The place is a little scary due to homeless people roaming around outside but I haven’t had any major problems. Depending on who is working, the service could be better. They don’t let you return electronics so be aware of that.

Needed a pair of sox for work, Sign says $3.75 for 3 pairs, It rang up as $4 I told the cashier that it's label $3.75 she said "I'm not changing it $4.25". I told the woman standing next to her also behind the register you can just check it's $3.75. The original cashier said "things get misplaced all the time, it's $4.25". Like how am I suppose to know that was not the correct price. Weird ppl...In all fairness I guess the neighborhood brings in a lot of weird people and stressful situations that builds up and cause cashiers to be aggressive toward others, but that has nothing to do with me.

Online and on the front of the store he shows the times that Family dollar is supposed to be open which is 8 AM. I came at approximately 8:25 AM and the person that works there is outside in her van smoking a cigarette and blabbing on the phone. All of the store lights are off and there are multiple cars in the parking lot which I am assuming they are waiting on the store to finally open. Maybe there needs to be someone supervising the store a little bit Better. People don’t have time to drive to another family dollar all because one was not open on time.Very professional.

This store is trash. Came here for the first time and never will go again. There was no room in the aisles to move due to all the boxes all over the floor throughout the store. Everything is a mess and disorganized. When we went to checkout we had 3 glass cups and the cashier just threw them all together in the same bag without even wrapping them or anything. Definitely don't recommend this store. I'd give it 0 stars if possible.

I pulled in at 9:56p.m. they workers where standing outside by the front door smoking cigarettes. When I got out my car at 9:57p.m. they hurry inside and locked the door. I understand you are ready to go home but closing time is 10p.m. That could never fly at my store.

Don't ever call the store they will never ever ever ever answer the phone. I started my call waited and let it ring for 5 minutes walked out of my door to the gas station on the corner and ran my mouth for 15 minutes at the gas station came back to my apartment and the phone was still ringing!!!!!!!

No greeting or response to my hello when i walked in. Needs more employees. Only one person working and alot of boxes that need to be unloaded in the store. Has potential because it is a family dollar chain. Has no bathroom because of its location. They will point you to the pantry next door if you need to use a restroom

Employees harass you... instead of letting cameras do there part... Like come on its family dollar... I can be an off duty officer... n you following me around the store... With a large as line at the front... Like do your job... Im a stay at home mom... They see me alot... Big manly guy lurking on me while i shop... 7Yrs i been in my neighborhood going to that family dollar... Never labled as a theif... 👌👌👌

Overall this is a good store. However today my husband bought bread from there. And of course you dont think to look at dates on the bread from a store. Well we had hamburgers and ate some of the buns. Then my mom came over and seen our buns were molded. The date on the bread was the 15th and today is the 18th. We didnt know the bread was outdated and I didnt think to look at it also. *WE BOUGHT IT THIS WAY* I called the store and the manager said she will give us our money back. However what happens if I get sick? And I asked why they dont check the dates she said that is the vendors job. I am sorry but when I worked in a store we had to check dates on our items.

Nothing is only one dollar. However there were a ton of families here crowding every aisle. I don't think that this is a good value for the goods you are able to purchase here. Better off going for Dollar General or something.
