Not a good store at all the cashier was a total Karen my mom and I went in too this store for the first time my mom bought a lot of items for her grandkids and ask for a bigger bag too put her items in and the women act like she didn’t even want too ring us up and super rude and the vibe was just was off 🤬do yourself a favor and go too a different five below.If I could give this store a zero I would.and cashier was super lazy now I see why some of the stores have self checkout 🤔and the white women was prejudice

Great place to find Christmas stocking stuffers, since it is the season. Some items are less in price there than major chain stores.

Prices of things like phone cords, cases, gaming keyboards, mice, headsets, portable chargers, etc are way better here. I have shamefully paid (at convienience stores) almost $20 for a phone charging cord but when I found Five Below, it has become my new goto for affordable accessories to what I do most.Without giving details to protect the innocent, at one place I worked, I would suggest Five Below as a goto place for phone cords when I seen people come up to pay $14-$26 for something they are gonna probably lose or replace again soon anyways ;)I fully believe in having options for saving money anywhere I can and this is where I go.Oh, and of course, I haven't run into even a mildly rude or annoyed employee, they have all been helpful, polite and very nice. Kudos

If you order online, the email confirmation says to wait until you get an email saying your order is ready. Called the store 3 days later and was told they don't send an email when it's ready. There are no signs for online pick-up. You just have to wait in line for the checkout, so be prepared to be waiting a bit. Never got a receipt receipt from email or store, and 2 items were missing or sold out. Wasn't worth the hassle to get that figured out.

This was my first time shopping at 5 and below. I had to fight to get the shopping cart out. Poor decision where these are placed. A Male employee was carrying on a conversation with a group of people. Didn't even ask If i needed help. I was not impressed with the pricing. I would rather go to Walmart. Than go to this 5 and below.

Went in to buy chocolate and candy today, however I noticed that the door is propped open and there is no AC going on right as we speak so it feels like a sauna in there. The cashier has a little fan going, but it is so hot and miserable I’m not sure how he’s even surviving in this condition?!? The cashier was very kind and understanding, I feel bad he’s the only one up there right now. I wanted to buy chocolate, but because it is so hot in there and no AC going, the chocolate is melted ☹️ I informed the cashier but he’s by himself and all of the “managers” were no where to be found to let them know… yeah I hope you guys will not sell the melted chocolate… and fix the AC please!!!

Surprisingly wide selection of items. Newer products can go up to $10, but 90% is $5 or less. I love shopping for affordable workout gear here, and my kids like the toys and makeup selection. Staff had always been friendly and helpful. Well organized and clean. Definitely will return!

A nice shop with friendly and helpful staff. Only bad thing I could say is that they've sold out of a few t-shirt designs I'd have looked to get, but hopefully those will see a restock soon since they sold so well. I'm also bigger than the occasional XL which was the largest shirt size I saw.

Always exciting to see what’s new in the store. I absolutely love this place. Great place to buy gifts for people without spending to much money. I do sometimes forget that some things are $5 because I just be throwing all kinds of things in my cart then get to the register and realize wow that price escalated quickly lol. So as long as you don’t go in with the mindset of a dollar tree store you will be perfectly fine. The workers are nice. They do have a restroom for customers which is very important to me bring that I have younger kids who always have to go.

Noticed that you guys aren't doing well at marking price increases. Noticed in my electronics purchases that stuff was not marked on the display or boxes and they exceeded $5. Your switch controllers retailed previously at $15 and are now unmarked on box and display at $20.Price increases are happening, that's not what I'm upset about. It's the stuff not Five or below that we just get to guess on the pricing.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! 75.00 for Christmas presents for three little girls and they all get a toy, a book, some nail polish and some lip floss, sketch pads/coloring books PLUS my other grand got a snack and a toy for being good! Amazing value and clean store!!!

Never had been in before. Great selection had a bit of everything. Found great items for a decent price. Staff was great and bathrooms were clean. Store displays were neat and cleanly displayed. Staff took the time to help us get something that was on display above. Fun store for party pick ups.

This is a great place and I enjoy shopping here. I took off one star because their electronic items are definitely a hit or miss. I got a phone holder for in the car and it broke almost immediately. I’ve had a few chargers from here that burn out shortly as well. Otherwise, I like it here

This place is amazing! The prices are crazy good and a lot larger selection, of top name items than you would think.I purchased a phone mount for my car. $5.00! They have cards, candy, phone cases, chargers, clothes, everything.I'd go back for any of those incidentals that you know are expensive elsewhere? They may have it. And if they do, it will be cheaper! I've already told several friends to check this place out. Its like a Family Dollar, only . . . better.

This store has everything from clothes to electronics kids toys health and beauty supplies and even yoga stuff. All of $5 or less. It's like the dollar tree but with different items. I love this store and find myself there at least 2 time a week.

Surprising amount of inventory for under five bucks. I bought a number of cool t-shirts and a couple of books about interesting topics that I'll definitely put to good use. I really liked the way the self-checkouts were designed. I've worked in retail for nine years and not seen anything like that. My only slight complaint is that the music was really loud. This may be because the store just opened and the speakers are trying to play over the initial rush, but keep it in mind if you go.

This is an intriguing new take on the dollar store with a higher limit of five dollars or less. With better quality goods it may seem like a too good to be true store, but as long as you know the prices of the things you need at other places. Art supplies and makeup are two of the areas you should aim for. Remember don't spend 3 bucks on something you can get for two at another retailer.

Just as you'd expect. Lots of things no one needs. You get what you pay for. But if you need a gag gift or stocking stuffer, this is the place. Has a little bit of everything. So much candy! Kind of interesting to walk and see all the things we don't need, but have to have. The staff was pleasant and the return policy seems fair.
