This place is amazing!!! Libby does an amazing job with my Yorkie! I tried another Dogtopia and they were awful. They understand that Yorkies, as small as they are, can be a handful. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love the staff here!! We bring our Newfie here for daycare and he absolutely LOVES the staff as well. I can tell how much they care for the dogs ❤️ they are always very friendly and professional. I had him groomed here once as well, I will definitely be doing this again! She was wonderful and did an amazing job!! Always a 10/10 experience

Took my Aussie in for grooming and nail treatment, and was very happy with the results! Not only did my dog look great, they also cleaned the dog hair out of his harness and leash. The groomer and the greeter were very friendly and attentive. I will say, the odor of the place was a little overwhelming. I think it came from the kennel. I would recommend doing a better job at cleaning and deodorizing the kennel.

Will never bring my dogs here ever again. When i picked them up the smelled awful - like urine and rubber. Also we heard from others that staff doesnt treat dogs well. Others have shared that they've had similar experiences and that they have seen them spray dogs with cleaner, hit their noses, and drag them across the rubber floor. Do not recommend.

I was coming to Dogtopia in the hopes that it would set aside my fears of putting my dog in someone else’s hands. I did basically a 3 day trial and the first two days seemed good but on the 3rd day I was watching the cameras and seen this one particular girl who was being super rough with the dogs.My dog was playing with the other dogs (standing in the corner barking at them but wagging his tail) and this lady stopped what she was doing and went and grabbed a small black schnauzer and drug it on the floor to a kennel and then she grabbed my dog (who did absolutely nothing) an drug him into a kennel as well. If you have a LITTLE dog or one that plays in the littles, please watch the cameras more thoroughly as much as you can!! It’s a girl with black/dark hair who wears it up with sorta bangs. I’m overall pissed on what I had to see and not to mention SHE WAS SPRAYING CHEMICALS near all of the dog and they didn’t go outside the whole time I was on the cameras (I watch them all day). Just super disappointed in the “night shift”

We did a meet and greet visit at Dogtopia West Omaha on 1/6 Friday. Our experience with Staff and Groomer were very professional and courteous staff. Our Dog Nevi (Newfoundland 🐕 ❤️) had an amazing experience. She has a bad hip but the padded floors in the facilities made her full day visit so enjoyable for her. We plan to use Dogtopia for our Dogs Grooming and sometimes Daycare needs!!! THANK YOU!!!

I absolutely love this place!!! I can feel relaxed in knowing my fur baby is in good hands, whether it’s daycare or boarding. The staff are super friendly and nice, and I can honestly say my dog enjoys the days that she goes to daycare; she knows right away when the time comes :)

Don’t take your dog here. This place is clearly poorly managed and it shows. I brought my dog to doggy daycare and he came home with kennel cough. Take your dog to a place where the owner is more hands on with their business like come sit stay or downtown hound. When you run multiple businesses it’s important to pay attention to every aspect of each business and hire appropriate district managers that have experience in the pet industry. It’s obvious that it’s not well managed and that was obvious when I picked up my dog. Please make some changes and do the right thing. People shouldn’t have to worry about their pets getting sick when dropping their dog off at a professional daycare. You can do better!

Love how caring and attentive the staff is! My pup has been to both the 156th & Maple and is currently at the 146th & West Center Dogtopia and loved them both. He runs, plays and has made new friends! I recommend them!

I would recommend DogTopia West to anyone! I bring my dog Winston there and he loves it! It’s so nice being able to drop him off knowing he will get his energy out AND be taken care of. They also have the best staff - They are always so friendly and nice- it’s so fun to see how excited my dog gets everytime he sees them. Definitely the best dog place in town!

The best part about this Dogtopia is how much the staff cares about your pet! We used daycare for quite a while then had to stop but still use Dogtopia for grooming and boarding. Even after a month of not seeing our dog, the staff immediately recognized him and were so happy to have him back! It’s great knowing that the staff knows these pups by name rather than just as another dog! Our dog also always comes back looking so good and happy after his grooming!

Had our puppy there for the first time and will never go again! Not only are they completely unorganized, they had wrong pick up dates which were written differently in two different places, but our puppy is very ill after coming home. They were supposed to give him a bath for departure, which never happened despite my repeated requests! They never mentioned he was sick but upon getting him home he was clearly very sick. We had to take him to the urgent care that night. Do not recommend this place, I can’t speak for other locations but this one is terrible!! Saw dogs drinking out of the pee bucket multiple times on the cameras and workers use water spray bottles to get dogs away from them rather than pet and love them like they claim!

We just moved to west Omaha and found Dogtopia online. They fit our German Shepherd Josie in for a meet and greet on the same day we called them. They also had an opening for boarding her for the weekend with short notice.The facility was clean and everyone I’ve been in contact with has been knowledgeable and friendly.Katherine kept in touch to make sure Josie received her medication correctly during her stay.We will definitely be back. Positives are: reasonably priced, dogcams available with multiple playrooms for Josie, suite (room) vs crate for boarding and friendly and knowledgeable staff who all show care for the dogs.

We started taking our dog here a few month back and we have had nothing but great experiences. The size of their daycare rooms give our dog plenty of room to roam around and get some exercise. Having the ability to check-in on our dog using their Webcam is very comforting.

We've had a few wonderful groomers at Dogtopia Omaha West over the last several years. Every time we come in, the groomers and staff know our dog, Drake, and are excited to see him. It's such a positive environment and he loves going in.The groomers do a great job and Drake is always looking his best. There have been several times when he's has needed an emergency bath and the salon has been able to accommodate every time.Dogtopia is always a great choice for Drake!

I was nervous about taking my puppy to a daycare and felt slightly guilty too. After a lot of research, Dogtopia Omaha-West seemed like the perfect fit. My puppy now can't wait to go and play with all of her friends, I feel secure knowing I can use their webcams to check in, and the staff are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The facility is kept clean and orderly. After a year of doggy care, I feel confident in leaving my puppy in their care whether overnight or just for a few hours.

I love this new central location and cannot recommend boarding, daycare, and grooming enough. This facility is not only clean and spacious, I love that Dogtopia locations aren't just a standard kennel operation--it's a home away from home for pet owners who treat their dogs as their kids! The staff and management are proactive with caring for the dogs in their care and go above and beyond my expectations. The flooring is really nice--not what I would expect in a dog daycare, but it's Dogtopia so I know it's only the best.

We got a puppy, but she didn't like being put into the bathroom while I was at work. We had taken some puppy classes at Dogtopia, and the knew facility as very clean. After a short "interview," with a free initial stay at Doggy Daycare, we bought a Daycare package. Our pup loves to go to Doggy Daycare. All of the staff know her name, and gush about her sweet nature. I love to watch her with her puppy friends via webcam. Plus, the hours are great (6:30am-7pm weekdays)! We even drop her for 1/2 day if a matinee movie is on the agenda. She comes home tired, happy, and well cared for!

Watch out for inexperienced groomers - We went to the west location for a scheduled bath and blow out for our golden doodle. The groomer (who wreaked out cigarette smoke) was instantly disrespectful. She started asking how short we wanted to go when we weren’t even there for a haircut. Told her she wasn’t going to cut her hair. She started looking at our dog saying how there was no way she was going to be able to brush her out and that she will have to spot shave her. And that she has hematomas under her ears from matting. Diagnosing our dog as just a groomer. She said that if we wouldn’t let her shave her that we should take her to the vet right away. Our dog had no signs of any of this. Let us touch her ears and pet her without any signs of pain. Being worried first time dog owners, my husband took our dog to the vet. The vet did a whole physical and found zero things wrong with her. Said there was absolutely no sign of any hematoma and that there was no signs of matting and that her coat was perfectly fine for winter. This was an unneeded cost and vet visit. The vet was furious that a groomer was even trying to diagnose. Seems to me that this so called “groomer” was being lazy or wanted us to spend more money. I would not recommend using this place for grooming.

Only gave 2 stars because the employees were nice and polite. Otherwise it’s a 1. We left our dogs at this location after being unable to take them to our usual location on portal rd..The lobby reeked of urine. We’ve left our dogs with them twice. Once just for daycare and then overnight. Every time it’s smelt like dogs have been pissing in there for years and no one has ever cleaned the place. Disgusting!!When we picked our dogs up from the over night. Both over our dogs had solid black feet. The problem is, one of them is Albino and is solid white. They both also smelt like they had been bathed in urine.This is unacceptable! Almost abusive.
