Went to this store to buy a pair of gloves.upon enter the store was single out for no reason.The Spanish lady wear the black shirt is racist.I was asked to leave my bag upfront no problem the sarcastic tone coming from the young spam lady was saying she judging me as I walk around to look for gloves I see none.What i do see is people walking around with back packs on there were seval other Spanish people walking around with there bags also the store is dirty and unorganized mangment needs to do better here i bet money that the spainsh lady that was wearing the black shirt today be leting her freinds famly steal from this store

Don't trust the Family Dollar Advertised Sale Prices or the price scanned on the product. I went today to get Folgers coffee because the Family Dollar app showed a sale price of $6.95. I found the Folgers coffee on sale and scanned the bar code on the coffee to make sure I had the correct sale item and the price showed as $6.95. But the register rang it up at $8.90 so I spoke to the manager to correct it. According to the manager, regardless if the app says $6.95 and the bar code when scanned says $6.95, the sale price must have been pulled and there's nothing she can do about it. I've ran into this problem before at the store and they've corrected it. And now suddenly they say they can't do anything about it. Very disappointing experience and I'll go to Dollar General from now on.

I tried working here. The manager (Bonnie) micromanages severely. When I told her I had schizophrenia and the way she was treating me made the voices worse she chuckled and said she was just talking to me normally. I have no issues shopping here but when it comes to working don't work here until Bonnie is gone. Everybody else treated me with respect. Also I was asked to follow a homeless man around the store to make sure he didnt steal anything which in my opinion goes against the whole equal rights policy that the store has in place.

The manager is great and gives out wonderful customer service. I'm a secret shopper for few franchise. I always go to the 13th s/[re. Fast but on truckk days an next day there's a lot to put out so a little cudder.But I have seen in the month of December selves were stock and items were off the store. So there's been a some good management with her employees being organize an the flow of customers just came in spaces but steady .And a big applause for th÷m being team players. I was I'mpress by the last few times I shop there . Hard workers with pleasant smile. ... GREAT JOB! GREAT CREW !

It was clean and not very crowded. There was some restocking happening. They had a nice selection of interesting snacks. We were only supposed to be getting a kitty litter scoop and litter freshener. Nope.....ended up with way more stuff. But all good things. The cashier was a sweetheart. There was a mix up with an extra bag that wasn't ours but everything was handled with smiles abound. 😁😁😁

Sure Family Dollar has changed every time I walk in the door which is in my neighborhood there's new help I've never seen a company go through so much help I'm not sure if it's the help or the company I'll let somebody else decide that answer as far as the stuff that's there well it's there it's not a dollar it's not even close to most dollars but it's not just a sign of the times maybe change the sign to Welcome to the dollar store always changing still here?🙄

I understand why they are what to close this location, no one wants to wait on you if you have cash. Had to wait for the to break a 20 an I had spent 14 dollars. Don't waste your time!!!

One of my favorite dollar stores have great deals on everything they sell and the employees are always nice. You can definitely save money shopping at Family Dollar imma shower curtains the bath towels shower rods food toiletries cleaning products there is definitely an array of different products for a lot less than any other store.

I frequently shop at the Family Dollar, located at 1725 S. 13th St., in Omaha, Ne. I'm always greeted with a smile from one of the representatives. Considering how many people shop at this store daily... It is always clean and organized. I would like to add that Princess, Angie, Kevin, and the manager are always positive prompt and professional! The Family Dollar is lucky to have you!!! Keep up the good work!

The people there are very kind to me they help me cross the street because I can't see well enough they come out and help me cross the street to shop there when I'm done they helped me cross the street to go back walk up my Hill they're very kind and helpful always always always some of the customers are yeah yeah no they are but they're not the story itself and the people there are very nice

Family Dollar does not do it for me. The item we purchased looked like it would work just like my my meager mind imagined it would. But no way in H was it going to work. It broke at once. Twice. Dollar tree is my choice. This Family Dollar store a sloppy mess. Employees cool.

I live literally 3 blocks down the street. Been coming here for a solid year & things have only gotten worse at this store. Rude staff, will not help customers find products, including senior citizens. Horrible staff, I cannot say this enough. I will stop coming here, I say this every time I walk out of the store, but keep making the mistake of coming back due to the convenience of being down the street. The homeless people show me more respect than the staff.

Dirty store, aisles are hard to navigate due to clutter. Shelves are bare, not stocked and many goods are laying on the floor. The young man at the register was very courteous. The woman working there was loudly yelling at a customer.

It’s a decent store for anything you may need from medicine to food etc. The store isn’t the cleanest, but things were not scattered. Good location if you’re staying near the zoo!

Store opens at 8 am as posted but fails open fully till 8:30am which that is total bull. Improper operations of the management not make sure they have people scheduled for 7AM to make sure that the store opens at the posted times of 8 am
