They do such a great job with grooming here! Their prices are fair and their service is wonderful. I especially appreciate their very fair policy of being a little bit flexible on drop off time and pick up time. There are many other groomers out there who make you be there just a few minutes prior to the appointment and immediately upon finishing. I am grateful for this business.

This is probably our third time going to this Dogtopia location for grooming and daycare. They are always so kind and flexible and willing to listen to what we want for a pup. The staff are very friendly and give you an accurate timeframe on how long it takes for a grooming. Our pup will definitely be coming back!

Piper and Persephone go every Tuesday and Thursday to play with their friends. Staff is amazing. Groomers do fantastic (girls get their haircuts every 7 weeks). Love looking in on them during the day on the web cam. They are asleep before we get out of the parking lot to head home!

We've been taking our Golden Retriever to Dogtopia for over a year now, and they are great! Our groomer Meryium is fantastic! She really is the best groomer we've ever had for Charlie, and she's sooo accommodating in her scheduling. The most important thing, tho, is that Charlie loves her! Boarding there is great too - so nice to have everything at one place.

Shelbi has taken care of our two dogs for years now! We even moved about a 30 min drive away from this location and love her enough to continue making that drive every 6-8 weeks!Our mail-shih has terrible anxiety w/grooming, and our 4-lb Pomerania has some special chronic medical circumstances. Shelbi has gone out of her way over and over again to accommodate both. Highly recommend her!

My dog Charlie and I love the Dogtopia by 156 th and Maple. They are friendly and make drop off and pick up very easy. Charlie gets lots of exercise and I get to know he is safe and happy when I can’t be there. I am so grateful to Dogtopia!!

They're nice, but the trims are inconsistent and our pets sometimes come home with a bit of blood :(I understand it's a dog groomer, but it does smell pretty awful in there.

The first day bringing my dog in he was bit. The area where the dogs play is no larger than your average sized living room not ideal for dogs over 30 lbs. There is 1 worker to 40 dog ratio and if you watch the webcam all they do is mop up pee and no actual monitoring of the animals happens.

I wanted to stay with my dog and sit at the front to wait for him. Older lady with white hair, curly and wearing glasses told me I couldn’t. I explained her that my dog suffers from anxiety. She told me “you will be a distraction for him and he will move, I don’t want to hurt him” Sure this can happen. I thought she was a professional. But I wasn’t going to be on their way. I wanted to sit on the chairs that they have there by the front entrance. I asked her if this was policy. She said it was. That I couldn’t stay to wait for my dog. When I asked her to see that policy written then she asked me to leave.Thank you for reading this. I’m sorry I was such a pain for me wanting to stay with my dog.

We love Dogtopia! The management is fantastic and the staff is always so friendly. Our two shepherds love them all! Our one is an old girl who needs a little extra attention and they always give her so much love. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure she’s comfortable. Winston has gone to Dogtopia on 156th & Spaulding since he was just a little pup. Staff are all friendly and know and greet us when we arrive. The price is competitive and knowing that Winston is well taken care of gives me peace of mind when leaving him all day! This is for the grooming only side. We recently moved from out-of-state and our dogs needed a serious groom. Not knowing anyone locally who could recommend a good groomer, we left it up to Google reviews to find us a spot. Dogtopia was very responsive and courteous to our online request, to get our pups groomed. Upon arrival the staff were courteous and asked what we wanted done. Basic nail trim, light groom, wash, shampoo condition and dry. That is were the positive for my review stops. Upon arrival we had brought all our dogs vaccination records, since the dogs were new and out-of-state. Dogtopia never asked, nor cared that we had these documents (red flag #1). Upon arrival we noticed how the floor and workstations were a mess with dog hair, even the work stations that were empty were not cleaned The floor was covered in trimmed dog hair and there was no one sweeping or maintaining the area. Our dogs were taken for their appointment, and for lack of better terms they were put into gen-pop with the daycare side of dogs (red flag #2). Assuming that they did not ask us for vaccination records they do not ask daycare or other grooming appointments for the same. 4 hours later we received the call to get our dogs, they each had a separate groomer so their time tables are off. When we arrived the situation was worse, the dog hair on the floor was worse, there was a Golden Doodle getting groomed with a significant grooming cut on it's leg; blood was flowing from the gash shin area down to the table. There should have been antiseptic and wrap applied (it was that bad). I get it, dogs move during grooming, but that is someones pet / family member.. care for it! It was shivering and shaking the whole time we paid. My dogs are leash trained a well mannered but when they were brought out, they bolted towards the door like their tails were on fire. Almost ripped my arm out of its socket. When we got home the dogs drank from their water bowls for over 5 minutes like they never had water. I had to refile a 2 gallon water bowl. The worst part is both dogs developed Kennel Cough within 3 days of the visit, that lasted 2 weeks. I don't know if this was a fluke or poor management, I will never go back to find out. Reviews aren't everything, just do you research if your dogs are your family is all I am saying.

We had been taking our dogs to the Millard location for years for daycare and always had a great experience. After moving last summer we had started up at this location as it was closer to our new house. The staff was always short, never knew our dogs when we dropped off or picked up, the location was definitely not nearly as clean & our dogs always came home smelling terrible. But with two dogs ages 1 & 2 we wanted to keep them socialized & active on days we work long hours so we gave them a couple more chances. We have a corgi and a golden retriever. Last Friday, we took them both to daycare and noticed our corgi came home with multiple spots of fur missing from his back .. when we looked closer he had multiple wounds and open sores of gashes taken out of his back and on his bottom. We immediately called the vet and got him on antibiotics incase of infection and followed their other instructions closely. After calling Saturday morning and wanting to know what happened, I had spoken to someone who was helpful and assured me this was not something they take lightly and she would look at the cameras and have a manager call me Monday. Monday rolls around and I finally get a call from assuming the manger. She told me they reviewed the cameras and asked if I wanted to know what happened. Obviously I did. She told me that during their kennel time they sometimes kennel “siblings” together. Which I was familiar with as the Millard location also would do this and I loved that my dogs could be together during this time as they are not typically in a kennel at home. Well I instantly knew in my heart that our golden would never hurt our corgi like this. They are best friends and always get along great. The manager then tells me that they accidentally mixed up which dog was my corgis sibling! I cannot even express how disgusted and heart broken I am. So for the time being that they were probably in a kennel for assuming the lunch hours or 12-1:30 my poor dog was getting terrorized with an aggressive dog in a situation where he couldn’t even get out of. I have expressed that I want my money back and we will needless to say not be returning. I hope this never happens to another dog because that is just straight abuse and should never be a mistake that happens… and also one that the owners are not informed until they notice the wounds at home. We are so blessed that the situation wasn’t worse. But will not be returning or recommending to family & friends in the future.

My little fur baby Murphy has been groomed by Jenny at the NW location for the last 6 years and I can’t say enough words of appreciation to her and the caring she shows him. He is a rescue dog who has severe anxiety being away from me and she always puts him at ease when grooming. She even looks out for him when he’s at daycare or being boarded.which is above and beyond! I will never take him anywhere else!

By far my best experience with them or any other groomer. While they only offer grooming services Monday through Friday, I was blessed that one of the staff who usually works weekdays had come in. Though she had no obligation to do so, she happily agreed to clip my dog's nails. In addition to clipping, she took the time to buff them out so there were no sharp edges to snag her blanket, the carpet or to scratch our grandson. My past experiences with this store was spotty but today's interaction endured I'll be coming back. Terrific skills, attitude and a reasonable price. As we used to say on eBay, A++!

There is a large mass of dogs that are in and out on a daily basis. They tried to keep the facility as clean as possible and when a sickness has been reported they notify their clients as well as let you know up front that there's a possibility that your pet may catch something. I really enjoy the fact that they have a doggie camera and that I can see my dogs playing and getting along with other dogs. I know they're well taken care of and the best part is they come home and crash. My dogs beg to go although it's a little pricey it helps with socialization and hyperactivity. Dogtopia is always friendly and welcoming.

Above and beyond. I brought our two big dogs in, and while unloading them one slipped off of her leash and took off. 4 employees immediately went after her and after about 10 or 15 minutes they were able to catch her and bring her back to the shop. I, as well as my family, are extremely grateful! Beyond that they did a fantastic job on both! Thank you very much!
