They were very professional and took care of putting out furniture back in place. Bill helped us pick out our floors and also helped us out with our steps going downstairs with carpet. Fantastic experience! We bought a home from out-of-state and needed all new flooring throughout the entire house. Bill and his team met my father at the house to coordinate and even jumped on a FaceTime to allow me to pick out my preferred options. Further, we needed it done ASAP. This team got all carpet pulled up, floors treated, carpet installed, flooring installed, and cleaned it all up in less than a week. Very communicative and professional throughout the process. When we started our flooring project, we had many possible ideas in mind. Bill was quick to entertain and serve them all. He came out to our house promptly, multiple times, to show us different samples and talk through different quality of floors. Incredible service. We had a hole in the carpet that needed to be patched from our cat. The same day that I called some one got back to me and had the service done! When they were finished the hole was patched masterfully and I couldn't even tell where the patch started and ended! Incredibly done and would HIGHLY recommend!

Bill and team were quick to reply to my request for an estimate and we’re very thorough and explained all my flooring options in my basement so I could make the best decision. Once the carpet was ordered I didn’t have to wait too long for the install either. They were quick and efficient and I’d trust them to come back and do my upstairs next. They weren’t the lowest price but I felt like I was getting a better quality and better quality install work which was a very reasonable trade-off. I’d definitely recommend!

We were somewhat skeptical of the process as we were use to going to flooring stores, getting samples, taking home and repeating as necessary. This one stop process was great. We explained what we wanted including color and pricing. They brought in samples and made suggestions. Not only did we purchase carpet and flooring for several rooms but we also purchased flooring for two other areas in our home. Installation was smooth and installers were great doing a high quality job. We will definitely use them again for future flooring needs.

I definitely recommend Floor Coverings International SW Omaha and will personally work with them again. Bill was great to work with and always available by phone and in person. It was so wonderful to have all samples brought to the house so you could see what the flooring would look like up against cabinets and walls. There was also no distractions of other customers or phones ringing so you had a more personal experience. Even with a lot of stuff shut down or very delayed with the COVID-19 situation, Bill made sure to stay on top of getting the material here as soon as possible and keeping us updated the entire time. Will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.

I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International SW Omaha for many reasons. Bill was a true professional and helped guide us through the entire process. It was awesome to have the samples brought to us so we could line it up with our other floor coverings to see how they matched, etc. Bill did exactly what he said they would do. The product choices were exactly what you would find in home improvement stores actually even better (higher grade)and the prices VERY competitive.We didn't have ONE scratch on our woodwork after the carpet was laid in two bedrooms.
