Excellent service! I called for an annual service call and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Overnight my furnace stopped working. I am sure they probably only had me scheduled for a quick trip but they worked on it until it was working again. Very thorough on explaining things, highly recommend!!

Hans Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new gas furnace and heat pump for me. They did a great job starting with my discussions with Jamie who talked to me about my options for a new HVAC system, gave me bids for several systems, and worked diligently to get me a system that met my needs and that qualified for rebates and tax credits to Jeremy, Sean, and Brad who installed my system and answered my questions so I understood how the new HVAC system worked and how to maintain it. They were polite, pleasant, and friendly and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. I recommend them highly and will continue to have them provide care for my new system.

I was introduced to Hans Heating & Air at a time of urgent need when my air went out. They accepted the assignment for a fair price and fixed the issue quickly. Very poor customer service. Took over a week to get an invoice. Tech offered multiple excuses and finally asked me to call the office to get a copy.(He sent me a text with the phone number and it was incorrect). When I finally got the invoice there wasn't a breakdown of the charges just a fee that seemed highly inflated. When we talked to someone at the office we were given multiple excuses about the outragious cost of the repair. The best one was well things are different now and that is the way it is. I would never recommend this company unless you enjoy being overcharged.

Hans is very receptive in an emergency. My furnace stopped running in freezing Temps while we had an 8 i- 10 inch blizzard. The tech called me back immediately was able to resolve the issue on a Saturday night and saved the day. They are an excellent company.Linda

I have a 4 yr old Trane HVAC system from Hans H & A. Have not had any issues, but recently it was making a whistling noise so I called to make an appt. Had a tech out the same day! Nothing was wrong, he cleaned a few things and was in and out in about a half hour. Very nice guy. Paid $95 for a service call. Will call them again if I ever need service.
