It only takes one employee like this to ruin a store, Ive been shopoing in this neighborhood store for almost 10 yrs- today I walk in and the music is blasting so loud the cashier is yelling as shes talking to someone droppin the F bomb left n right- lucky I didnt bring my grandsons I wudv told her to knock it off. The music stayed blasting anf wen I checked out she threw my candy back at me after tinging it up and said to put it in my other bags she already gave me. I had to ask her to repeat herself a couple times cuz she talked and slurred like it was just too much work to get her words out. In the middle of her checking mr out she WALKED OFF to help another customer! Literally left me standing there with one thing left to ring up!! Theres no way whoever hired this one had ANY GOOD SENSE! Get ready for some problems here, shes a nightmare!! Not to mention the ppl coming in who KNOW her filling up their carts- smh

Went there today to find my son something and there were literally filthy clothes hanging up for sale. Some of them looked like they were stuck under a fridge or behind a washer for years they were absolutely filthy and they had them up for sale with tags on them too. I’ve never gone into a store and seen that before it was disgusting and made me leave.

This store has really went downhill in the last year or so? I use to love to shop here, but not since there’s a new manager? The store is poorly stocked, and dirty, and it use to not be that way? There’s an employee named Sue, that I’m surprised still has a job? She’s beyond rude, and if you dare ask her a question, she acts like she’s about to go off on you, or goes into argument mode? I would love for the District Manager to watch the cameras on 10/27/22 between 2-2:30pm, because her behavior towards me as a customer, was completely unprofessional! She’s always in a bad mood every time I’ve been in there, which is really unfortunate, that an employee is so hateful to customers, that it makes you not want to shop there?

It’s a good store, and it’s like a 10-20 minute walk to me. It mostly has great deals for snacks and I love going there for snacks or anything with good deals.

Love this place , a lot merchandise & good pricei think they change the manager cuz the store look more better now ,so clean all merchandise its easy to find and if u need something just have to ask and they help you out ,all people are nice ,special a nice lady Stephanie,she its so sweet, loved that way she attended all costumer With a nice smile ,You are a beautiful person lady 👍

I go to the Family Dollar store in Omaha, NE at the 36th and Q store. The employees are always there to assist you and the employees are helpful and courtesy. FAMILY DOLLAR employees need to be paid a lot more....especially the DOLLARTREE employees need to definitely paid more. You are going to keep any employees there .....or Don't you want to ? The employees are not paid enough even to put gas in their cars or even EAT .....

Family dollar is a good store for buying toys and candy. I went Christmas shopping the other day and bought two small mailboxes that you fill with candy..and some small toys and a bell for my front door. With jingle bells attached. It was red and fits over my outside door handle..the dollar store is cheaper as everything is a dollar but Dollar General has a bigger selection.. I would recommend this store..

Your store is wonderful i like the low prices staff is friendly !!!!! I would like to let you know im aware of the lies being spread about me they are going around saying different things that aren't true they like to do networking these people are sick and obsseed trying to cause me whatever problem they can,sometimes when i come in,to the store they have come in,its sick they,actuality follow me what they are doing,is illegal people like that to me are really,miserable and need serious help hopefully one day they will get the help they need God and Jesus have been with me through all of this!!!!
