Hy-Vee is a great grocery store chain. I really like how clean the stores are, and how friendly the people working there are. I can usually find what I am looking for.I like the enclosed coolers for refrigerated foods. Having the item displayed on shelves is easier to see rather than having the in flat coolers.The quality of service and state of their stores is reflected in the price of groceries. Some items I've purchased at other stores were 1/3 of the price Hy-Vee was charging.

Best Hy-Vee in town! Friendly folks, especially at Wahlburgers, and a clean, well maintained store with everything you need! I spend way more than I should, but I'm totally cool with that!

There is a woman named Terri W. that has been working there since this location opened. My best friend and I would go chat with her after getting out of middle school for the day. I am now graduated from college and just come back to visit Nebraska from time to time. She always has been and still is such a bright light in this world. She was so kind to me when we were annoying middle schoolers just asking her about life and even now as a grown adult she never fails to make me smile. She is an incredible person and honestly makes this HyVee one of my favorite places to visit.

Love Hy-Vee and if you haven't been to their butcher area, you are missing out. They have tons of options of pre-marinated meat to pick from. They have some amazing boneless chicken breast that are great for so many different things. They also don't have a self checkout limit like the one on 156th and Maple started. Will be back for sure!

Chain grocery store that usually has about everything. I would say this particular location has a very good liquor department on top of the various other things a grocery store should have!.

Nice cashiers but the one day I decide to wear pajamas while shopping with my mom at 8 at night after looking at Christmas lights a worker stocking the Kleenex gave us the stank eye for no reason. Looked kind of old and mostly had thin hair and had two spots that said leave my chair and in a bowl area say don’t touch my glasses so a bit strange this happend on fri dec 22 please try to talk to him He is not in the Christmas spirit

One of my favorite Hy-Vees, the layout is different and a little confusing but the staff is friendly and the store is very clean!

I had a surprise Birthday Party for someone this weekend and ordered a bunch of appetizers and a cake from Hy-vee. The Catering Manager Jen worked with me to help me get the right number of appetizers and salads. While I am always disappointed when fast food burger never looks like the commercial, Hy-vees appetizers and salads came out picture perfect, everything was fresh and their was plenty of it. In addition, their delivery was right on time. One more thing, I worked with Terry in the bakery to order a birthday cake and only gave a rough idea of what I wanted. Hy-vee blew it out of the park. The cake was perfect, far better than I had imagined. I deffinately recommend Hy-vee for your cateting needs.

I'll just write about the most RECENT bad experience. I can't think of a recent good experience.Today three team members were rude to me. I interacted with only three team members today. Meat counter treated me as an inconvenience as he had to restock twice baked potatoes.Going to checkout, two checkers are chatting at the end of their aisle (waiting for customers). I ask if one can assist me since his lane is open. He replies umm you can go over there (lane next door that somebody was already checking groceries in). So I moved and waited.This checker was rude, didn't ask me for my number (Hy-Vee plus member, not that it obviously makes a difference), mumbled his words so I couldn't hear him.Legit, you guys have been slacking more and more and decreasing service. I won't be back to this Hy-Vee or renewing my membership. If I must go to Hy-Vee I'll go to Gretna where all of your employees aren't jaded yet.Huge disappointment, Hy-Vee. Definitely not a helpful smile in every aisle anymore.

Store itself is great. Wish I could leave a review for the pharmacy. *Please read this* The way I was just helped at the pharmacy was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen.They started talking to me about someone else’s prescription. They didn’t even verify who I was. It was a mess. It wasn’t even that busy!! I was the only one there for a bit and they couldn't find me or didn’t know the answersThey started helping people behind me without even sating anything to me or asking me to wait at the next counter. They were helping 3 different people and we were openly having to say our meds and names and that’s how identities are stolen.At the end the guy or lady helping me didn’t say anything and just walked away.I don’t know what else to say besides do better.I’m done with this pharmacy.

I agree with the previous poster - but mine is more like 80% of the time by online order is messed up. Tonight is the final straw - I ordered my groceries at 8:30 am to be picked up between 7:00-7:30 pm as that is the time I would be in town. I received a text message at 6:45 pm telling me my order way delayed by more than 45 mins. I was not planning to be in town another hour. So, here I am, already late and now I have no groceries. Completely unorganized, unprofessional. Although it’s not as bad as the time I was alerted my groceries were available to be picked up only to show up and my order was ‘missing.’ I was charged but my order was gone. I wasn’t dressed to go into the store at that point and gather the items I needed that evening.Of course there have been other minor nuisances along the way too. It’s not worth it.

My favorite grocery store in Omaha. Great meat department and deli/kitchen. Their holiday feasts are high quality and price is totally reasonable. Always busy, must be a reason for its popularity.8/13/23 update:l just like the "feel" of the 180th & Pacific store. Have certain things in stock that you can't find elsewhere. We love the meat and produce areas most especially. Store is well-staffed. You will pay somewhat of a premium, but it is worth it. Great store!!

Nope. Used to love it here. But the dining room is filthy. Even after a manager called me (no, I wasn't Karen-ing...I stated my problem on Facebook, and the store asked me if the manager could call me), I've been back twice, and the dining room continues to be gross, with nearly no other customers there. Plus, I'm finding the cart wipes near the entrance are often empty. Here we are in the middle of flu season with Covid still raging, and this is how this HyVee handles customer-facing cleanliness? What garbage and unsanitary practices are happening behind the scenes? Nope. Omaha has too many other choices for shopping. I'll be going where it's clean.

This store has some issues. We order online and have groceries delivered. I would say 70% of the time there is a problem with the delivery. We get items we didn’t order and incorrect items. We get charged for items that aren’t delivered. One time we got a bag of someone else’s groceries.Made an appointment for a COVID shot. I arrived at the appointed time. After waiting 15 minutes I was told it’d be at least another 20 min wait. I was told they were “slammed” and had several people they had to give shots to. However, I sat right outside the consultation room where the shots are given and not one person entered or left in 20 minutes.All in all, the service has not been so good.

I would like to know why the managers sit behind the counter and never help their employee's bag groceries? I bag my own groceries almost everytime I'm there. They need to help these young people out instead of sitting behind counter gossiping

I needed to pick up a few items that were not available in our small town- which I needed in Omaha, anyway.The selection was great. Store was clean, well lit, and spacious.Baby aisle choices were amazing for a grocery store- they even had the Avent discs that I had difficulty buying online at other retailers.Very little wait in the check out lines, plenty of staff.
