I shouldn’t have to walk in there at 9:15-9:30 and they only accept card payments… nobody drawer should be shut down until 10pm when those doors get locked I’m really starting to get sick of family dollar and I really think there should be a different more reliable store in that space

0 stars if I could 😂 I literally walked in and grabbed a buggy and before I could even get my kids in the cart someone ran out stealing a whole basket of stuff and both workers didn’t care and I think one was in on it because she told me it was okay

If I could give the 0 stars I would for the fact my children were sent up there with cash money didn't even get to purchase anything cause right off the bat they were getting accused of stealing when my child had to use the restroom calling them names that are inappropriate. So my kids ended up buying the things at the gas station cause of this. And when I called about it they were very unprofessional.

That white guy that looks like a crack head is very rude and definitely needs to be fired ASAP he didn’t put all my items in my bag and when I called I called 2 times back to back and he answered saying I don’t have to call 7 times in a row just being very rude than when I tell him he didn’t put all my items in my bag he says I don’t know what to tell you there’s nothing at the front counter so you must have all of your items and hung up on me when I called back he literally said the same thing and hung up on me I don’t care if my item was only $5 it’s not in my bag so I paid for something I don’t have I would not recommend that family dollar until he gets FIRED every one else is really nice

Would have received a 4 star, but unfortunately, the supervisor and employees were very unprofessional! Why would you talk about previous employees /coworkers in front of customers? I will never return to this location! Shame on you!!!
