So I am a regular customer this dollar tree used to have the good things. But I don’t know what has been happening recently this dollar tree is always out of stock.But overall nice and kind employees clean and organized store.

Literally see an employee walking aimlessly around the store doing absolutely NOTHING, yet there is only ONE employee on a register and the lines all the way through the back of the store...One would ASSUME they'd want to go to the front of the store to help their coworker so customers don't have to wait 20-25 mintues in line but nope, that's definitely NOT the case. I will never be returning to this location, I'll stick to the one on 7415 Dodge St, Omaha, NE 68114 where they have at least two cashier or if they get busy another employee will help their coworker instead of walking around twiddling their thumbs. 👍

Place is severely short-staffed since they won't pay more than minimum wage regardless of experience, education, work history, you name it.Sad.

Dollar Tree has become more appealing to me over the past year or two. I typically go there for seasonal items like inexpensive decor, art or school/office supplies, and greeting cards. BEST spot for greeting cards bc instead of spending $5 a card, you can get one for $1 or $2!! And helium balloons! Waaaay cheaper than anywhere in town for them, this was my little secret for balloons until now, your welcome!! Of course you've got to keep in mind you get what you pay for so most stuff is cheaper due to the quality of it! It's still a great spot for some last-minute things!

Well, it really isn't Dollar Tree any more? They have stuff up to $25. But the staff is nice except one girl There are some deals there. I would suggest you go. That's all good to the dollar store.

It is filthy when you enter the front door. That enter area has cigarettes buts and think layer of dirt. Don't know how long since entry has been cleaned, including windows. Looks like protein since 2019 when Covid hit is my guess. Only necessary staff and stores were neglected quite a bit during that time. 🤔Things can now be and still should be cleaned. That includes sanitizing. I went inside anyway, and it was decent for the most part. Not all shelves are stocked, but the sign says they are hiring, so I get that. Maybe pay more for the openers and closers to do the quick cleaning of entry and glass doors, including handles each shift or one, take the entry floor, and one take the window door and handles?Take care of the staff you have! It's a rough time staffing employees.I went in for foam bard. It was in stock. Found a space sticker book for my granson. Cashier was very friendly. I applied that!

Cashier either hates her job, or just all customers. I greeted her, got nothing in return. I hand her cash to pay and swear she muttered “figures” under her breath. Definitely better to take the time to drive to a different store, this isn’t the one to shop at. Empty shelves, lots of clutter in the aisles, very poor customer service.

Dude I have been to several Dollar Tree Stores in mylife. Camille, the cashier, was the nicest employee I have ever interacted with at a Dollar Tree, and possibly even from any retail experience ever. It was like she genuinely cared about what I was purchasing. And you know what? She treated the lady in front of me the exact same way. Just a total sweetheart with outstanding customer service. Please give that girl a raise.

So maybe 🤔 I'm bias 🙂 since I work here! But I loved the staff before that! I loved the atmosphere of the store, cleanliness is at an all-time high and we definitely 😁 wear masks 😂. It's not a requirement for our customers but it is for us! Happy holidays 🛒🛍️!

Everyone is really nice at this store. Very friendly and genuine.Store is like other Dollar Tree stores regarding the set up and merchandise. Parking is very easy. Online ordering is nice. I wish they did curbside pick up.Family dollar is next door, people were bouncing back and forth. Nice strip mall, parking lot has tons of pot holes but that’s just Omaha.

The store is ALWAYS neat and tidy and very spacious! All though there prices seem to be roughly 25 to 30 cent higher than Dollar General on some items, I still shop here. They have a very good selection of pretty much everything and plenty of whatever you might need. The staff is friendly and very welcoming.I absolutely HATE going into a store and the only 1st thing you smell is marijuana! I have NOT had that experience in this store (yet) and I hope I don't.That's a major pet peeve for me and I've walked out of the FD at 99th and Maple for that very reason.Happy shopping 😁.

This store is very organized and neat! I am only giving a 1 star rating because of the associate by the name of Annette. Shes a cashier who ALWAYS has an attitude, is rude for no reason, and impatient.Please have her order or stock shelves instead of being at the register because she makes it known she hates people and her job.

The 2 staff member that worked here were amazing. However, my friend and I came to this location in search of 5 items, but literally all 5 were sold out. It was disappointing because we left one dollar tree location because they closed early due to a lack of staff. It's clear this company doesn't practice good hiring tactics and doesn't have good enough pay and benefits to have any employees and proper shipping methods. That's not the staffs fault either. I feel bad for them.

Store is neat and clean, and staff is pretty friendly but they need to come have more check outs available as lines tend to get long but all Dollar Trees are the same. But everything is a Dollar so you get what you pay for.

So I just called dollar tree on S. 84th St. in Omaha Nebraska because I had placed a significant order and did not order three snowflake saucers. The person that answered the phone was very rude as I was trying to inquire about the availability of the product. I was willing to place another order online but I wanted to know when their truck came in. I never had a chance to ask because the manager who identified his self as Nick did not have time to talk to me he said

Dollar Tree always has little treasures awaiting me everytime I enter the doors. I always wish I had more time to explore each and every aisle. And the price is right for each item - the name says it all - $1.00! A great variety of useful everyday needs at a price that doesn't disappoint.

the people that work there are helpful and friendly. Price is Right everything is one dollar. During Holiday season the check out line might start getting long. All you do is ask them to put on another casher and they will immediately. I love that store and you will to.

Terrible older lady at the register today. I decided to leave all my things and buy them elsewhere. She seemed like she was bothered because my son was being loud. She was very rude to her own co worker too. I will never shop here again. And this was my first time here.

Clean pretty organized store. ALMOST found everything I needed. Parking is strange...if you don't happen to get a spot near the door the other spots are WAAAY across the lot with vehicles coming and going from random directions and entrances. No real dirctions and guidance to vehicles

I love going to the Dollar Tree. So many great items. This particular Dollar Tree store has friges so you can get a varity of fresh and frozen foods. Store is very clean and service has been terrific.

Love this place. The only problem is if you like an item, and return to the store for another one, they might not have it, or stock it again, and the clerks never know if they will reorder said item when asked.
