I was new to using a design company and did not know what to expect. Initially we thought we would only ask for help picking out paint colors and carpet colors. However, when Lorrie came out to our home she immediately put us at ease and answered all of our questions and concerns. Good news is that we ask for her help with several rooms in our home and we were not disappointed! The work that she did, along with her staff, turned out so beautiful. We were so glad that we got in contact with them and would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing some little or major changes to your home. They were such a pleasure to work with!

Our experience with Fluff Interior Design was outstanding. They transformed our outdated youth basement into a gorgeous adult entertainment space. Working with the owner, Lorrie, and our designer, Carly, was really enjoyable. They captured our vision perfectly and the end result exceeded our wildest dreams. All of the beautiful furniture & accessories were delivered on the date promised at the outset of the project. Within hours of delivery, the Fluff design team had put every last item in place (including the lit candles) and we could hardly believe the incredible transformation. We absolutely love our new basement...it is our favorite part of our home now.We are thrilled with our basement & thrilled to have finally found the perfect design firm and designer for our home. We ❤️ Fluff!!! My husband and I bought a new house and decided we wanted a completely new look from our old house. We recently purchased a beach home. With us residing in Omaha, and the beach house on the East coast, we had no clue where to even begin furnishing, much less decorating this new space. I had always admired the work that Fluff had done in other people’s homes and decided to reach out to Lorrie to see if she would be willing to take this project on. Not only were she and Stephanie willing, they were excited! After only one meeting, both my husband and I felt like they “got” us and the vision we had for the house. I remember getting tears in my eyes when they first showed us the storyboards...and there were DEFINITELY tears when the house was revealed to us! This house had become a home...our home. The special little touches Lorrie, Stephanie and the Fluff team put into this space are still being discovered with each visit and continue to amaze and delight us. I have nothing but great things to say about Lorrie and her "Fluff" team! They redesigned our kitchen/family room area. They were very easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make our area look wonderful. We couldn't be more pleased! When they tell you your house will be "party ready" when they are finished....they aren't joking! We had a party the very evening they came. The best part was that I didn't lift a finger! It was clean and looking fabulous! Just be careful though...once you fluff one room, you'll want them ALL fluffed :)
