I came to this place for a DPF clean out. I would find out the hard way when my truck started coding, I actually got screwed badly. I took my truck to Freightliner only to be told my DPF doser was completely clogged, and my DPF filter was cracked. So, I took my truck back over to Hatcher for an explanation for this. Austin informed me they don’t check parts of the system like the doser. As far as the filter, he claims that it got like that after I left. I wasn’t even 2 months since they supposedly cleaned the filter out. Also, they don’t clean the filter, they send it out to a third party vendor. I paid 2030.00 for this. Most clean outs are around 300.00 to 700.00 I would find out. So, Austin stands there and says he’s trying to help my at a cost higher than what they originally charged me. The got damn filter cost 1800.00 new. It would have been cheaper if I would have just taken to truck to Freightliner from the start.

Rather long story short, I ended up paying $675 for them to replace a fuse. On the invoice stated that the technician first ripped out and replaced a bunch of wires, THEN put a test light on the brake controller and replaced the fuse. Well I'm not a mechanic I would think that when diagnosing an electrical problem a test light and fuses would be the first step, ripping out and replacing wires would be a last resort.

Don from Hatchers Mobile service came to me promptly while I was on the side of the road. He never told me something that wasn't true. I have a bus and when he told me what needed to be fixed he called Arrow towing which got to me in a hurry. I needed a new air compressor for my air brakes. The team at Hatchers mobile service are great and keep you informed.

My child care business recently bought a fifteen-passenger V10 E350 van. Unfortunately, it is in rough shape. There were tons of exhaust leaks and broken studs in the exhaust manifold, so we couldn't even drive it. I called over five mechanics/exhaust shops that didn't even want to touch the job before I found Hatcher. Even though it was a crazy huge job, with a giant price tag, they nailed it. Austin made sure I knew where they were in the repair frequently. He made sure I had a quote before they moved forward. It's definitely a bright spot in a terrible situation. I'm confident in the work they did. We are at least able to use the van now.Thanks guys!

Hatcher Mobile Services is AWESOME! Good Sam's Club towed my Class A Motorhome to Hatcher Mobile Services in Omaha, NE. Trent and Brandon were friendly, polite and very efficient. They coordinated with Good Sam's Club Extended Warranty to replace the parking Brake Assembly, the Transmission and the Power Steering Pump. They also replaced the FORD engine battery. I am very HAPPY. I am thankful for their services and that they let me keep my tow dolly on their lot while they worked on my RV. . My RV runs like NEW. Amazing experience from start to finish. I made the mistake of first cancelling them but cancelling trying to save time with another mobile service.Boy was that a mistake. At the end of the day they came back to help me. Don is an amazing mechanic and human being. I was borderline frost bite from the weather, he insisted I sit in his cabin while he worked on my truck. He assessed the problem and got to work FAST, before he even got to me he had already picked up the parts needed for the repair instead of coming here then wasting time going somewhere else for the parts. Someone who plans ahead says a lot about their character and work ethic. I’ve been out of commission all day and he got me back on the road. If I ever break down in Nebraska Hatcher Mobile Service are the guys…. The ONLY guys to work on my truck. Second to none, first class attitude the whole way. Again, THANK YOU DON!!!! Phenomenal first time experience. Although I had relatively minor issues with my Volvo 670, they were able to get me in same day and once in the shop in and out within about 2 hours. And to top it off, all the staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would call that a win. I definitely recommend Hatcher to anyone needing a good mechanic in the area. We were referred to Hatcher Trucking by AC Nelson last year when our 1994 Gulf Stream needed maintenance and repair. Gary in their service department was amazing! He gave us a list of all of the repairs that he would recommend having done and then prioritized them for safety. We did the high priority items and then headed to Florida with our grand-kids. When we got there, the RV wouldn't start. I called Gary and he referred me out to some shops in Orlando. He even got on the web to help me search when we were unable to find anyone to fix a 32' unit. It ended up being the distributor cap that had failed.This year, we took it in again for an oil change and some other minor maintenance issues. It was Juan at the new shop who was our contact this time and the experience was equally amazing. Juan helped us get the bill down to a doable amount to accomplish the items that really needed to be fixed before our road trip. We had a wonderful trip driving over 3600 miles in 6 days with no issues at all!I could go on and on but let it suffice to say that they know how to take care of their customers @HatcherMobileServices ! They have definitely earned a customer for life in me.

Excellent customer service, expert diagnostics, and total customer satisfaction emphasized here! Had my truck (Ford pick-up) repaired, but the replaced part failed when I came to pick it up. They kept it overnight and replaced the part with a higher quality part and there was no charge beyond the original repair. They even did some rewiring for me (fixed my rear driving lights) for no extra charge, and I had a full tank of gas when I got the truck back (only had 5 gallons in it when I dropped it off). Definitely will return here if I need any future work!

I feel I have to share this to anyone who happens to break down in Omaha Nebraska....don't go to Hachers, we initially took the truck in back in September for a oil leak that took us off the road for 20 days and $9,500 dollars later besides lost revenue and hotel expenses we realized they didn't fix the problem. We went back in November for them to honor their warranty only to have them replace another part that cost another $3,000 and a week of the road only to find out three days later it was still leaking!!! Once we are told to bring it back and needless to say they refused to address the issue and honor their warranty!!! Two days $300 later we are leaving still leaking oil. I only say this so no one else does not go through the same financial and frustration we feel do to their lack of professionalism and incompetence in fixing our truck

Called road service and told them what I needed(I knew what I needed from them) He tells me his tech wants to come out and look at it and diagnose what I need. Tells me he "might" grab the wrong part. THEN come back and get parts for it.......for a simple Air to Air boot and clamps..... needless to say didnt use them and the prices are outrageous.

Excellent Service. I was interested in purchasing a customized vintage vehicle with Diesel engine, so I called around at 4:30 pm on a Friday for a place to do a pre-purchase inspection. Most places were closing for the weekend or didn’t seem very interested in helping me. Gary got me an appointment for 8:30 the next morning, had a very thorough inspection done in less than an hour, and charged a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended.

I was in Omaha for a job, steering box blew on my Duramax. I had an 18 hour drive to get back home towing a 20' box trailer. The guys at Hatcher mobile git me in, put in a new steering box and I was able to get home.The staff is professional, friendly and very knowledgable. My truck was wrecked back in December Hallet auto body sent my truck here for repairs. My truck was in percent condition before the wreck. The wreck happend on the drivers side front tire and messed up my entire front end they did minimal repairs just to get it able to get into the shop for body work. I took it back because the steering was off and the truck was pulling hard to the right. They told me it was tie rod and tie rod ends, but they had already replaced that the first time it was there. They put another set of tie rod and tie rod ends on and the same problem was still happening, so I took it back to them and they said” it wasn’t the tie rods it was a balljoint on the front axle they missed” charged me another 750. The first bill was somehow 3600 and wasn’t fixed correct. So now I’m 4350 into it. I got it back after the balljoint on the front axle was replaced and my tire was leaning in a bit STILL. The steering was somehow pulling to the left now. I called and left multiple voicemails on how unsatisfied I was with the work and I wanted them to make it right. How do I still have front end problems 4300$ later? Seems like they don’t know what they are doing and have no intent to make it right. I brought up the problem with Juan in store on how I’ve brought it back multiple times and it’s still not fixed and his response was” we could’ve missed something looking over it” I own a landscape company, if I miss a couple blocks on a retaining wall and the customer calls me, I don’t charge them to put the blocks on that I missed. Ridiculously unsatisfied with HMS. It is almost like they are getting to big for there means and not remembering or caring about there customers. I could’ve had the ENTIRE front end rebuilt for 4400$. I would have zero problem with HMS if they were even willing to work something out with me to make it right. I and highly disappointed in this business and highly Do not recommend HMS for anything more then a oil change. What is wrong with today’s business, just worried about there money. Nothing else!!! We were so blessed to have found this place! Our RV broke down (we are from Wichita, KS) on a Saturday and they got us in and had us back on the road in 45 minutes. Had they not been there, we would have been stranded on the highway, as our drive shaft U-joint had gone out. They were so nice and treated us more than fair. Their experience was very evident and I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them

Awesome people to work with. I was stuck from out of town and they let me camp out in their parking lot and got me right in first thing in the morning. Not only did they fix my diesel, they kept my dog entertained and informed me of what they were doing and explained how the parts worked, why they were not working and fixed my truck. I almost feel out when they told me how much my bill was!! I was expecting well over a thousand dollars but it wasn't even close!! AND they did not charge me for the awesome coffee. I would give them a ten Star +!!!!

I had bought a dump truck from Hatcher that I should not had too put over $ 9,000 in to bring it up to DOT standard for it to be put on the road to be working as a working dump truck and also it took them over 30+ days for them to get my title for the truck.I would not recommend to anyone to buy a truck or anything from them, because they say that tires were all in good shape and the tires were not.I had only came over 1 time to look at the truck and I didn't drive the truck off the lot for a test drive and there was a $3,000 allotment for the tires , so don't say that I came back a second day to buy the truck

They are great to work with. I like that if you fix your own car then they will customize their service to you. If only need parts, they can get them within the week on weird vehicles like mine. They listen very well, and are easy to work with.

THEY SELL SALVAGED TRUCKS AND TELL YOU THEY ARE CLEAN! VERY DECEPTIVE SALESMANSHIP, DO NOT BUY A TRUCK HERE. I cannot speak for their repair. Flew from NC to NE after Todd through text, email, & phone stated a truck had a clear title. He asked for a 6k deposit to hold a SALVAGED TRUCK. This individual knew exactly;y what he was doing. Title report came back from DMV just prior to discovering this. Thankfully, I was not out 6k, only a plane ticket and a day of time. If your a company, an owner, or just a guy trying to buy a truck, BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS GUY! Bottom line, they try and sell people full price trucks, and advertise them as clean titles, and this ONE was Salvaged!

This place is an absolute joke. Called on Monday to get my motor home in, told the service manager Gary I needed it by the weekend, he said no problem, bring it on out, we'll get it in and get it looked at. Drove it clear across town, dropped it off Monday night. Heard nothing Tuesday, or Wednesday, called out Wednesday night, and got a hold of the shop assistant, who said she would check on the status, and get right back to me. Again, no phone call. Called again Thursday, again Gary was unreachable, shop assistant again said she would find out and get back to me, and this time did return my call to tell me they hadn't even got it in the door. So now, I have 2 wasted trips across town, a motor home I am suppose to use this weekend that is not fixed, and am scrambling to get it looked at elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs. It's an absolute Joke!! Wish they allowed zero stars!In responseI stated I needed it Thursday night. We were leaving Friday. If they were so simple, why was it there for 2 full days, plus 3 hours of the 3rd morning before it was even pulled in? Don't offer what you can't deliver. Period. I've been around shops and customers my whole life. This isn't a reputable way to do business.And then, I received threatening messages in my Facebook messenger from the service manager. Real classy place right here. Wish I could attach the screenshot for all to see
