I’ve been here twice. And both times we had helpful and friendly service! It is a small shop but it is still worth it to stop buy, they have such beautiful koi fish, honestly, the ones we got from them put our other ones to shame. They also have a variety of plants to choose from!

I hired Brad to find and repair a leak in my outdoor water feature. He recommended redoing the stream. I paid him $1050, however the leak and water loss continued and I still noticed wetness in the soil around the stream that he worked on. I contacted him (fall of 2022) notifying him that the problem was not fixed, he promised his would come and check on it, but never showed up or followed through. I didn't run the pump during the winter months and there was no water loss, which confirmed to me that all the water loss was from the stream area that he rebuilt. I emailed him last month (March of 2023) and asked him to either take responsibility for his work and fix it or give me a refund to hire someone else since it is unfair for me to pay $1050 and not get the problem I hired him for fixed. He never responded to my email. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else with better accountability and worth ethics.
