Today there was a homeless guy begging for help with money or food laying on the pavement by the front door. Then he came into the store and the whole store instantly smelled so awful. Very sad that our many homeless people will NOT get help! It was just so gut wretching.

Every time i come to this location it looks like this. Nothing is stocked. Empty shelves.. falling shelves.. aisles i cant get down with a cart. Customer service is HORRIBLE.

I frequently shop at the Dollar Tree located at 2930 K St., in Omaha, Ne. I'm always greeted with a smile from one of the representatives. The young lady named Maximina, is always so friendly! The Dollar Tree is lucky to have you!!! Stay FABULOUS Maximina!!

This location typically has pretty good selection, but it's messy. The neighborhood is a little weird but that's not their fault.Much more importantly, the cashier I had today was not kind. There were several in line ahead of me. She did not greet anyone, look at anyone's face or say anything, other than asking if they wanted their receipt. One woman selected cash back on the keypad, and the cashier got upset and told the customer she should have asked for cash back first, "because now my drawer has opened, and I don't have enough change in here." Then she slammed the drawer shut and let out a massive annoyed sigh before going to get the change.I've been a cashier more than once, I understand it sucks sometimes and everyone has bad days! But there's no excuse for treating customers that way, especially when they aren't doing anything wrong.

This Dollar Tree store on K st. is the best Dollar Tree Store I have ever been in. It's super clean, shelves are always stocked, very organized, great customer service. I usually go to the store on 24th and Vinton. I will never go back there. It is disgusting. K street is my store now

The organization is very nice! I sure hope they let the stackers do their jobs in a safe and efficient manner, instead of making them do other things they have no training for. That would be terribly unfair!

They have no change of their prices from everything is $1 to everything is $1.25 but I suppose $1.25 tree doesn't have as much of a ring to it as Dollar tree does, either way great store not everything's the best quality but some of the stuff is exceptional quality, so incredible for a dollar store

Have been going there for a couple years and they do have great prices on a lot of items, but the place could use a lot of organization. They always seem to be short staffed and there's inventory left in the isles, blocking anyone from going through with a cart. Speaking of carts, you're lucky to get one at this store. I was told they had only 3 carts left because people steal them (?).Really, I think "management", if there is any, needs to pay attention to this store and hire more people to do the job.The last time I was there, a couple weeks ago, it did look a bit more organized, so maybe they are getting a grasp on the situation. It's not like there aren't people who need jobs. I'd hate to see this store close for any reason but don't let it be due to inefficiency and apathy.

I just spent 80.00 at dollar tree. There were three people in line behind me. They messed up my transaction, and had to ring a few items separately.I have a brain injury , and was trying to get my head together. They confused me by having to re-ring items. I went to and call my Uber. She asked me to leave the store because she wanted to go home. There were still customers at the register. If I could, I would return everything. Way to go on customer service. As we struggle to push everything out the door really fast to please you.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I was in the store with my baby and toddler who had grabbed a couple things off the shelf and was playing with them. I was doing my best to keep him with me and not grabbing a bunch of stuff off the shelves. All the sudden, while I was by the registers, an employee gets on the intercom and says, “Parents, please keep your kids with you and don’t let them tear through the store.” I was the only parent with a kid that fit who she was talking about, so I knew she just called me out in front of the entire store for my son who really wasn’t doing anything wrong. She could’ve just talked to me about it like a person but instead treated me and my child like we were unwelcome nuisances. I was just a parent doing my best trying to get the one thing I came for and leave, and then I was basically told in a very passive aggressive manner in front of everyone that I wasn’t doing good enough as a parent and was causing such an inconvenience to the employees. I will never go to this location again. I felt completely angry, embarrassed, and unwelcome.

I've met a couple of managers who worked for dollar tree and its heart breaking how the lead manager treated them. He basically had no real respect and those ladies left and I miss them. It's also sad how little they make. If I owned a store profit would not be my primary focus. But happy, workers and a positive environment would be. But thats just me.

I had to give this store one star because there wasn't anything less. I walked in to this store and it looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in who knows how many days. The floors covered in trash and merchandise. The shelves barely stocked and those that had merchandise on them looked like it was just thrown on there. ABSOLUTELY NO ORGANIZATION!! So I would recommend that YOU don't visit this store.

It was one of the cleaner Dollar Tree's I have been to. Their isles weren't full of stock carts like some of the other stores I have been to. It could use a better selection of some products such as personal hygiene and vitamins but the employees were working together as a team and it shows. ~KK~

Actually this was one of my favorite dollars tree but the last few times I've been missing too much time checking out and the cashier is talking on the cellphone 📲 that she doesn't even know what she's doing🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️.

Too tough about those messy products anywhere.At least it's not so bad about what the products were.Eventually if it's a lowest prices for something that's not much than that inexpensive. But it's still a great store for every $1 per product. :)

The store manager is absolutely the least dedicated employee of them all and she shows her employees ZERO sympathy when they’re feeling ill or can’t make it to work. I’m honestly very surprised she still has employees with the way she runs and manages that store. Corporate needs to take a closer look at the way she runs that place and her professionalism when she talks to employees. She should be leading by example, but instead she’s busy taking smoke breaks every 5 minutes. Every time I go in there I see this other short lady and this tall skinny young man going through aisles and getting product out, and organizing the clutter, but the store manager I have never even seen her make a dent in any of that. That may not be her job, or her duty, but it is HER STORE. and if she can’t help out other departments that have an overall impact on HER STORE, than maybe she shouldn’t be store manager.Jesus Gutierrez.

It's Dollar tree. Everything is a dollar. Lot's of name brand items. After shopping here for a while you will learn what to avoid and what the deals are. Nearly half my weekly shopping is done here. Just don't get used to an item as they come and go.

Ya gotta love it. Everything for a buck or less. Lots of gourmet/high end brand names too like Marie Calender, Ghiradelli. Great for snacks, body products, OTC, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies.

WOW this place is getting worst and worst What a BIG mess really compare to my garage,. is a disaster inside this store but luckily i found what i went in for ,they need to close this store for two or three days to arrange all the mess ,when a person receive the title of manager (even if not prepare o any experience or received small course) got to stop thinking that he/she have not just tobe sit behind the desk,come on hands on ,I know costumers are unrespectful sometimes not helping keeping it clean and kids are a trouble but men.
