Our recently adopted Nala stayed at F Street Hound for 10 days and they are amazing! I got a text photo everyday. First photo she looked so scared but each day her smile came out. With the love and affection from the staff, Nala was no longer scared but a very happy girl. Thank you to the staff.

Sent my chowMix for a groom. They shaved kid fur off and he was mutilated. I’m so upset I cried. Chows should never be shaved. Even I know that. I complained to manager and she would not even acknowledge that they were wrong. Please tell everyone and never use this place. He was worse leaving than when he went in and I have used many groomers . Heart breaking

Boarder Collies and I enjoyed their first grooming at F Street. Greeted warmly and the groomer had peaceful ore about her. Female BC has had some rough handling in the past. Believe I've found a groomer she can trust. They also have frozen dog yogurt with CBD oil there. Next Time I will treat them first then send them in for grooming

Our puppy loves to go to F Street Hounds. We utilize the overnight, playdate, and grooming services. She always comes home clean, happy, and exhausted.

At one time, this was a 5-star place and over the past year, this establishment has crashed and burned. The day care aspect, at least to my knowledge, is good. The pup comes home tired and exhausted. I can't speak to cleanliness, attention, employee care, etc.The grooming aspect? HORRENDOUS! It's like someone learned dog grooming off a 5 minute YouTube video and was hired by F Street. The first time, we let it go. The cut was terrible, the ears and tail were not even close to fitting the breed. The last time, we were told by staff that the groomer 'nicked' our dog's foot. Well, the 'nick' turned out to be a 1/8" inch hold in one of the PADS of her foot. How the hell did that happen? We ended up having to take her to the pet hospital for an infection. The visit and antibiotics cost $$$. We advised Angela, the manager at F Street, and sent pictures of the wound. We asked for a refund of money spent at the vet and for medicine. It took Angela a week to respond and she did say she would take care of the costs when we sent a bill from the hospital. We did that immediately. Over a month later, no response. An email 72 hours ago was sent, still no response. We've been told (confidentially) by an employee to not bring our pet here anymore because staff morale is low, employees are quitting, and management doesn't care. You should seek other venues for pet care and boarding.

LOVE it here. Our pup has a great time and the staff play with the dogs, which is nice. We come to get Bell and her tail is wagging and she's happy to see us and to get some extra pets/treats from the staff.

My dog LOVES it here. The staff is absolutely awesome! It's a little pricey but worth it for my high energy pup! He gets exercise, socialized, provides free entertainment to the staff and customers that see him in the window. The only reason for 4 stars is because I wish they had an outdoor area for dogs to play and/or potty. However, my dog doesn't care, he just wants to be where the action is!

We have been going here with our dog ever since they opened. It is a clean facility and the people are carrying animal lovers. We enjoy the fact that our dog gets to socialize with other dogs and gets exercise during the day and makes her a healthier dog when we get home.

I take my dog Georgia to doggie daycare almost every day. They have long hours, so I can drop my dog off for my 10 hour shifts. Georgia is always excited to go and always tired from playing when she gets home.

I've been bringing my puppy here for the past several months. The staff is really friendly, and honest. They make the check in experience exceptional by putting in the effort in remembering all of their pups names. The manager does a great job of hiring the right kind of staff, and always ensures that her daycare is clean. I give them 5 stars because they are always attentive to my pups needs and they always give me a detailed summary of how his stay went. They offer a list of goodies that your pup can enjoy, to include pup frozen treats! Their retail is well-varied, and always well-stocked.On a side note, I want to point out that contributing to charitable causes is always a bonus, and highly commended!High five to the artist that created your guy's paintings, and finally, thank you guys so much for being awesome!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I was supposed to start working there and though things were going great, I watched an employee push a dog into a wall after the dog got in a fight. It is completely unacceptable to treat dogs that way and cause them trauma. EDIT: my phrasing was polite but after seeing the response I’d like to correct myself. The employee picked up the dog and THREW him at the wall and continued to yell at him afterwards. I have worked in a doggy daycare facility which also wasn’t the best but I was NEVER EVER told to even push a dog. There are so many more humane ways to break up a scuffle. This was NOT a dog fight and the amount of aggression was ridiculous. My partner is a licensed dog trainer and could not believe what I had told them. This is animal cruelty and they should not be in business. And they don’t have a groomer, the daycare attendants groom the dogs.

I've boarded my dog here a few times over the past year due to ease of booking and low price. On three separate instances in the past few months my dog has gotten sick immediately after boarding here - twice with diarrhea and once with a dry cough. I understand illnesses are passed around at kennels, but it correlates with boarding at F Street Hounds. I will not be boarding my dog here again in the future.

If I could rate this establishment with 0 stars, I would. My dog came back traumatized. PTSD for life, and he jumps every time we try to touch him. Now I hate to be the person that blames the groomer for every little thing that happens, especially because I know my dog is a very hyper puppy and the people in this profession are mostly passionate about animals. Usually my dog comes back from there very timid and hides behind furniture for at least a day, but then he goes back to normal (I assumed it was normal given that grooming may be a bit invasive and takes time to adjust to). However, this time was different. I did not recognize my dog at all. He was afraid, shocked, and in pain. They nicked him in the bottom (again, I understand it could be an accident) and he had a hard time sitting. His voice was hoarse and he made bone chilling noises while breathing. After detecting that something may have gone wrong, we gave them a call just to see if he had struggled or gave them a hard time during the session. They were sneaky about it and assured is that everything was fine. But after he continued like that for a few days, we gave them another call, after which they admitted that they left him in the kennel all day prior to grooming and he was barking all day. Any child would be able to see that the dog is not trained to be in a Kennel. Why did they not send him to the daycare, or better yet, why did I not receive a call asking you if they can put him in the daycare before his session? Not only was he left in the kennel all day, but he was roughly treated and they tugged hardly on his neck.I have been to another establishment before where they told me that my dog was too hyper and they could not handle grooming. If they couldn’t handle grooming/controlling him, I would have been more than happy to have them give me a call to take him as opposed to traumatizing him for life.Needless to say, NEVER going back there. Disappointed to say the least. These are not just animals. These are our family members and it broke my heart to see him like that.

This is a great and reliable place. Very helpful employees are very nice. I take my dog here for boarding. This last time the dog returned home a little bit sick he got like a cold like simtoms and was very down for couple days but now he is doing better. They always take good care of my dog.

Shaved the dog completely without my consent and he has thick long fur so time will tell if it even grows back. They claim it was candy under the fur but shaved the ENTIRE dog. I wouldnt be suprised if they watched a YouTube tutorial on how to shave dogs before hand. I would NOT recommend

We boarded our rescue dog here and found out that they also had day care. We had no idea how he would behave with other dogs. They tested him with different size and temperament dogs to determine what dogs he should be with in day care. When we picked him up after 2 days he wasn't distressed. We boarded one additional time & he really seems to like going to F Street Hounds.

We were having some construction done on our home. Needed a dog daycare that was affordable & close, F street Hound was perfect. It was clean & well supervised. We were over the 5+ hrs, so there was a $25 charge for each dog. We also had our dogs groomed while there. Although the grooming price was a little high, they did a wonderful job on my 2 large dogs. Best of all, after a day of play & grooming, the dogs just wanted to nap and snuggle. We would definitely recommend F St. Hound.

Both of my dogs have boarded here many times over the years. My lab is VERY anxious, and I still feel like he is welcome...even if he is overly dramatic. They always know my dogs names. The pups are excited to be picked up but I have no doubt they were looked after very well during their stay.

My dog has been here once for daycare and the other time for boarding over the holidays. She was excited to go back which was a good sign. The dogs seem well cared for. I wish there were cameras so I could check on my dog also we asked for her nails to be clipped and it didn’t seem like they were (atleast not very much). We have a large coonhound who loves to play with other dogs and comes home tired.

Our first visit was a lovey one. My Gracie got her nails trimmed, quickly and without any fussing (as opposed to the only time I tried it and failed). We'll be sure to swing by the next time we're in Omaha. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The dogs in the play area all looked like they were super happy to be there. Always a good sign.

Would highly recommend F Street Hound! I have been taking both of my quirky dogs here for daycare services since last September and they've become a second family. Their hours work perfectly with my work schedule, no one can beat their packages, and they've always been caring and professional. My dogs are always excited to go and they come home tired. When my dogs were experiencing severe allergic reactions last month (each vet thinks the facial swelling it was due to a bug bite), F Street Hound assured me that they'd watch my dogs closely while I was at work and take them to a vet immediately if they noticed anything wrong. During this time, the staff would leave me messages/updates and that was such a relief. Thank you for all that you do for us!

First impression....wow. facility is clean. Angela at the front desk is very nice and made us feel comfortable to leave our doggy. She's very knowledgeable. She even knows the regulars by name. We saw a doggy that had one ear up and the other down. Angela was just like "oh yeah that's Henry".I know they'll care for our dog like if it was their own.

Two dogs left for one week. Returned healthy and clean. I would recommend their service. While boarding is the least desirable option for pets you love. It can be a necessary evil.

We were passing through town while on vacation and needed doggie daycare during the day. The employees were polite and friendly and the facility was nice and clean. They made bringing my dog in so easy even though they knew I would be a one time customer. If we ever pass through Omaha again we will for sure be back.

My go to doggie drop off. Super convenient to be able to drop off your pooch as needed. The staff love all of the fur babies they take in. Have also used their overnight boarding.

I’ve used their boarding service to board my dog for long stretches of time and every time I’ve picked her up, she’s been great! All the food and materials I left with her were returned in the condition I had them. I will be utilizing them again!

They are awesome! I take my dog there every 6 weeks and they do a perfect cut on my miniature schnauzer! It is clean, professional, and friendly. They can usually fit me in within 24 hours of my phone call!
