Was that Family Fare to get Thanksgiving dinner, and I really don't know how to do the self registers. Those people that work there were so nice and this girl was not even on the clock, and she ran me through that. I didn't have to do a thing loved it. Thank you so much for being such a nice store

Their electric carts for disability and disabled. People was terrible wheels busted old outta date don't hold a charge need replaced I was appalled by the condition of them as too other stores that have nice clean new ones full working I have lived in North Omaha 9 years and been here twice this is the reason why since I have a bad back I have too use the carts they don't care about the disabled or people with disabilitys

The location on N30th St is very dirty. The glass when you walk in, the floor, the carts— all are filthy. It makes me very uncomfortable to shop there. I like Family Fare and they have good prices but this store is not being managed properly. It is not respectful to the customers or to your staff. Have to go to the 108th location to see a great well managed store. I hope the issue of cleanliness is not due to serving a poorer clientele.

They said that you had to buy 5 of a item for the digital coupon to work, but the kicker is that you only get the coupon price on 3 of them. When I said that the ad didn't mention that and it's considered false advertising, the lady said " tell corporate to put in that you have to buy 5 so that we never have to hear false advertising again". I didn't appreciate her attitude.

My experience was not pleasant,all I needed was a money order,the clerk was kind of standoffish,not quite rude but also not friendly,just seemed bothered,which I guess is ok,sometimes days are like that,he did have awful breath,though and when he was counting out my change,I had to be subjected to that horrible smell,I doubt I will go back👎

Only reason I go here is for the chicken. Their prices are way too high. They don't price compare with any of the other grocery store prices. I wouldn't buy bubble gum from this store. Strictly Chicken!! The chicken is great most of the time.

I don't shop here very often. This store needs some updating. Technically every time I've gone they have most of what I "needed", but it's not a place that I enjoy shopping at. It has an unpleasant smell just feels dirty. It's not a place that I look forward to buying my groceries from. It has the potential to be a very nice store.

I really don't have much to complain about. The place is clean, the deli is fair, and there's a sit down spot if you want to eat there. Sometimes their pre made items are a dollar or so above average, but overall they're in line with price. Watch your shelf items for cost, that's where they get you.

Called to see when closed for Thanksgiving person said 2 o'clock. When I got there it was 12: 30. They had already pulled trays. When I asked if I could get 2 dinners he looked at be like he didn't understand Did get my dinners but for it being the last tray he was making portions were very small. And not as good as last year. Disappointed cornbread dressing. And way to much chicken left over

I recently bought some chicken at the north 30th street location. It was a very good experience. The guy working in the area was very nice and helpful. The chicken was great as usual.

The store was clean and multiple people were changing out fluorescent lights making the store bright and welcoming. Holiday music was playing at a pleasant volume. A couple items I was searching for were out of stock but that is understandable during the pandemic. Cashier was friendly and quick.

The staff is amazing at this store! I always feel welcome and valued. My only suggestion for improvement would be to find a way to wash and clean the grocery carts.

Customer service need to learn people skills. After waiting for over 15 minutes to get lottery tickets, I left. On the application for employment, the "I" was checked....."incompetent".

North 30 Street is dirty, smells rotten and the employees are so rude. Bakers is right next door and their parking lot is always full. That's where I'll be going from now on. You can thank your employees for that.

Looking all over for chitlins and this was the only place that had them at a pretty reasonable price other places they were selling for $45 to $50 a bucket and that was totally outrageous

Okay definitely not one of my favorite places to shop the people that work there for the most part are rude disrespectful and they want to do anything but work it's like pulling teeth without the Novocaine. There are two bright spots there is a bright young lady that works in customer service and the whole Deli they may have the best fried chicken in Omaha I put my money where my mouth is..... Simple and delicious..... I'm going to get me some chicken sorry I'm done.

Seemed like a decent shop. Front could use some remodeling to make it stand out as I had no clue there was even a Family Fare there..looked like it was closed. But it IS a good store. Customer service lady seemed to have an attitude but hey its customer service and I can see myself in her shoes.

I was in the store . I wanted to learn how to get the sale coupons out of the machine . I waved down a young lady . She looked at me twice . And turned away and walked away . But! It's good . I went to the Customer service desk and a very nice Lady came Out And Helped me . You Need Better Service People In The Store ! Nice, Pleasant People ! Thank you .

We come here fairly consistently for random grocery items. Always super easy to find something and if you don't know where it is they'll usually walk you over to where to find it. Only "bad" experience I've had was at the tobacco/lottery/Western Union counter, they were fairly busy though so not going to hold that against them.

I love the people who work here, But I don't like that they don't have a deli, a bakery, and they are a little overpriced. Still shop here all the time though lol

Just from my personal visits I enjoy it down there I might have found a few employees who tried to walk away like you didn't hear me that happens anywhere but this place people are most always nice usually have a smile and if they're tired I'll be honest and say oh it's been a long day I can't wait to get off the clock and the honesty is what I enjoy the most and I'd say they keep it fairly decently clean not bad but I think you could be a little better not much

I go here because it is close to my house and other stores that I shop. I know with the holidays they can be crowded and have a rush for the last minute dinner items. But, I do have to say that on 12-23-13, I received a quick responds that was friendly and helpful. I have been in this store at all times of the day and night and usually most of the cashiers act like they don't want to be there and management, when right there and witness the negative behavior from the store employees will turn and walk away. Or try to laugh it off like the person was joking. This stores needs an overhaul on all staff.

This place was a No Frills before they got bought out. I was optimistic about the change as No Frills were pretty terrible grocery stores regardless of location. However, nothing really changed outside of branding.I've purchased food here on several occasions that had already been opened or had expired. A customer should never have to look for opened food, ever, as this is a basic requirement of any store worth frequenting. Actually it's pretty insane that it happened at all, much less more than once.The store is very dated, looks old, sells food that may be inedible, and has lackluster service. The most recent time I was there (about a week ago) I needed to find a battery and was wondering around. I had no less than 4 employees walk by me without asking if I needed help finding something. The selection isn't bad, but when you can't trust what you're buying it doesn't matter.There's literally no reason for me to recommend this grocery store. There's a Bakers next door that, although being pretty bad for a Bakers, is infinitely better than this place. There's also a Hy-Vee drugstore about a mile north on 30th St that I'd recommend over this place.Family Fare needs to decide if it's worth pouring money into this place to increase security and update it's appearance or whether this place is destined to remain a hellhole and a blight. Right now, I'd recommend to anyone that they not only avoid this store like the plague but that they also avoid Family Fare in general until they decide they don't want to be a bargain-basement grocery chain. This location is no better than the No Frills that it replaced, which was possibly the worse grocery store I've ever been in.

Their meat and deli are excellent and their employees are always cheerful and helpfull. They have a great variety of food. I enjoy shopping there. I drive 25 miles each way just to shop there.

It's okay. They seem to run out of rotisserie chicken really fast in the evenings, which was a bit of a let down, since that was my reason for coming. I think I didn't get there till about 6 though so I suppose it's understandable.

Not the best really don't like going to this family Fare, it will be the last choice of a store for me to shop at, no customer service employee talking acting like they can't hear when asked for help deli never open on time always short staff. They need to get it together. I guess cause it's in the black neighborhood they feel like they don't have to provide good customer service. 🤪
