Today my son and I walked into this Dollar tree when it opened a little after 8:00; I took about a minute to find a person who worked there and the shelves were empty. When I saw theyoung lady-- she was the cashier; and she was seemingly doing other things in the store. I told her good morning and she just looked right through me and my son and didn't say anything at all just grunted.Note:She was robbed while we were there; A person walked in while we were there and this person was demanding that she had something under a dollar insisting that she give him something under a dollar!! Finally after about 10 minutes of dealing with this person she gave him what he wanted and he left the store without it being paid for! She just stood there..My son and I left quickly...This is a awful store now; ....

This place has gone downhill over the years it’s always trashed. Shelves are empty it’s just not as nice as it use to be why has corporate come in and looked at they store has anyone called them

I have never seen any store look this bad in my entire life. It was unorganized and dirty! They had almost all of their shelves and pegs empty and were out of most items. The employees were rude as well.

I really appreciate the fact that their prices were marked clearly if it was more than the dollar 25. The staff were very helpful and I was able to locate everything I was looking for..

Looks like a tornado ran through here and messed up the store and took employees with it I went in and out I couldn’t find what I was looking for.

I really do love it here. It takes alot of self control to convince myself to fight the urge to return here everyday, or several times a day. The daily struggle to kill the temptation to NOT come here for more... Um more...dang I can't remember what I needed more of... OH WAIT!! I remember! Another one of EVERY ITEM IN THIS STORE!!!Every. Single. Night. I struggle to overcome the increasingly addictive glow of the neon green Tree, shining bright through the night. Yes, I know they are closed for the day. But that doesn't stop my thoughts, imagining myself, peering through those magical doors, just knowing the unbelievingly surprising things you can get RIGHT IN THERE for yes, only a dollar. Hurry up tomorrow, hurry up.

Dollartree at Vinton Square seems to be an older store, but it's still a very nice place to go get a lot of those little things you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It can get a bit messy at times, but that's the customers and not the staff. They do a good job of stocking and assisting when you ask for help.

Store CLOSED at 12:45 on a weekday. No sign. Another woman said they'd been closed multiple times she's stopped by.If they're short-staffed, they should try offering a livable wage. Job seekers love that. Livable means not having to choose between paying for electricity and buying food.Nationally, Dollar Tree is out-performing Target, profit-wise. If they want that to continue, they better invest in their workers.

Comparing this location to other Dollar Trees I have visited, it is clean, pretty much organized, as stocked as well as can be expected. (They were stocking shelves at that time.)

The lady was very disrespectful when got to the register. She was on her phone and stopped to talk on her phone knowing there is a customer she is helping us 3 other people in her lane. I will never return to this location ever again. When I left she said uhhm.. being rude. That is not customer service.

The staff are very approachable and friendly but the store is always a mess and very nasty. Trying to find items in the the store is very frustrating due to the shelves being half empty and the floor being covered with merchandise, as though a tonado has torn through the building. I just don't understand why.

this is a great place to shop, price is the best, cashiers are helpful & keep the lines moving fast, mngmnt is knowledgeable with what's in stock. the only downsides are there is NEVER ENOUGH STOCKING HOURS to keep every shelf full all the time & truck is delivered on Saturdays so it's a little congested. I also know it's not do to lack of staffing, they are allowed so many hrs every week & that has to cover mngmnt,cashiers,stockers and recovery.

Love shopping at dollar trees but (this one) is so dirty & nothing is organized or put on shelves every-time I go. I don’t know if it’s the employees that are lazy or what but some one needs to step up and clean up that horrible mess, very hard to get by when there are boxes up and down every lane. I WONT BE SHOPPING THERE ANYMORE!!!!

Surprisingly clean and uncluttered for a change. Good selection. Sadly cashiers are still lacking and waiting for a long time to check out. But, much better than in the past.

What is going on with this store? They are supposed to be open from 9 AM until 9 PM but lately they have only been open from 9 AM until noon. And closed on Fridays and Saturdays. How long until dollar tree closes this location?

Stopped by here after work with my messenger bag and they asked me to leave it at the checkout. I'm not about to leave a $1500 laptop out of my sight in a public area. They also were not asking any women to leave their large purses. The manager here clearly discriminates. I'll shop where I'm not singled out because of my sex thank you.

I agree with Randy Lee, the store is a mess, the employees need to put the stuff on the shelves. The store could do a lot more business if things was better organized, I do live close to this location. I think that the main office needs to see how messy it is in person.

(7:20pm) i just got out of the store and this african american female cashier named Stacey was rudely handling costumer rings ups, please get this fixed. as i was leaving i noticed the customer before was calling the store about her ill expirence as well.

This dollar tree is an okay size. Not very big, but also not small like other locations in the Omaha area. Decent selection, but stock was low on many items when I visited today. Appears to be very understaffed.

They needed more cashier's we stood in line for a good 15 minutes to check out. The cashier was very nice. Other then the wait my visit was not bad.

I had a better experience here today but have had rude service at this location before. This location is very sketchy and dirty. I don't feel completely safe when I'm at this location. Be cautious when shopping here.

For a dollar tree they are pretty decent they keep things on the shelf. The store manager is a nice guy and does his job from what i see i prefer this location over the other 3 in my area

Its 630 and it's closed. Parking lot full of ppl that can't shop. This happens often so I wouldn't recommend the drive. Just find a different Dollar Store

I think this place might be going out of business or something. They have one employee. A 73 year old lady who boldly announced to the line to like 13 customers "I quit!"

Very messy. When at the register there was a line long enough that they opened two registers, then one of them was telling at the other and ended up closing her register to go write her up even though she had multiple people in line

This store in particular does not have as big of a selection to choose from (especially crafts/DIY aisle. The cashier was very nice!
