Jack and his team are very professional and kind! They are knowledgeable about the product and helped with all questions we had before and after installation. Instal was quick (they even raked our leaves which I didn’t think of doing!) and then he stayed for the initial training of our two pups. Their warranty looks good (especially since our puppy already tried chewing up his new collar) and I feel if anything goes wrong, they will be right out to fix at a minimal fee. Overall we are happy with the product and I hope it continues to be a good investment!

Installed the fence when scheduled even though the weather took a turn for the worse. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail, then followed up a week later to see what questions we had. It’s been a month and our dog is fully trained to stay in the yard. Highly recommend!

DogWatch is probably some of the best money we have ever spent. Yes, we have a fenced in yard, but our dog is skinny enough to get through it. It's been wonderful to let our dog outside to play without worry.The people at DogWatch are very courteous and responsive. They gave us an estimate and explained how the process went. Installation was a breeze and they helped us teach our dog how to get used to the boundaries.The only issue we had was when a cable company hit invisible line. I called DogWatch and got an immediate response after hours. The hidden fence was repaired in less than 24 hours of my call.We are extremely pleased with the service, and would highly recommend it!

This was an amazing experience! I have 3 dogs (small, medium and large) and we recently moved from Papillion to a Lake House. I waited months to get my fence installed because I wasn’t sure my crazy (and huge) puppy could be trained to utilize it. I wish I would e had this from the start! We are on week seven and I just left my 100 pound Bernese Mountain dog in the yard for my 12 hour shift. I came home and he was happily laying in the yard. The installer actually had both my dogs trained twenty minutes after installation but I was so nervous to leave my dog for long periods. I’ll never worry again. Very happy with our whole experience with DogWatch. They were easy to work with, prompt, fast and attentive! Our golden doodle was 10 weeks old when our fence was installed. We have been so happy with our DogWatch fence. We live on a lake and didn’t want a fence to limit access or block our view. The install was seamless. The people were so nice and professional. We can’t even see where they dug. And the best part - they were able to include our dock so the dog can get on the boat without removing the collar. It’s been a game changer! I needed help keeping my hound inside my fence and after trying everything else and doing a LOT of research I decided to go with an underground fence. I chose Dogwatch because of reviews and others in my neighborhood who have their product. It's been two weeks and my hound is staying home! They are very cognizant of your sprinkler system and explain everything very well. Training outside the physical fence is going well too. My other dog is super timid so he doesn't like it, but my hound is enjoying a little more freedom.

I had Invisible Fence at my old house but moved into a house with Dogwatch. Our intial experience was do to an issue I created and they came out to the house and helped me without a service fee. Then this year the lawn aerator broke my line and I couldn't find the break. They came out and fixed my break and reconfigured the boundary line so my dog can go front to back and the cost was very reasonable and way less than Invisible Fence. Batteries for collars is way cheaper too. I would recommend Dogwatch over Invisible Fence.

Two of our dogs adjusted to the fence on the second day after training with Jack during the install. Our other dog adjusted within the next few days. The dogs learn quickly! It's almost been a week since our DogWatch fence has been installed and we are thrilled with the results. We have a 6 1/2 year old Morkie and we were a little concerned with her adapting. James came back a second time to assist and along with a few phone calls to Laura and James she is doing great. It's so nice to see her play in the yard, along with her next door dog friend (who also installed a DogWatch fence). Great experience and I would suggest Laura/James and DogWatch fence to anyone.
