is always off somewhere. If they are the self checkout warden, stop them from leaving general pop. If you dont trust us in general population not to steal, open more registers.

Hey! There's a helpful smile in every aisle. What more can you ask for? Except also a great liquor store with really good prices. Seems like about a year ago they lowered the price on things like jack daniels, used to be like 52.99 for a 1.75 but now right around 43. Similar to Walmart.... so which store would you rather go to? Lol

Bought chicken dinner 12 piece tonight. When we got home it was very cold, so I called store and asked them to take temperature of the food. Manager said food was hot and that temperature is checked regularly. I went in to the store and made them take the temperature and confirmed the hot food was only 120 Fahrenheit. I have photos of the temperature. This is extremely dangerous that they are selling hot food at that temperature. I will also report the incident to the health department. The most upsetting part is that my kids ate some more of the food after the manager said she confirmed the food temperature was safe.

BAKERY: service 10/10, pickup 10/10; I recently went and ordered a dozen and a half chocolate cupcakes from the bakery and I do not have photos because they are gone. The cupcakes were so fluffy and delicious that I want to order more. The frosting was just the right amount of sweet that it did not overload your senses. Overall the taste was 100/10. PLEASE ORDER FROM THEM 🤩

I don't know why, but im partial to Hyvee like 80% of the time. Most of the time it isn't just about the items, price or qualities; but the friendliness from the staff upon every encounter. They see me often as I do a lot of door dash & instacart orders and they truly make those easier and my preferred order. Most times I'm able to grab a few things I'd need myself and end up chatting with the ladies. They truly make what I do, less stressful. Although i do personally prefer them 9 out of 10x, even if it means I have travel to the nearest one that is 10-15 mins away, vs any other local grocery store. i love their selections, prices and quality of items. Knowing they are rooted in the community, let's you know they actually care about others, not just stats and profits.

Got real excited to eat at this hyvee grill...the egg rolls and potstickers were ice cold...the Mongolian beef was stringy in a brown gravy rich sauce and not a brown Chinese flavored thinner sauce...very disappointed $21 later...oh and ICK PEPSI inside the dining area.

Asian restaurant Combo#3 was on special for 10.99, with tax it's 12$ but this isn't the issue...The issue is that you receive 2 small servings of chicken, and mostly noodles could have been rice instead but that's not the point, the point is if I wanted to eat a large portion of rice or noodles I'd make them myself in better proportion for much less cost. The person serving behind the counter didn't even know the difference between chicken and vegetable egg rolls, and thank goodness they cook their food through because the person behind the counter looked ill as well and I'm all for trying to push through and make it to work but not in the food service industry.Clearly this Hy-Vee hasn't trained enough and never will and that's impressive seeing as the last time I stopped shopping here was for similar reasons almost 3 years ago, I'm not willing to try anything else this Hy-Vee offers with presentation like this.Guess its my bad for trying to see if they improved, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me...Edit-1/30/2023 : As of today January 30th I've received a full refund and I've been assured that management will be held accountable and restaurant staff shall be required to retrain on food service procedure, as such they have earned a star back from 2 stars to 3 as a final score.I may return to check in on this business again, but I will not specify when nor what area of the business, but I am pleased that corporate keeps an eye on their business and reviews, bravo to you.

I found different Hyvee locations carry different products so I shop several Hyvee stores when I'm in the area. Hyvee stores in general are getting t/b very pricey stores to shop compared to other stores w/ weekly price increases since the start of the pandemic it hasn't let up. We're not talking a 5 cent increase like yrs past we're talking significant increases.

HyVee may be a little high priced but it's always quality that you get here. It's a nice place to get what you need. I don't seem to have a problem Everytime I shop too, the staff is so nice there's even the occasional security guard on standby. Not too bad at all. Secure shopping trip; check!

Checked out thru Liquor store, man was very nice.Since going to HYVEE PERKS program, prices have done nothing but go up... NO MORE SAVINGS.I liked the other program that was weeklyHy-Vee is acting just like Bakers... Without their savings card, the prices are triple.I quit shopping at Baker's.... I might stop shopping at HYVEE reason. Sad, but true.

I don't shop at HyVee often, but we come to this location once in awhile to quickly grab a few items when needed. 4 stars because HyVee is expensive, but other than that it is a nice store. 5 stars for the bakery! Bakery items are always soft and delicious.
