I'm very disabled & when I came in the store the 1st thing I see is the male cashier with a ear piece talking on it. .. There was 1 other hardworking & he calls her up & as i got the pleasure of hearing this manager talking through his ear piece as he says very loud, 'i beat that B****** A** as he repeated that same Inappropriate words at least 3 times as he walks to the back of the store & through the back door... I WILLBNEVER SOP THETE AGAIN!! I've stopped there forv4 years & spend over $100.00 $ every time. But no more.

Went into the store the manager was very rude to begin with then got to the register and my total was 39.52 I only had a 50 or 100 they tell me they don’t have 10 which would have been my change. Now if they don’t take 50 that’s all they had to say but being so unprofessional and rude about it I just said thank you anyway. I was a manager at a dg and no way would that have ever happened.

I shop at dollar general because it's the perfect in and out store. I'm not one for looking and browsing. I don't have to walk a great distance to get in usually not a big crowd. I go in get what I need and check out then I'm out. Staff is nice they are courteous. The great alternative to large understocked, rude or no customer service, misleading, giant greedy conglomerate that some have become. I'm never angry when I leave DOLLAR GENERAL LOL

My favorite Dollar General. Staff very pleasant. Once I called to see if they had my brand of pet food. He stated it had been delivered but won't unload until next day. The store is on my way home from work. He pulled out the food for me before the truck was unloaded so I could just grab it and go when I got off. I thought that was awesome!

Purchased 4 for 10 and had to return. Both the cashier on Friday and the manager on Tuesday 11/1/22 at approximately 9:45am were incredibly polite. I want to thank them both formally on this platform.

Dollar General is one of my favorite stores. I know what they stock and what items have prices lower than the competition. Plus the $5.00 coupon on the register receipt helps save even more. They have name brand products but the Store Brands are just as good. Staff is helpful if you look like you can't find something they are quick to ask if you need help finding an item. Would have gotten a 5 star but with only two checkouts and normally just one open sometimes checking out is slow. Otherwise high marks on everything.

The manager is incredibly rude. Entering the store before closing - admittedly close to closing time - she was smoking outside (instead of assisting the other workers and customers inside), & tried to turn my wife away by simply saying, “the store closes in 3 minutes.” My wife let her know it was going to be a quick trip, a minute tops kind of trip. She responds back, “the store closes in 3 minutes.” My wife is in and out within a minute, and the manager goes in and rudely tells everyone in the store it’s closed. The cashier then nicely checked out the customers.Granted, I understand working retail, and customers coming in or staying late is frustrating and annoying. However, as a manager I have never spoken to any customer like that, and as an associate, I’ve never seen a manager behave like that. If you’re more concerned with locking your doors than customer experience, don’t expect customers to come back.

This is one of the best Dollar General Stores that I have been in. Well organized and clean. Shelves are well stocked. All the workers very friendly and helpful. No displays blocking any isles.

Young man at the counter who didn't recognize me being next in line and proceeded to pull his pant leg up and noticed a scab under his knee and started to pick at it when I stopped him. I asked him to use sanitize wipes to clean his hands before he serviced me. He's serving the public. I was not happy.

This location people are very nice it's well-stocked and if you ask somebody for help they will take you to an item if there's a line somebody comes out and takes on the other register I've always had a smooth pleasant experience with the staff there

Had a not so good experience there a little over a year ago. Before that, there were some decent people working there. Last week I decided to stop on my work for creamer, but they weren't open yet.

I always have it a great experience every time I visit a Dollar General people are always courteous and kind and thoughtful and eager to show you where things are if you don't know where they might be. There's always generally significant parking wherever you go and a Dollar General that's a plus for me

Your manager has kicked me out twice from this store, he saw me smelling a perfume and accused of me of tryn to steal it so he refused me service and kicks me out, I go again another week this time with my husband and again kicks me out for no reason I have been shopping at this location for more that 8yrs and have never had a problem with anyone, I believe he has me confused with some else, is racist against hispanics or has it with me..
