The new manager is a total jerk me and my friends were trying to find cash that I lost and the manager had us leave cause we weren't gonna buy anything like how am I gonna buy things with no money it wad a $50 bill and I lost about 200 in that store no clue if someone has found it but I don't recommend going cause of the manager she's pretty racist too she had brown hair ,slim usually wears jeans and glasses a total price though!

The new manager is trash she yelled at her employee that has disabilities and cause she was having a panic and the fired her cause she clocked out and left cause she can't take her meds at the store cause another person from another store clearly didn't know how to do her job and was putting everyone else in danger the other employees of the store r mostly nice don't know some of the new ones but the manager also likes to just yell at ppl like they don't matter and should have never been given a store in my eyes with the way she treats ppl

This store is very messy, dirty, everything is thrown everywhere, boxes in the way, this place is EMPTY hardly no products, the floors are BLACK… they have about 5 employees working and you go to the register and it takes about 5 minutes for somebody to get there and when they do they give you attitude like if you dont want to help customers then that job aint for you..

What a total freaking dump for a store! Never seen commerce so cluttered! I guess if you're in swap meet mode 24/7 you might find the place to be awesome, but when you aren't the type that is, you probably will be like me and want out of the joint the minute that you walk in

I have to say that everytime I go to this store on NW Radial Hwy or Saddlecreek it is cluttered and always a mess. The aisles are hard to get through and products are hard to find or out of stock. It also appears that there is a lot of theft going on here do to customers being able to hide behind carts piled high with merchandise. The staff appears to be overwhelmed or under staffed. So if you're looking for a job they should hire you cause they need all the help them can get. No offense to the workers that are really trying and are helpful. Management no one needs to be fired they just need more employees.

It seems that store has massive amt of merchandise....a lot still sitting in boxes in the isle. The whole store seems to be in disarray. I spoke to the mgr about it and it appears he is trying, but seemed clear to be that he must be under staffed. There is so much organizing that needs to be done. Way too much "stuff" sitting on the floor in the isle that makes it dangerous for your customers. I will sto there again though hoping it will be better.

This store has come a long way and looks really good. Staff are friendly and the manager is just simply amazing. Manager is still amazing of course.

RUDE and racist help rarely acknowledge you and even give you the evil eye when help is requested but if you are of their CHOSEN ethnic breed you are smiled at and chatted with beyond reasonable necessity. Recently heard through the grapevine that the district manager was fired over the problems this store was experiencing.The help should be FORCED to do more of their job and less gossiping with the customers, as instruction has no effect on them.Although the store is one of the largest Family Dollar stores in the area it is unbelievably dirty and sloppy. Inventory is consistently left boxed and on carts in the middle of the isles. A wheelchair can not be taken through this stores as most of the aisles are impassable.You have been forewarned.

Stay away from this location. On two separate dates, 2 different cashiers double swiped my item across the scanner causing the price to double on the items. When I saw them doing this and told them I wanted this corrected, they told me it would take a manager to void the transaction. How convenient for them that the manager wasn't there! They would then tell me that the register would have to be counted and I would have to return and talk to the manager when he was in the store and tell him what had happened. I did just that and I never did get my money returned nor was I ever credited. BAD customer service and BAD business.

If it was possible to give zero stars i would. The people wearing the family dollar vests are suppose to be employees but they dont seem to work, they barely acknowledge customers, and when asked for help its a huge inconvienence. How is this store still open? It goes to show how far up the corporate ladder the incompetence at family dollar goes.

Very messy and dirty. Store items thrown every where. Don't know how they stay in business.. Shelves empty. This location is horrible.. Don't shop there unless you have to.

Shopping good & I found a bargain BUT like sooooo many others no public restroom. I am old, disabled, & have a medical condition that causes undescribable pain if as needed can't get to use the restroom. Uggg!

This Family Dollar is in such a disarray. Almost all of the merchandise is all over the store looking like a Goodwill. I couldn't even think I had to walk out of the store. It was just to cluddered.

This location always closes 20 minutes before close time that’s posted. Very bad costumer Service! The black male employee always argues with the costumers. He definitely shouldn’t be working with customers !

The store is absolutely disgusting. Boxes all over with merchandise to be put on the shelves. Stuff all over the floors. I would be leery to buy a pack of gum from this place.

Very friendly staff, although merchandise is kind of spread all over, & not very well organized categorically. Also, one thing that you don't see much anymore, is that in this stores parking lot, there is a pay phone!

This location is a MESS!!!! However, The employee was very friendly so that helped out a lot. They have a lot of there clearance unmarked so rather frustrating. An there racks of % off red, blue, etc...never have the color that u can actually take the % off.
